Convenient place to stop but cashiers can be a situation. Today piked up 2 six packs of beer for some entertaining. Chose an IPA that had a good price ($8.99) on price sticker on door of cooler, rang at $9.99 and when I questioned it the cashier replied already asked the manager and he said no (?). Would not accept posted price, wow!

Do not shop here; if you buy gas outside and attempt to use the public bathroom.(his words; which always dirty and is in terrible condition) One of the employees is likely to wait outside of the door give you an ear full because you ....... didnt deal with me. (And be very rude about it)A customer is a customer.

Horrible customer service. Spoke to manager about defective product I had just purchased and because I had opened it he wouldnt let me swap it out despite having literally just bought it. How am I to know its defective till I open it and try it in my car?

Horrible horrible horrible no premium gas gas pump poorly lit did not print receipt pump turns off even though money is still left at the pump in tank is not nearly full at all perhaps maybe in efforts to take the last bit of a dollar left in your pump whatever the case avoid at all costs go across the street arent drive a couple miles either direction Im sure you will find a better selection

Last night I went to this gas station to fill up my tank, they advertise that if you pay cash the price of gas is cheaper. My daughter paid for the gas in cash and for some reason it wasn’t pumping. “The Man “ working came out yelling at me and my daughter to put the gas pump back . He was extremely rude yelling at us ! After a few minutes of it not working I went into the gas station, he yelled at me when I walked in . I Will Never buy gas from this gas station. I feel like the man was being racist and sexist towards us and thought it was children in the car so he could get away with this . If you own this gas station you should fire this rude man !

Filled up a 5 gallon propane tank here today. Somehow put in 5.8 gallons. Ive never had anyone put in more than 4.5 gallons. First of all, its not safe to fill up a tank to capacity. 2nd, its impossible to put 5.8 gallons in a 5 gallon tank. I didnt say anything, but should have. I just think the guy was not trained correctly. I gave 2 stars cause the guy was really nice and polite.

I hit up this Shell station on my way home from work about once a week. About 50% of the time, the pumps dont work at all. Although, I drive a turbo Volkswagen which can only take 91 octane fuel, (aka V-Power) so maybe its just the premium that has problems. Either way, theres no reason for any pump not to work at a gas station, and so frequently. The only reason Im giving them two stars is because the employees are super nice here and have always treated me well. There are probably more reliable Shell stations around the area, but this one is perfectly on my way home from work, so I suppose I will continue to deal with the inconveniences of their broken down pumps from time to time.

Only stop here when absolutely necessary. Other than that. Qt or Valero down the street. The only good thing at this location is the car wash.

6/13/18 The pump slowed down and stopped working, so I went in to the store to alert the employee and he said already knew they were slow. I told him I had Frys Fuel Points that I had redeemed and if I went to a different pump would I still be able to use them. He looked up where I first was and said youre transaction is done. We went back and forth over the fact that I knew it was over because the pump was faulty. He said that I could go to a different pump and still have my points. When I went to the new pump, it said I didnt have any. I went back in to tell him and he started a new transaction. I entered my Frys info and it said I had no points. He pointed that out and I replied yes so I cannot have them back? He said I dont know what to do, chuckled and didnt seem like he cared. I left the store and went back out to pump gas. When I took the nozzle off the hook it spurt gas all over my tires and shoes, and I couldnt start the transaction. There was another patron who was having similar problems with their pumps. We both left.If I could give negative stars, I would.

The 2 attendants were rude and unwilling to help.

Terrible store. Im sitting outside this 24 hour gas station with a flashing open sign waiting for the employee to finish eating so i can get my coffee. The doors are locked and from prior experiences i know theyll stay lock for atleast another hour.This happens frequently 3-4 times a week, id give them less stars if i could.

Waited for a long time just to have them fill our tanks. AND, there was only one car there!
