This is the WORST pharmacy i have ever been to. First I was on hold for THIRTY minutes and hung up. then on hold for 15 and hung up. i went in person. waited FOUR hours for my medications. Don’t have them yet. they said they needed to “write my script” or something insane like that. i had my doctor send the scripts on three separate occasions. It’s worth the drive to go to another pharmacy. Don’t go here.
Vickie @ the pharmacy rocks. She knew me by name when I came in despite all the customers she deals with. She always takes the time to help and answer any questions I might have. If I could give more than five stars I would.
I took my daughter to the Minute Clinic and we received excellent service. She needed a physical so she could get trained for scuba diving. Elizabeth H. was the Nurse Practitioner who helped us. She was professional and cheerfully answered our questions. She saved us money and treated us with respect and kindness. I am grateful for her positive attitude and highly recommend her. Thank you!
Always friendly staff. Very helpful and efficient. Shop there often. The best. John Arnold
Since Friday I have gone 4 times to pick up my wifes prescription. They kept telling me that they didnt have it, that it was never called in. I called the hospital and was assured that they called it in. The hospital gave me the number of the pharmacy that they called and I called them, after being on hold fr 25 minutes I hung up and tried again this time I only was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. I called the hospital again and they called CVS and they said they misspelled my wifes name and that they would fill the prescription. This is the the worst service that I have received from a pharmacy, the only reason, that I have to keep going there is because CVS Is the only pharmacy my insurance accepts
I came here today, despite really not liking any CVS locations, bc they have a creamer I like, and I didnt want to drive the extra mile to Safeway. But gott damn, I should have just gone to Safeway.CVS is bad energy, especially this one. Its dingy, smelly, and poorly laid out.Did it to myself.Dont be like me, dont come here.
Older cashier with Red hair was helpful but also had a snappy attitude for no reason when issues came up at selfcheckout. Will never come back to this location.
First time at this location and I felt like I got the red carpet treatment from the first step inside to the last step out. Tiffany H. in the minute clinic was amazing. She got me in very quickly and diagnosed. Let me know exactly what I needed and explained everything to me pretty thoroughly. I love the fact that she listened to what I was feeling or dealing with and was able to put it all together and work out a plan to get it all taken care of. Chris was great too at the minute clinic, had me take a Covid test to see if that was my issue today or if it was something else. The gentleman that was the cashier was pleasant and welcomed me back twice after my initial vist while the lady that appeared to be the store manager was all over making sure everyone was taken care of in a timely fashion. Thank you all for making a bit so pleasant reason for a visit that much more tolerable and easy.
I have never seen a less competent pharmacy. Failing to order medicines, ordering the wrong meds and blaming it on the customer, waiting so long on the phone the system hangs upon you.
Terrible physician. Super rude. Unprofessional. Excellent assistant who checked me in. Would not recommend this location.
Rediculous waiting you would die before meds were ready
They make it easy to get vaccinated & pick up my scripts.
They require you to have an appointment and pay to use the bathroom.
Friendly staff great location but the store could use an updating and the outside front entrance is very dirty concrete dust mites on the walls I would like to see them power wash and clean up the front entrance. Id like to add a new post CVS needs to clean up around their dumpster area looks like homeless people are living there now.
This is the worst location I have ever been to. I came in for a COVID vac and the “guard” at the door table insisted I didn’t have one even after I showed him the email and text. The minute clinic rep had to point my name out on the sign in sheet-3rd down not exactly hidden. The sad part is this man was the assistant manager of the store. His name is Edward. I will never be returning to this store and have already rescheduled my second shot with Walgreens.
Ive had it with this location! This CVS has Horrible Management/associates that work overnight! Product is labeled and or priced wrong on shelf often and they never honor the price or get uppity and unhelpful if they have to do anything extra besides cashier.. 7yrs a customer! I will definitely start driving farther for better Customer service
1 min past pharmacy closing and they wont give you your prescription what a joke thanks for helping people in need of medication. I hope this place loses their license
Had a PCR covid test done there before traveling. Test had to be done within 72 hours of the trip and they say results are available 24-48 hours after test. I got tested Wednesday 10am and Saturday 1pm still don’t have my results. Terrible management
I picked up my husbands medicine in the Drive-Thru. Which was very easy. However it required an after-hours emergency call to the doctor since they lost his prescription earlier in the afternoon when the doctor called the first time. This is actually the third time that they claim they never received the prescriptions when they were called in.One time when I was calling in to verify whether they had my prescription ready, I was on hold for over an hour. I finally drove there still waiting on hold and showed them, that Ive been waiting on hold for an hour and a half to talk to them.
Always come here for my last minute needs, staff always welcomes me, ask if I need help, shout out to Brian for being extra helpful with trying to find my package from UPS and keeping cool when dealing with an unreasonable guest that rudely cut me off when I was being helped by Brian.
7 trips to the pharmacy to pick up 2 prescriptions. Complete incompetence. Special thanks to Wendi for having a rude, smug condescending attitude, while also not doing her job. Do yourself a solid and take your business elsewhere, I will going forward.
Very nice staff, but werent able to take my passport photo for some reason not explained. The rest of the store is wonderful.
Its advertised as a 24 hour store. Its 4:39 am and here I sit in front of a store that is not open, sign on the door saying it will open back up at 6AM. Waste of my time and gas.
I did NOT have a good experience at the CVS store on 1750 E Broadway Rd, Tempe, AZ 85282. Was just in the store to get one item. CVS has 2 lines that merge into 1. You could tell because of the stay 6ft apart stickers that are on the floor, cause of covid19. Ive been in this CVS store several times and everybody understands that theres 2 lines that merge into one. Im on the right side of the line theres 3 other people waiting after me. the left side of the line 4 people are waiting. This rude impatient lady on the left side of line said that she needs to go before all 3 of us on the right side. The representative at the register, named Shelby, was not paying attention, did NOT want to listen & told all 3 of us, to get to the back of the line on the left hand side. After a long while, I almost get to the front of the line and the register brakes. Shelby be does NOT say anything to anybody in Line, just goes to the back of the store. The customer at the register had the tell everybody in line what was happening! Half of the line left out the store disappointed. I almost left til other representative said that we can pay at the register, in the back, where the pharmacy is. Everybody in line is confused and angry and inconvenienced. Shelby rings up my one item and I tell her that Ill be speaking to her manager. Shelby SAYS shes the manager! Shelby Badge does NOT say manager and she doesnt seem like she has ANY customer service skills! I am completely frustrated it at this moment! I called the CVS store and I speak to Trey. Trey says that he is the manager. I told them my concerns & trey showed no empathy at all! trey seem like he was annoyed by my call, said to he would talk to her. Trey did not make me feel like he was going to talk to her. Trey also made me feel like he was not the manager. This experience has made me feel like I was discriminated against. I will NOT be going back to the CVS store, nor will I be giving any more money towards CVS all together! Thank you.😔😔😔
This remedial and lazy cashier was supposed to put 40 dollars on my green dot. Ive literally NEVER had to wait more than 15 minutes to see it on my card. Its now been 4 days and I still havent received mg money. I think the cashier stole my money, because she acted like she couldnt look up the transactions for a receipt even though I knew the exact time and amount of the purchase. Plus she had a funky a** attitude. Thief
Our first CVS health hub in Phoenix area. It was close when we were there but it seems good.
Took a covid test and that was fine. Then CVS made me sign up for something called mychart to get the results. I dont need another app. Why cant you just give results without making me go through a long process and track my information?
Its a convenient pharmacy right off of Broadway. Theyve always had the over-the-counter medicines Ive needed. I also like their flavor selection for cough drops (which is probably the only positive thing you get to savor while having a cold). The associates working there are very efficient and helpful in finding what I need. Ditto for pharmacy service- not including the wait time to get my medicine ready, once I get up there, its pretty much in and out.
This is by far the worst CVS pharmacy or pharmacy in general in the state of Arizona and possibly the entire United States. Untrained techs. Untrained pharmacists. What a disgrace to the medical and pharmaceutical field. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Was double charged by a very rude cashier! First time at this location. I went in to get some allergy medicine for my dog. The price was way more than the last time we purchased it, like 3-4x the price we paid elsewhere. It gets worse.I grab what I need and head to the checkout. No one there. My eyes start to wander. I see peanuts are 2/$5.00. That is a fair price, so I grab 2.The woman shows up and rings me up. The receipt shows she charged me almost $6 for each bottle of peanuts. I was charged almost $13 for peanuts I expected to pay $5 for.I show her the receipt and point out the sign that says the sale price. She starts asking me if I had given her my phone number or member number when I made my purchase. The purchase was literally 3 seconds before she asked me that question.I pointed out that she had never asked me for any of that when ringing me up and I also mentioned that the sign said nothing about needing a membership.I told her if she cannot charge me the advertised price, then I do not want the peanuts. I like peanuts, but not $13 worth of peanuts. Either charge me the accurate price, or keep the peanuts. She then pushed back more and claimed she cannot process a return, per policy. I pointed out that she improperly charged me for something that is in a bag that I havent even touched yet.She then starts saying that she can only refund my money if I still have my receipt. The same very receipt that Im in the middle of showing her. Then she says Id have to bring in the same card I used at time of purchase. The same card that is still in my hand as the transaction took place just 3 seconds ago. I hadnt gone anywhere, its as if she was simply being passive-aggressive or just trying to be impossible.I show her that I still have my card, it hadnt flown away in recent seconds. She finally decided to initiate a refund. She needed my ID to refund my money, which tells me this is all part of their game. Im guessing if I didnt have an ID, they wouldnt refund my money and would just leave it as them getting one over on me.I will never shop at CVS again, not this location, not any location. Any business that puts processes in place that are designed to take advantage of people is a business I will never spend an other dollar at, ever! Its obvious they play pricing games and try to wear you down and talk you out of wanting to only pay the advertised price.I will drive a little further next time and go to a place Im more familiar with, a place that does not play games with peoples money.
Aiden made my experience with a challenging return such a breeze!!! I love knowing that he went above and beyond to help me and having excellent customer service was such a breath of fresh air. Hopefully he is working when I return in the future as he makes this location worth the visit due to his shining personality and attention to detail. If only all the staff were as kind and competent as Aiden.
Very discouraged as I had a coupon for $3 off $15 worth of CVS brand diapers. The diapers total came up to $14.23 and I was denied the coupon. I specifically voided the transaction because I feel its good customer service to for the store to eat the $.77 difference for the customer to make them happy to use the coupon and spend their money rather than losing a complete sale on CVS brand items specifically. Maybe a little lei way can be used on situations like this. I hate to go to Walmart now but theyre cheaper without coupons I suppose :-/
I was really impressed with the help I got at this CVS location. Im from out of state and my insurance does not cover medication picked up out of state. Im on one of those medications that you cannot stop taking for a day. So I just wanted to thank Angela for going over and above the Call of Duty calling my Insurance Company and securing emergency medication.(Im sure she waited on hold for some time)Angelas service was on a level that is not found very often in todays day and age....When people did whatever it took to make the customer happy! - and you sure did... Thank you Angela!
Pharmacists running the drive-thru were quite rude after asking if I could use the GoodRx app. Sorry you had to do your job.
These people always greet you with smiles as soon as you walk in the door! Heyyyyyyy, welcome to CVS please let me know if you need anything!!! And It makes me feel welcome!
If you stop by here ask Adam in the Pharmacy why $55 was worth more to him than a customer being able to breathe. Lied to my wife, wasted my time while I sit at home unable to breathe.Life Goals, locked room with Adam! Just want to work it out buddy!
I was double charged a transaction but didnt notice until that afternoon. Called the store back, Amy (the manager) said shed take care of me. Stated she pushed the refund through, and the transaction will fall off in a couple days. (I was charged $40 total) I waited a couple days. Checked my bank statement and the charge did not fall off. I called again, spoke to a different manager, unfortunately dont remember his name. Advised to come back in tomorrow, with my debit card, and theyll refund me in store. I came back in, on my lunch break, Amy didnt know what I was talking about. Stated itll still fall, off didnt know why the other manager said itll fall off. Gave me no other answers but that. So I will never go here again. Figured its up the road from my work, on my way home to pick up NY daughter but obviously thats not an option because the store is ran by incompetent people.
The customer service in the pharmacy is so bad I had to make a review about it. The pharmacist Matthew told me he would get my order ready over the phone, then when I rode my bike in 3 hours later the SAME pharmacist told me a completely different story.
Lied to me, Anthonys wife, told me to come back in a few hours for his inhaler then had a whole other story when we called back later that night. Amazing these people dont care my husband cant breathe.
Adam might be a phamcasist but he needs serious help with customer service, and professional speech in general. I was not treated with any courtesy, he closes the window when he says what he wants to say. He is not interested in what i had to say or ask. He called me back after i left, he gave me the WRONG store info because he was rushing to get away from me, and as soon as i said thank you, the call ended. Its extremely disheartening to know that CVS will hire any racist, sexist, or bigot because they have a certificate. I am a woman of color who doesnt dress like every woman out there and i believe this played a part in the interaction with Adam. I did not feel as though he wanted to help me at all. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME in a CVS store. -Adam, may someone treat you or yours how you treated me and others. Maybe it will be more important to you.
Matt at the pharmacy is not only unhelpful but also super judgemental and does not know what he is talking about. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Normal love this cvs because I can get my money orders 24hrs a day any day ...but just went in here 2night and was told they stop giving out money orders after 10oclock..I just was here same date of the month but it was like 1130 12oclock pm.. last month so I know they are ABLE to give money orders AFTER 10oclock at this cvs...I have the stubs but not the actual receipt otherwise i.d go in there and prove that ish...employees just not willing too do their jobs lately has been my biggest pet peeve...so annoying too get help or info from one employee just too get different info/help from another....oh and too the chick that was helping me or not helping me ..ur definitely NOT a manager ...just sayin..
Pharmacist Amanda is amazing. She is always so kind and goes above and beyond for her customers. Thank you!
Friendly service at a 24 hour CVS. A great, convenient place to go for essentials at any hour.
This is not a 24 hour location
Not many people
I have a shopping at CVS for many many years and this is the best store Ive ever been to
The store staff are great, the pharmacy staff could use a serious overhaul, especially their manager, who knows little about dealing with people. Store itself is 24x7, plenty of parking, typically well stocked, with competitive prices.
The pharmacy gave me a hard time getting my prescription. The staff is great, but the arrogant pharmacy is very judgemental
Fire Adam, he is a stupid individual. Letting people hang around not breathing because hes too lazy to do his job right.
This pharmacy is terrible! You call in hours before a prescription is due to go and have to say ALL the SAME information again and be told to come back in an hour. Not mention anytime I try to use coupons here they say they can not take them because it does not match the picture. Terrible! Save you time and money and go somewhere else! Worst CVS around
If i could give NO STARS i would! Hands down the worst customer service in the pharmacy department! Rude on the phone and in the store. Jaime Rodriguez huffs and puffs because i simply asked for him to look up my daughter insurance! I have had three run in with this individual and i work in a lab and would recommend he gets another career. He needs an attitude change. His manager Allen Cosa is no better. I could understand individuals having a bad day but they have a bad attitude everday. I will no longer shop at CVS or pick up from the Pharmacy. I will be taking my business to WALGREENS!
For the Homeless Highway Preacher this place is just fine.
Its a relatively new CVS next election great neighborhood shopping
This Cvs is always clean and neat and the cashiers named Betty and Willy are always nice and friendly
Worst customer service ever . Acting manager was belligerent and irrate when an error was brought to Mariah she addressedthe issue unprofessional .with a smirk on her face and with an annoyed look on her face that the matter was even brought up to her then proceeded to tell me I am incorrect when the explanation was logical . Manager had no logical explanation for the mis placed item that was stocked 2 items deep . ( a price error . Claimed previous customer had mis placed when it was clearly stocked
Beer selection is lacking, but theres about enough for anyone to get something they like. Welcome corner stop for a second shift worker.
Matthew has no customer service skills in the pharmacy. He also spreads false information.
I work at a veterinary practice and have to call in prescriptions for clients a lot. This CVS has been BY FAR the worst to deal with. Long hold times, not just to speak to the pharmacist, but to speak to anybody. I strongly urge clients to not use this pharmacy if they can help it.
I have had very good service from this CVS Pharmacy .
Horrible Customer Service, Management is extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never in my life shop at CVS again. The evening manager whom is short, glasses needs to be fired and never in life have the opportunity to manage another company.
No recommendations for medicine from the pharmacist and when I went to the checkout line took almost 10mins flirting away....when there was only one person in front of me. So all in all poor customer service.
Clean. Nice people.
This location is closest too my home and Ive tried for months too get a money order their machine is always down.this place lost my business simply because it cant fix its machine!
Pharmacy and minute clinic were both very busy. We were told they were too busy to assist us and to try a different pharmacy.
Really helpfull and friendly staff
The store sorta looks worn out and the staff are usually walking around restocking aisles
The pharmacy is the worst! I have waited a week for my pharmacy order, but they still havent got it ready yet! And every time you call or go to the store to check the order status, they just keep telling you to come back tomorrow! I will never go to this store again!
Absolutely horrible customer service.
😃
Some time busy in Casher
Great staff
Pharmacy stuff very rude
