So glad I went with Granite Karma 😊Chris gave multiple options of places throughout the valley to purchase our slab from. I liked that we could go to the showrooms and see the full sized slabs so we knew exactly what the countertops would look like. We picked a white veined quartz from Monterrey Tile Company, but the options were pretty much endless.Margarito was incredibly wonderful with the install. I saw someone else complain about not wearing masks during covid. That was not my experience. I can confirm the team did wear masks. Honestly I was most worried about install because originally we were going to go with a contractor from home depot, but when I looked up reviews for that contractor, the installs were a disaster. People had posted pictures of chipped counters, terrible seaming, and just all around messes. I cant tell you how happy I am we canceled that contract and went with GK. The install was flawless. There was only 1 seam and it is barely noticeable. They even gave us a bonus baby counter for our windowsill with the extra material which was unexpected and so great bc our old windowsill was getting water damaged and looked terrible.Ive included some pictures of the work they did, so hopefully they speak for themselves. We havent gotten our backaplash done yet, so ignore the mismatched painting in the pictures. Wish granite karma installed backsplashes too. We would definitely have gone with them if they did!

Great Granite, quartz and marble store. They also have sinks and faucets. Competitive prices great customer service. They also fabricate. A must stop by when looking for these products.

I had a little anxiety about the whole process of getting quartz countertops picked out and installed in my new kitchen remodel but Chris was fantastic and walked me through the whole process. He gave me plenty of yards with plenty of inventory to choose from. I love my new counters and I would highly recommend Chris and Granite Karma.

Installers didnt wear face masks even though my infant & toddler grandkids were in the house. They shattered my granite on install that I purchased from them ! Island has a big scratch in it. Contacted Miguel and was told on 3 different occasions that his installers would be at my house to fill in the cracks ( REALLY ). Ok ill give you the benifit of the doubt on this one ! No show 3 times with no phone call to reschedule at all. I text miguel 2 times saying your installers never came ( NO REPLY ) I text again saying please dont make me chase my tail on this one please answer ( NO REPLY AGAIN ) BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ! Just like most contractors these days they tell you what you want to hear till they get your money then holy u know what if you have any problems you are dead to them ! Emails and text to back this up ! I guess we will just have to go to court ! Lets see if someone actually cares about their ratings and contacts me now !

These guys did a very good job of fabrication and installing our granite countertops. It looks great.My principal contact was Chris and he is excellent at answering any questions you may have, responds quickly to any changes you want to make, and he will do so during or after normal business hours. I highly recommend these guys because theyre great to work with, are price competitive, and easy to work with.

Working with Granite Karma was an excellent experience. The sales rep Chris was amazing, making multiple trips to our house in order to make sure we were completely satisfied before purchasing. I never once felt pressured and every concern we came up with was quickly answered. Even the install crew went above and beyond, working with our crazy schedules. We contracted with Granite Karma to provide three bathroom vanity counter tops. Initially two bathrooms were done and couple of mistakes were made. I informed them of the mistakes and in completing the third bathroom they also corrected the mistakes too. This was done to our satisfaction and timely. I can’t say enough good things about Granite Karma. I had Ramone and Elvis install new countertops in a rental home in Tempe I was fixing up and selling. I had trouble with other countertop guys giving me outrageous estimates and poor workmanship on other homes of mine. I called Ramone and he came out the Same day to visit, same day estimate, professional, great pricing, easy to work with, and I would not use anyone else. I have remodeled 7 homes and now have the only countertop team I will use from now.on. I wish I had found Granite Karma sooner.
