I must commend Brand X T-Shirts and specifically their top notch employee, Caesar Q! From start to finish Caesar went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, help me select the perfect womens and mens tee for my event and he worked well with our designer. Caesar kept me informed via email and phone about each stage of our order. Sometimes I would go into the Brand X T-Shirts store in the Tempe Alphagraphics to look at the model shirt again and to ask Caesar more questions. He always took his time with me, was so thorough, so professional and truly went above and beyond. I had to change my order more than once and Caesar was always very accomodating and flexible. I cant say enough nice things about Caesar and Brand X T-shirts. I HIGHLY recommend them. Look how nice our tees came out in the pics. Thank you Caesar and Brand X!!

So full disclaimer, Ive never had a shirt printed from Brand X before. But, I strongly believe that the sunglasses they sell are absolutely diamonds in the rough as far as low priced sunglasses go. Ive probably gone through 10 or so pairs of bang for your buck sunglasses in the last few years, including some very realistic ray-ban knockoffs from Ali Express. I have to say that the plain sunglasses they sell here for 9$ are totally worth the inspection next time youre walking down Mill. For the price, theyre crazy sturdy and do a great job of actually blocking the sun - to the point where I dont have an issue driving Westbound at 6pm. As said, check them out next time youre walking down mill. Plenty of styles and lens colors to boot.

The people make a business.Brand X has great designers on staff that work with you in order to get your perfect shirt. What I appreciated most was the fact that they were okay with me emailing, calling, and coming in repeatedly to figure out just how many shirts I needed, what design looked best and what printing style to use. The entire time, they were patient, friendly and hardworking. I have ordered with them several times and never NOT gotten my order on the day promised! The choices and opportunities here are truly unlimited and I recommend them to all of my friends!

Phil @ BrandX has been bloody amazing. A very talented man that has the remarkable ability to put my ideas into graphics, then onto best in class tee shirts. He`s been so good when we fly in from Canada we make a point to stop by as a gesture of our appreciation. BrandX is blessed to have him.

I had an original issue as described below but Charles reached out with upmost integrity. He has fully resolved all issues and gave me amazing service!!I spent over $200 for 7 shirts. They were done quickly but did not mantch size of design advertised, at all. You provide a tool to design the shirt which is great. After spending a long period of time designing 7 shirts when i picked them up the graphic was drastically smaller than advertised on the tool I spent so long on. The representative I talked to was dismissive and advised me that my program reduced the size of the graphic by about 5 inches, but that was not advertised so I had no way of knowing until I show up to the store. If this is the case it should be advertised so customers dont pay money for product that doesnt fit their need.

I loved the service! Brand X provided high quality custom printed tee shirts. I had a personal logo put on three shirts, there was no minimum quantity as with other websites. The fees for printing and design were much less than expected. The shirts were very high quality, and they had a large selection to choose from. If I ever need shirts again, I will definitely use Brand X.

I ordered a custom shirt for my boyfriend on Halloween and it turned out pretty good! I hoped that the pink would have come out brighter in person but I still think the final product was nice. The shirt was a little bit thin but that is probably my fault for not picking a higher quality shirt. Overall, great customer service and good experience.

I only go to Brand-X to get shirts made. They are super helpful and are always flexible. My most recent visit, I had purchased a shirt, picked it up and realized the size I had ordered was too large. I sent them an email with the size I wished to have and they made a new shirt for me then had me swap out the old shirt with the new shirt, no questions asked. Always a pleasure to work with them!

I ordered some shirts from them for a non-profit charity cosplay group that I am apart of. They were highly customized and James and I emailed back and forth for weeks making sure the shirts were perfect. I was so anxious when I finally ordered them and when I got them I was more then happy. My shirts turned out amazing and I couldnt believe how they turned out. I know that James was probably frustrated with me by the end of this whole process because of how many times I changed things but in the long run, the shirts turned out amazing!

I got two of their t-shirts with my website name. I did not bring in a logo just needed script. They were friendly and helped out. Many types of logos or you can create your own. Huge selection of t-shirt sizes/colors/styles. Did not find in tall shirts and not sure what XL size they go up to (2 or 3XL?). Their ad says you will not save any cash if you bring your own shirts with you. Huh? I am definitely going back.

I use them for all my custom shirt orders and they can accommodate all my requests. Turn around is quick and the payment process is simple. I even needed to order some additional shirts and they still had everything on file. Shirts always turn out better than expected.

The embroidery and flocking on my polos turned out great! The shirts were a huge hit. People told us we were leaving a brand scent behind. They recommended a more subtle color for flocking, but I stuck with my guns as a marketing and PR person, contrast is important. The quality is just perfect. Ive called around many places and BrandX came highly recommended to me. A lot of places dont even do flock. This place has a variety of options from screen printing, flat, flock, embroidery, etc.Their prices are also very reasonable.The work is a five star, but the operations needs some work. But so do most printing places. They do however, have nicer and more professional people here than other locations Ive called in and they were willing to work with my shirts, most places were not. They forgot to charge for one aspect so I had to make a second payment after agreeing with initial payment and the flock color I chose ran out and I had to restrategize with white back logo and change front embroider color closer to L7 color blue instead of their flock blue.So if I were to choose a place for next time, Id come back here. Next time I will know what questions to ask and double check to minimize any issues. Some of the staff Ive spoken to has apologized for the errors and made sure to run everything by me before anything was done, so for that Im grateful.

If there were a negative rating system this is what I would give them, With more than $1000 spent they managed to ruin ALL of our inventory by Misspelling and Failing to correct their errors. They lied about changing the color we chose leading us to believe the color looked different due to the reflection from another color. THE ABSOLUTE WORST.The Audacity of these folks....Wrestling with it? YOU COSTED ME $$$ as though years could change that....You care to Compensate us for your ERRORS??? UNPROFESSIONAL. We still have ALL OF YOUR ERRORS.

Used this company many times before with good results. Well today my streak ended! Went in to pickup my order and print on tshirts was way smaller than I orginally ordered. This was a reprint by the way so the dimesions were already set from previous order. They adjusted size of artwork without my knowledge and messed up entire order. Upon asking for manager, I was told he was out making a delivery. Left name and number, no return call. Not playing the card as some may call it, but I sincerely believe the owner/manager is racist based on past exhanges.

HOWEVER their customer service has dwindled and they have failed to meet important and agreed upon deadlines. I will not be using them again and I can no longer refer them to anyone as I have done in the past.
