We worked with Kaylee at the help desk and she was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and was patient with our back-and-forth on a bulk order. The design team created exactly what we wanted and did so with patience as well while we lined out exactly what we wanted our shirts to look like. These folks are fantastic! Their customer service is excellent and I found their products to be better than expected. I uploaded some artwork that I thought would be fine. They contacted me to say that they had concerns about the resolution and that they didnt think the product would be up to their standards. Well, I didnt have a higher resolution version. So, their art department recreated my logo. They charged me NOTHING to do that. Not only did the products look great but they even sent me the upgraded artwork! Thats going above and beyond the call. Im now a loyal DesignAShirt customer.

Awesome customer service & tshirt was just as I wanted! The postal service lost my package and they reprinted and shipped another shirt at no cost to me and it wasnt even their fault. Super impressed. Also, I had the same design printed at a local tshirt shop and Design A Shirt provided much better quality and the design was much more prominent. I purchased last year and Im about to purchase again now. Great company.

I had a great experience ordering for college and personal apparel. The staff is reliable, productive, and kind. They will do their best to get the product you want. The shirts I have ordered were how I wanted them. They have various colors, types, and designs(including custom designs) to choose from. We were referred to Design A Shirt by another local company because Design A Shirt offers low minimum order requirements - which we needed. The prices were great and we received the 6 shirts for our team extremely fast. Looking forward to purchasing more shirts for our next event.

They charged me for a shirt which they refused to print for copyright reasons. First of all, I had paid the artist to use the image so there was no copyright issue. Second, I paid $20+ for a shirt which I never received. Design a Shirt was utterly useless in helping me get a refund. I’m not sure how this company operates normally but I’m very sure they took advantage of me knowing I was buying from outside the US at the time. Disappointing to say the least.

I love my shirts.....last minute order literally gave them 1 day and half and they delivered....Im so satisfied with the finished product...I will be back!!!! Also.... Quality of the printing is good, but the requested design and the outcome of the product is not very accurate. I would just go to some other reliable supplier to print.
