The service from the very start was excellent and we were kept in the loop about everything going on.The instillation team was fabulous, hard working, and polite. They arrived on time did a good job, paying attention to every little detail of the instillation. They were careful and neat, cleaning up everything both inside and out before they left.Our questions about the windows were all answered and even more information provided for us that will be very helpful.

We had them replace old 70’s windows in our ‘new to us’ home, and after patiently waiting through the months long manufacturing process, the install went beautifully - great installation crew, professional, friendly - not their fault one brick, arched window wouldn’t fit. While we have been assured the window is being remade, no one can tell us how long it will take or when (months?) this last, ugly front of the house, broken window will be replaced. We were told to ‘keep on’ our contact person until they give us a date… not my idea of superior customer service. 5 stars for superior product and installation, 1 star off for leaving us hanging on this last window.

We had all our windows replaced (15 of them), plus two sliding glass patio doors. The 4-man installation crew arrived on-time and commenced work immediately, completing the job in one, long day. The team was courteous and cohesive, working together to complete all aspects of the job. On completion, they left our house in clean working order, inside and out.I worked in the construction trades for more than 25 years and dont recall a more professional team of installers. I fully expect our new Andersen replacement windows and doors to give us decades of use. The installation team proved our investment with Andersen was the right choice.

The Renewal by Anderson, Arizona experience from the salesman, the install manager to the installation crew was flawless and was a positive experience and a true pleasure. The salesman was very thorough and was able to answer all of our questions/concerns. The install manger that came out to measure the openings was very meticulous. Next came the installation crew, did I mentions that we were dealing with 26 windows and 2 sliding doors. The installation crew lead by Tanner were courteous/polite, thorough, very neat and were great representative for the Renewal by Anderson organization. They also ensured that our comfort and dogs security were a major considerations during the installation work flow due to the cold outside temperatures. As an installation team, they worked flawlessly. To cap it off, Tanner took us on an extensive inspection of the work performed to ensure our satisfaction. Apparently we did not communicate exactly what we wanted for our new door. We accept our part of the problem. Our sales guy was argumentative and refused to take any responsibility. We thought the door we ordered came with grills. It did not. Sales guys said he would add in these pieces after and that it would take a couple months to get in. He, the sales guy, told us it wasn’t his job to offer us upgrades. Dude, I’m sure you make money based on sales so I don’t know why you wouldn’t even attempt especially when we went back and forth about which style we wanted to go for. When we talked with the office they said they had no record of it. They said they would have a manager call us. Never happened. The installer was awesome. We were told installation probably by August 1. It was a few weeks after that. We weren’t told until they showed up the screen was on back order. Screen was able to be installed today. Delivery guy owned his mistake of bringing the wrong screen for someone with the same last name. He came back to install the screen and no one had ordered or installed the screen track. So they have to come back again. More time off work for us. At least he was friendly. We chose RBA because they seemed professional and pleasant and gave you recommendations. We knew we could get a door for far less money elsewhere. We won’t be back or recommend to anyone.

We had a huge slider replaced as well as two large windows. The team of Robert F, Chris T and Brandon H did s fine job of installing the new products and cleaning up after the job was done. I highly recommend this quality product and this team of installers.

To be up front, this review is for the in home estimate and presentation. I know, (from 40 years of experience in the trades), Anderson windows are an exceptional product. The man who came to our house Id give 4 stars to. Very friendly, very professional, but the salesman in did come through. The presentation was predictable - our product is the ONLY product worth anything, all other windows fall short. The same pitch they all use. The price was almost laughable. I was expecting it to be higher than the rest - but not 2.5X higher. But the kicker was the high pressure at the end. All kinds of discounts if we signed a contract right then and there. If we wanted to sleep on it (prudent) and discuss it after he left... we lost the discounts. So, WE lost the discounts, THEY lost the sale.

We decided to go to Renewal by Anderson for our window and door replacement. The job they performed was beyond exceptional from start to finish. Our sales rep Craig Short was outstanding. he explained all aspects of our windows and doors, he followed through as we moved through the order process. He kept us informed as the process progressed. Our windows were delayed due to covid but it enabled us to set a future date which better suited our timeline. We had adjustments made and another window added. Every step of the way was amazing. Cindy Davis was thorough in her demonstrations and explanations. She spent a lot of time with us going over each option and answered lots of questions. She is very professional and did an excellent job in helping us with our selection of window. Everybody was right on time. The individual that came and measured for the window was here on time and was very thorough and competent. The gentlemen that came on the day for installation were amazing. They were comprehensive; they explained everything. They were friendly and yet worked hard to complete a perfect installation. They also answered lots of questions.

A Project Consultant from Renewal by Anderson came out to my home to discuss what services I might need and how his Company could help me. This was a service I had requested. We decided that a new front door was needed. I was given many options with different materials, colors, designs etc. He also discussed the pros and cons of each type of material which might be used. The sales representative spent several hours with me. He answered all my questions, made suggestions, and told me step by step exactly what would occur; how long it would take before delivery, set up the appointment for the technician to take exact measurements, and left materials for me to read regarding EXACTLY what would happen at each stage from order to finish.. We also discussed methods of payment for me to choose from. I received a number of discounts which made the end price more reasonable. At NO time was any pressure to purchase anything made by the representative from Renewal by Anderson. It was actually a very pleasant experience instead of how do I get rid of this salesman?

After a long delay between ordering and installation since the end of May, I have finally gotten my windows installed very professionally by two very well qualified young men on October 1st. They were courteous, arrived on time, and did a very thorough cleaning up to dispose of the old windows. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Everything was more than great! My Project Consultant, John Macik, was extremely professional and knowledgeable! His follow up was amazing! My wife and I purchased all new windows for our Mesa home approximately 5 years ago from Renewal by Anderson. Our initial assessment was very positive and we were thrilled with the look and performance as well as the care of the teams that did the initial installations, even though the cost is what you could purchase a new car for. Since that time, we have had multiple issues and significant repairs. Sadly, each experience has been worse than the one before and I am to the point of deep regret and wishing they were all just ripped out and replaced with something less expensive that would likely be of similar quality. The time it takes to get repair work done from initial assessment to final repair is unacceptable, and the quality of the repair work and repair technicians is much worse than the installation teams. I just had a repair done today that was initiated in April of this year. The technician struggled with the repair, caused wear and marking on the parts of the window frame not replaced, did not put down protective coverings on my counters or floors, and did not clean up after completing the work. This has been essentially all of my experiences with any warranty repair work they have performed...never done right the first time and needing escalated to yet another person to come check it out. Im done with recommending them or even having anything positive to say about them. Cost for the value and quality and ability to get it right just isnt there. Felt like it at first, but seems all down hill of late. A shame to feel this way and feel like the only way to get things done is to be a complainer. Not my style and I dont like it, but Im over it. I am not impressed. Get bids that are 75% cheaper and go with them...you will likely be happier for it.

The entire experience start to finish was perfection. Joe our Job Coordinator was spot on with all the answers he provided. The product itself exceeds our expectations, we can’t hear noise outside, our house like brand new. We couldn’t be happier. Our install crew led by Wryder was polite, professional, clean, and detail oriented. This installation crew was awesome! They called before they arrived and were prompt. They quickly went about their work and in a very friendly and professional way. They showed respect for us and our property, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. They made sure we didn’t have any additional questions before leaving and explained the window warranties. During the walk through, Jason found a small glitch with one of the window latches. He wasn’t satisfied with it and took the time and effort to get it right before the crew left. A big thank you to the crew. We would highly recommend.

Our house was custom built in the mid 1960s,which created many challenges. The team installed a door and screen door that look both modern a original. They were able to maintain the unique characteristics of the home and rose above our expectations.

Our salesperson, Jay, was so great. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered every question I threw at him. For our 1st phase, we had 11 windows installed in 2020. The process was seamless. On the day of the install, the crew arrived early and finished same day :) The 2nd phase (currently in the manufacturing process) will be 1 window, 2 patio doors and 1 front door and I cant wait!! The French door was as they said it would be; perfect so much better than the heavy almost iunmovable sliding glass door. The salesman (Jim) has gone out of his way to be helpful and professional. Ordered doors May 7th, doors measured May 17.Installation in 8 to 10 weeks, 26 weeks later still no doors. Oh they came out on October 18 to install but said the doors were to big. I dont know what is going on??? 6 months is ridiculous, Ive asked for my deposit back, but was told by the person I talked to that a salesman would call.Nothing!

We finally were able to get new windows installed on our home. The initial set up was amazing! The representative was helpful, knowledgeable and so professional. They helped get us financed and lined up. The measurements man was wonderful as well! I only gave 4 stars for the installation. Some of the windows are tight and hard to close and open and some have poor trimming work done. We paid alot of money and hoped they would have been installed a little better. Still happy with them but not 5 stars.

We notified the project consultant who personally came early the next morning (a Saturday) to rectify the problem to our satisfaction. All my windows and patio door were replaced. Started at 7am, done before 3 pm. This proved to be a great experience instead of the nightmare of numerous workmen in the house that I was expecting. Thanks to Ron Kelley in Sales for stopping by and checking on my wellbeing and the crew’s performance. Anderson was an excellent choice for me.

Had Matt A and Chris C here to do my install.. I’ve gotta say… never have I had such a better, fun and more pleasant experience in my life! They were great, Professional, courteous, clean, friendly and did an absolutely perfect job on the install! Everything went in like butter. These two work so good together! Honestly they are the perfect “marital work couple” lol 😂 they communicated very well together, had fun and made the whole experience very easy and smooth for each other. Like a well planned out job. I was never once doubted anything was to go wrong. Nothing did. Perfect job! I hope I get these two again for the rest of my windows!! 🙌🙌. I will request them. For sure.

They only need to have more communication so you know that parts have been ordered, parts are in our something that meets you know we are on schedule. Maybe its just me but i like to know how it is going during the process when parts can take 6-8 weeks. The serviced and the techs performance was great.

After the heavy rains we had, I had two windows that appeared to be leaking . They did their water test and then checking all framing to find I had a leak in my stucco around the window. They went above and beyond my expectations. Tyler Renaud and Don were very professional and kind. I have been very satisfied with Renewal by Anderson on all accounts. Love their product!

Jerry was great to work with. He ensured all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He arrived during installation to check if we had any further questions or concerns. We knew our windows were inefficient and needed replaced. We didnt know how much wed like Anderson windows - the windows are very efficient and our cooling costs have been reduced since the windows were replaced.

From the beginning process of setting up our window replacement to the install was amazingly smooth with Anderson! Our rep Stanley Chomina was fantastic. He was very clear, thorough and knowledgeable about the project. It was a pleasure to work with him. Our windows were supposed to take a few months to get installed. We got them 2 months early! Our installers Tyler and Luis were awesome. They were extremely polite and to great care to not destroy our home. The windows that they installed were amazing. Their work was amazing. Colten and his crew were fabulous! They prepped the area to ensure nothing in the home would get dusty- they even put plastic on the carpet to keep it clean! They worked together like a fine tuned machine. They each had their part to play and got the work done quickly and professionally! Im so happy with the end result!!!

We had our new patio door installed yesterday by Matt E, Josh A and Colton S. They are respectful and courteous young men, in addition to being very professional and taking pride in their work. They had plastic to protect our furniture and rugs both inside and out, and did an excellent job of cleaning afterwards. We are very happy and excited about our new door ! Jason and crew were on time, reviewed what needed to be done and started right away. The window installation (2 windows) took 3-1/2 hours. Jason pointed out some minor pre-existing damage to one of the window sills and discussed possible causes. Jason showed how to operate the new windows and went above and beyond to help me with my concerns. Very easy to work with and left the house just as clean as when they started.

I cant in good conscience give a five star review. The reason I say this is because their customer service is questionable. I sent an email in March inquiring about some issues I had with the install they did. I followed up about weeks later via email and didnt hear anything from till I called them late June early July. I forwarded the pictures to their customer service email around 2 July. Here we are Aug 8th and still no response. For what I paid for the 7 windows I got, I would think they would be Johnny on the spot when it comes to customer service.*Prior to finishing the install, they had the window sill encased with the aluminum covering as seen on the sides of the windows, however once finished the covering was gone. Also as seen in one of the pictures they left a gap in the bottom on the side of the window.

Havent had them installed yet but I did put my order in. My experience with John Macik was very nice and he was a pleasure to work with.

The installation crew were hard working and very professional. They finished the job much quicker than any of us thought it could be done. Super curtious and easily answered all our questions.

Now all but 1 window and 2 doors are Renewal by Andersen windows and I’m so happy they are all in and installed. My house will save energy and keep my electric bills under control. What I like the very most are the screens that are almost invisible which is a huge plus to me.

Jason and & crew arrived on time. They covered carpet and furniture with plastic to keep from tracking construction debris into our home. The job turned out great.We love our new windows. They are keeping the hit out and noise from entering in. We feel like we have a new home. Its a great upgrade and well enjoy for years to come.

The contact from Danielle and the scheduling team all very courteous and professional. My sliding glass door was replaced 2 different times because the installers found factory defects and ordered a new on right away. I could not be more pleased.When you need your windows or doors replaced without a doubt recommend Renewal by Anderson.

We had 11 windows replaced. From the beginning with our consultation. John was great in demoing the windows they specialize. We pulled the trigger the same day for replacing all windows in the home. Fast forward a little less than 2 months to today, install day. The install team was fantastic and very respectful to our home. They completed all of the window replacements in record time and were very knowledgeable when I had any questions. The entire process went smooth and the difference is amazing. The noise reduction and light filtering is all a major bonus to weather sealing these windows can achieve. All of that backed with a great warranty. I would recommend them to anyone. We wont have to worry about windows for the foreseeable future.

I dont like salesmen...at least not in my home. They are only concerned with making the sale. Last week, I had a guy in my home who gave me an estimate on new handrails for my stairs. He wasnt genuinely concerned with us as customers. He was rehearsed and his main focus was the sale of the handrails.Well, contrast that with ERIC CLAY OF ANDERSEN RENEWAL WINDOWS!!This man started off just talking about families, playing with our son, and showed us how Andersen windows could be an investment towards increasing the equity we have in our home. What a way to start a conversation. So, I immediately engaged him in conversation.He measured 18 WINDOWS IN 5 MINUTES!! He gave us an estimate on various ways thay we could have our windows done, and left us with a contract that showed our monthly bill for buying and installing Andersen windows as being $140.00 a month (give or take a few dollars). Eric Clay played with our son and gave us a demonstration of how Anderson windows work. He was cool and entertaining. More importanly he understood us as customers. He didnt waste our time. I am really impressed with the service and productI received from this company. From the moment I received our quote to the installation. The company was great about communicating with me about the details. I was especially impressed with the installation technicians, Westin & John. They were punctual and professional. They were also careful and precise.

This company has clearly no idea what is quality customer service. I clearly NOT recommend them if you want to do a good maintenance of your windows.I bought my house last year. The weather stripping was old and needed replacement. This is one of the small home maintenance things I like to take care of myself. After a few hardware store visits I realized that these windows were from this company and to get the right parts I had to go through them. I was unable to order the parts online so I called them and after two weeks of discussions they made me pay upfront and they ordered the parts. So far this is not the best experience but this is acceptable. I explicitly requested grey weather stripping. A month later they received it and I went to pick it up at their warehouse. Before I leave I opened the box and discovered that they ordered wrong color. I was a bit disappointed of course but they placed a new order right and told they would call me once it has arrived. Pour customer experience but still acceptable and I would not have left such a bad review.I am very patient customer. I waited two month without any update. So I decided to give them a call and I got into a very unexpected discussion with the customer service. I was expecting something like we are sorry we have been busy we are going to take care of this promptly. Instead they told me that they dont do parts order like this and that I have to call Anderson myself even thought I already paid for this order. What the heck !?! This the moment i got really angry at them. After 40 minutes of a horrible phone call they realized their mistakes and told me they would call me back. In the following days I received an email saying that they have received the parts. So basically they have been sitting on package for weeks ... I did not get any excuses sorry we forgot to call you or to make it up to you we will ship to your home. Nope instead i got you can pick it up at our warehouse Monday-Friday 8am-5pm which is of course very inconvenient as these are also my working hours.It took 4 months and a few painful phone calls to get a simple and overpriced piece of plastic from this company.
