So My first review was a very bad one. Team lead Christos, Called me the same day of my review. He informed me he would look into my issue. 3 days later he took time out of his day to come visit my shop in person. He did a very good job at making a bad situation good. Im impressed with their customer service and now will use them again and recommend them to other shop owners

Your response to our issue was prompt and David Hibbert arrived at the promised time. He is an awesome technician! ! He is very personable, pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left! I work at Creo Montessori School in Gilbert, AZ. We have numerous exterior doors around the campus and when they are in need of maintenance we call Vortex. We have had multiple great technicians but request David to service our doors because he knows our campus and is a familiar face. He is always respectful, explains the work he did, answers all questions we have and goes above and beyond. David takes the time to share his recommendations and has never done work and charged us for something that was not approved. The office staff is always kind and helpful when scheduling David to come to our campus. We have never had an issue with billing and believe them to be very reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend Vortex!

Dan went above and beyond to help open a storage room door needed to run my store. Not only did he complete the job he was called for, he was able to also accommodate time to help with other non urgent tasks that Ive been putting off.

Vortex was very prompt and friendly. They delivered the work on our commercial roll up door as promised without any issues. I have used them in the past and I would definitely use them in the future!

We have been using Vortex now for many years and they have always done their job well and always provide us with good service.

Edited:Met with Devin today and worked out an agreement that was agreeable to both parties. Overall, we are very happy with the work, and they have notated our account to prevent any future unauthorized work from being done before it is quoted and pricing is approved.The work that was done was fine, but we were originally quoted $1300. There was some additional work that was suggested by the technician, which is also fine. However, there was no discussion about the cost of that additional work. We later (as another reviewer noted) had to ask for an invoice, and it was $7200.I feel that an increase of more than four times the original estimate should warrant a discussion about the increase in cost. One of our representatives did authorize the additional work, but the responsibility to inform us of the additional cost lies with Vortex, and that did not happen.

Well originally I had an issue they corrected it right away I was very pleased with their customer service

The doors at my office are old and in need of repair. Vortex responded immediately & had a technician, David, at my office in under an hour. The technician was not able to fix the problem this trip but I feel that he exhausted every effort to do so. He also took the time to make sure everything else with the door was in working order. He also took the time to explain what the problem was and what could be done to fix it. He was extremely nice and professional as well. I highly recommend Vortex & their technician David and will continue to call them for all the doors at my office.

Very unhappy had just opened up a new location for my business and they door was not closing properly and requested for someone to come by and check it out and give me an estimate when they came the guy just looked at it and told me i needed some new parts which they had to order gave me a estimate and did no work on the door at all i get an email a month later for 271.00 and claiming the had a service call and chargsed me 75.00 dollars an hour from the minute he leaves the office and comes back to the job site and until he gets back to there office not cool went ahead and sent a check but the claim they never got it so i reissued another i do not recommend very misleading

Say they will send you an invoice by mail. Doesnt happen till you call complaining weeks later. Close early on Fridays. I tried to call at 5:15 and got an unhelpful disinterested after hours operator.
