We remodeled our kitchen from the walls up with Cindy providing the overall project management and subcontractor selection and supervision. Cindy was excellent in making recommendations while at the same time understanding our personal preferences. The resulting design was exactly what we wanted. The project was finished on schedule, at the estimated cost, and the results were outstanding! We would (and have) recommended Cindy to anyone.

Cindy remodeled our 3 bathrooms. She did a major redesign of the MBR to enlarge our shower, provide for handicap accessibility and creative use of cabinetry to increase storage. Her contractors are top notch - had a window removed and dry wall/stucco repair was totally seamless. Her tile installers did beautiful work on the shower and floors. Would definitely hire Cindy again.

Nightmare experience. This contractor used inexperienced sub contractors. She was never present to supervise work as promised. Cabinets were improperly installed by a nasty man who did care how the work was done. Floor was improperly installed and uneven with missing and dirty grout, grout film on tiles. Original backsplash tiles were removed with a hammer making holes and an uneven surface, which they retired over without smoothing out. This contractor is dishonest and unprofessional. She claimed I denied bathroom use to her contractors, which was not only untrue, but a professional contractor should bring a portable restroom to the worksite. Bottom line, she NEVER FINISHED THE JOB. Her license was suspended right after she walked away from my job, bureau of contractors were of no help because at that time she was listed as unlicensed. Please, do yourself a favor and use this contractor for any remodeling. Her ONLY redeeming quality was her design capabilities and thats the only good thing I have to say about her.

The owner, Cindy Atchley remodeled both our Master Bath and Guest Bathroom as well. Ms. Atchley was professional, knowledgeable and extremely talented and able to help us with design, tile, paint, countertop choices, etc. She was there on a VERY regular basis to oversee her subcontractors, who were polite, respectful and, most of all, very skilled workers. Cindy responded to phone calls and all questions in a very timely fashion. Her estimate was on target, her allotments for tile, lighting, counters, etc were very generous and she always used high quality products. Her taste is impeccable-you are not only getting a first-rate contractor in Cindy, but a wonderfully talented designer as well! As an added bonus, Ms. Atchley is a pleasure to work with-warm, friendly, a good listener and a lovely person. There is no question about recommending her for any renovation/remodel-she is by far, an outstanding contractor and we feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her.
