Just wanted to shout out Melanie from the Showroom and Nicole from Customer Service who went above and beyond for me. Melanie was so excellent to work with and made sure I had the correct tile for the job. Nicole totally hit customer service out of the park... she helped me through a tough issue and found a great resolution between both parties. I am so grateful to the both of them and will recommend Daltile to all contractors. You guys are amazing representatives of Daltile and I am proud to be your customer!

Melanie was great! She new exactly what I needed and provide samples. Her knowledge helped me with my project. My only suggestion is to have a person call customers when the product is ready. Overall I will do business again with Daltile. Thank you.

The ammount of time you spend inside the lobby plus the wait of receiving your material (4 small boxes of tile) is about 2 hours avarage. SUCKS!

Shipping/Receiving door is kinda hard to find. Fast unloading!

If delivering with tractor trailer get extra from broker or go elsewhere. One person unloading one truck at a time with long line waiting out to the street. Be ready to wait hours.

I want to Rave Tempe Daltile for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Every associate I worked with treated me as if I was one of their biggest customers. I had a very small order. Jenifer The design consultant was great! Aaron and Celine in ordering were patient with me and delivered in a timely manner. Even the young man who loaded my car was friendly and professional! THANK YOU DALTILE!!!

They have a great selection and very friendly staff. I was looking to replace a specific style of tile in a small area and the designer helped me find the right piece. Although they couldn’t order the Marazzi tile there, she pointed me in the right direction and gave me more suggestions for places to try if Marazzi didn’t work out.

Really gone downhill recently.Very very slow warehouse. Not ideal for contractors.Highly suggest Arizona tile or Floor and Decor.

Great granite selection and even better customer service! An issue came up with one of our granite slabs after a miscommunication between the builder and fabricator. The General Manager was very kind and went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend!

First time slab buyer. I called prior to see if I could check out the sample that was shown to me at designer studio. The sample that the studio had was a great choice, but after looking at the actual size of it, the aweness of the liking that I had for it decreased tremendously. On short notice without out appt. I was allowed to go in. I checked it out and Im glad I did. They were nice about it and recommended that I always go there to have a look at the actual slab vs 5x5 sample. Warehouse with many slabs to look at. The ladies at the front desk were nice, great customer service.

Very disappointed i went to pick up 21 boxes of tile and had to wait almost 2 1/2 hours to get loaded that was unacceptable! They at least should have said it would be that long when you pick up order so you have options of coming back.

One of the worst places you could work for, theyll use propaganda to get you through the door then theyll do a complete one eighty & neglect any safety concerns you have for yourself or your co-workers. Management is non existant.

The semi truck delivery experience is not good… no check in just wait until one of these 2 doors open up does not work

Bring some snacks because you’re going to be waiting over an hour to get loaded, bring some drinks too.

Drove for 45 minutes to find out the store is closed today. But in google maps it’s showing as the store is open. They have to update the times/holidays correctly in google maps because people use google maps.

5 hours waiting for loading my truck

We flew in from out of town and Jorge had everything ready for our Quartzite selection. The team had 8 book-match slabs out for our inspection / selection at our scheduled appointment time. Jorge never rushed us for our decision.....we were extremely happy with the service and support the Jorge and Alexis provided.I would definitely recommend Daltile Tempe.....

After an extensive search for the perfect granite material, we found what we wanted at Daltile in Tempe, AZ. Jorge Tapia was very good at helping us find what we wanted and reserving it for us. He also recommended a fabricating and installation company. We chose to go with them (M. & L. Granite - Marco Hernandez and family) and they did a fabulous job. We are extremely pleased with everything from start to finish and would highly recommend these two companies.

If this review were based solely on my interactions with Aaron, I would give it 5 stars. He was professional, courteous, and went out of his way to help. However, I opted to have my tile delivered and thats where things went down the toilet. Joann, who schedules the deliveries, was rude. I am 8 months pregnant, and even after paying the delivery fee of $125, she asked if I had someone that could come and pick it up. I said no and she said really?!? You dont have ANYONE?? as if it is her business. Dont offer delivery if you arent willing to deliver. The delivery person was the rudest by far. I couldnt tell you his name because he didnt introduce himself or even say hello. He walked up to my door and said where do you want it? When I asked him to bring it directly inside the front door he said I dont usually bring it inside. So I asked if he could leave it right outside the door. He hummed and hawed the entire time, and used several expletives under his breath, loud enough for me to hear. I signed his form and he left. No goodbye, have a nice day, nothing. If I were to use this company again (not sure I would) I wouldnt do so without figuring out my own plan for delivery first.

We recently purchased a new home and chose a granite in a showroom off a very small sample. We went into dal to get a better idea of what we picked and if that was truely what we wanted. George really helped us. He was very knowledgeable and spent the time with us even though we were not there as buyers per say. He looked over our builders list and took us around and explained the difference. He even pulled out a slab that was not out with the others so we could see it. Thank you George for the friendly service, expertise and taking the time.

One of the best flooring warehouses in the valley. The employees at the front deck are not only the nicest people but they also are patient. Thanks Hector you are the man!

Fast forklift drivers make unloads easy. It would help if the tile contractors loaded separately from the truck drivers. Or, if they werent loaded right in front of the single docking area.
