Ammo is very expensive and hard to find, BUT not at True Shot Gun Club in Tempe, AZ. They have an amazing facility with plenty of ammo at great prices.The sales guy was very friendly and took his time explaining the brands and prices. The owner actually took me on a tour through the shipping dept and warehouse. Did I mention he gave me a FREE insulated stainless steel water tumbler. Ill definitely make this my go to for ammo.

True Shot WAS my one-and-only stop for everything ammo related. No longer.After one phone call and three emails, I notified them that on a recent order I was shorted a couple of boxes of 9mm rounds. That was solved rather quickly, but now, the rest of the story.When I opened the shipping package, besides the 2 missing boxes of 9 mil, one box of 45 rounds was ripped open and a number of rounds were loose in the shipping box.After putting the loose rounds back into the tray, I found that I was shorted six.Simply as a matter of principle, I notified TSGC on four different dates. As I told them, I paid for 100 rounds, not 94.Of course, my life wont come to an end over a measly six rounds, but I dont appreciate being ignored... no one would.I even forwarded the oversight to the customer services manager. Still a complete and total ignoring.

I don’t live near this store, but order from them online. I sought out their store to write a review. I could not be more impressed with an online store. Their prices and selection are 2nd to none. I’m sure their physical store is great as well. They will also ship to CA. When other companies make endless excuses. I know its a pain to ship to CA, I’m not blaming other companies. But I am so grateful for True Shot Gun Club, and their willingness to keep our country free. If you get the chance to buy anything from this store, you won’t regret it.

Worth every penny. Found them by just searching for 9mm ammo online since every store has been out for almost a year now. Found them, found my ammo I needed, set up an account and purchased. The whole process took like 10 min to find what I needed on their easy to navigate website. I ordered on a Friday and just got them today (the next friday). They are in AZ and Im in Missouri. Cant ask for much better than this, ammo straight to your door? I mean come on! The Prices werent that bad either. All ammo prices have jumped over the last year. Im just happy they have ammo and can ship. Ill be buying again soon.

Have been looking for pistol ammo for a while. Most brick and mortar store here in Colorado are completely out of regular ammo (have seen home defense rounds) or are charging way more. Order came from AZ to OH in 6 days, which took a little longer than I think it should have. That is more of a fed-ex issue than True Shots, though. The pricing was the best I have found, and the order was processed quickly! I was able to get quality, name brand, brass ammunition at the same price as some of the generics or even steel cased! Ive been looking for different calibers of ammunition all over the Internet and most companies are sold out or the ammo is very expensive. Ive never ordered from True Shot until now and my experience was terrific. They had the best price on ammo that Ive seen since the pandemic shutdown and shipping was very fast. Bought a decent amount of ammo from them. Shipping cost is a little high but the icing on the cake was when they just lost my order of 500 rounds of 308 Red army which just became banned in the US and they have no more. They told me they could either refund my money or get something of equal value. I could get 200 rounds of brass 308 for the same price no thank you give me my money back I was happy before but this is REALLY BAD.

Picked up some ammo here in person. Good experience and decent inventory for the era we’re in. Prices were competitive compared to online retailers with shipping factored in. Their website checkout makes it appear that there is a $10 fee for picking up an order but that’s only for orders placed online. Website showed in stock for an item that wasn’t on the shelves at the storefront. I’d call ahead to check if there’s something very specific you’re looking to pick up.

Top Notch Customer Service. I bought 500 rds of 9mm only for Fedex to deliver me an empty box with no ammo. I called TrueShot the next day and they fixed everything! Was my first time to the physical location but had looked at the website before. Not exactly what you would expect from a ammo store. From the size of the robot they have making boxes the must do a lot of online sales. Not complaining because they had the 7.62x51 with no limits. Highly recommend, good price.

Odered and recieved my order in a timely manner. Not 5 stars because I had to pay a local tax for something I purchased out of state. I put up the money I paid the shipping I did everything and the state did nothing and basically stole $300 from me. Washington state is an anti American liberal state and I do not comply with any laws,rules or madates as long as the liberal government remains in place. I ordered the same amount from another company simultaneously and they did not help this state take my money. They did not ad any taxes just shipping. It may be trushots perception that they have to charge the tax but I dont believe that they really have to. I would order from trushot again if the place that doesnt charge the BS tax runs out of what I want. Its not just about the money I just refuse to cooperate with or recognize this states government as legitimate or as having any authority over me.

I was a bit weary of ordering ammo online. After placing my order I received a confirmation email immediately. They continued to send updates of my order. I received it in just 7 days! Shipping was a bit pricier than I expected but it is the same price for 1 box vs 4 so I just added more boxes to even out the cost. Still cheaper than anything locally, IF they even have anything in stock. I did add to be informed of other ammunition when it comes back in stock so I will keep a look out for that.
