I purchased a speaker off Amazon Shipping internationally is extremely slow with a price tag of 60$, product I purchased went on sale on Amazon the week after and Amazon also dropped their price that these guys could offer by 40$ And free prime shipping was hoping they would price match or allow for a return but the were firm that even though I hadn’t received the product I would have to pay international shipping back which I can agree is fair if I had a speaker to send back in the first place. Do not order if you are from outside the USA

Purchased two aerosol cans of lubricant. Arrived early but the tops of the cans were crushed and half the lube sprayed into the packaging. Reported to Lytle; response was extremely quick and replacement materials sent out promptly (same day). Very impressed with their customer service - have not received the replacement product but expect no issues.This kind of customer service is what we as customers dream of! I needed a turn signal kit that my dealer wasnt able to get at the very last second. The manufacturer suggested to reach out to these guys and saved the day and my family vacation by getting the parts out the same day and sent it overnight so they could get it installed before I arrived. Ordered decals for our Polaris Ranger & it took 2 weeks to get them. That was okey and got exactly what we ordered but the problem was the packaging. They were slipped into thin cardboard and taped up with nothing supporting the decals.The cardboard had bends when delivered which transferred creases to the decals. So ultimately when we put them on the machine there are a couple of spots with those creases that wouldnt come out. Hopefully you will re-evaluate your packaging system for these kind of items. They were too expensive to not have arrived in better shape!
