Both times I visited this location to have free battery and alternator testing I had a good experience with customer service.Dallas was very informative and helpful. She made me feel comfortable as I suffer from a severe anxiety disorder. I am thankful for the Patience she showed me.

Bad costumer service. You call they will have u in hold for 30 40 min. You give them info and is so hard to make them understand what u need. And if they dont know they will tell you they dont have it. When on line it shows they do.. and they will cut you off. They say they will call u back when they say they have too researched a bit and never do.. is just better to call someone else

The sale rep, Miguel was not helpful. I just requested to clean the corrosion, he wouldn’t do it. He said, “you have to do it on your own!” Gosh, I bought a $180 plus taxes worth of battery and he won’t do a few strokes to wipe away the corrosion! It was not a lot!

Excellent, young man there was very helpful.I needed a heavy battery to be charged.It was in the back of my car.The young man there, came all the way out to the car and carried it inside for me.Afterwards, I went to pick it up and the same young man put it back in the car for me.Very cheerful and helpful young man.2 thumbs up 👍and 4 1/4 stars 🌟

Good spot, good parking, go there and stock up on your cars Necessary car care; let them diagnosis your random maintance lights that pop up and grab the part. Or b grab your car washing needs...

Very poor customer service. I bought a battery Jump starter it was not powerful enough for it to start my car. My battery was defective with a damaged cell, the service representative test and informed of such. I made sure he gave me a battery that would work with my model of car. He said. If it doesnt work I could return it and the warranty was for a year.How ever when, I tried to start my car 2 days later it refused to start with the assistance of the jump starter.This afternoon I took back the Jumpstart unit to return and I explained why. A counter representative and the shift manager argued with me saying I could not return for full credit and its only a exchange....I said thats fine, however, as it doesnt start my car, I will keep on returning as it is not the correct size I need.Finally, after a few minutes of unnecessary tension, the charges on my credit card was reversed.This Auto zone store is a decent place to shop for your minor motor repair needs. Most of the time the staff is pleasant and helpful. Lately the staff has been a bit ruff with their presentation and service.

Terrible experience, I called today because I was having problems with my battery still under warranty, I explained to Dallas that I couldn’t go inside store for health reasons and Covid 19. She told me to call upon arrival so they can go and check battery and replace it if needed. I arrived and called, store was empty on Sunday morning and manager Miguel Contreras told me that they don’t go outside and check battery and to bring it inside, I explained my medical condition and he did not care at all!I went to El Monte Autozone and Junior check my battery with no problem.Terrible service by rude store manager Miguel Contreras! Do not shop at this store.

Would be nice if this place had a Self check out.

Lots of knowledgeable helpful salespeople at this location on Rosemead Blvd in Temple City. All 3 of them were calm, engaged and knew their stuff. The shelves were fully stocked with lots of choices in every department. Customers were helped quickly and efficiently.

Convenient for the desperate soul who has a broken car with no time to wait for an Amazon shipment or trip to cheaper store--that was me a few months ago when my battery literally died in the parking lot. Even then, I walked home and borrowed a car to buy a well-reviewed cheaper battery at Walmart instead. The prices here are on the high side, so the only things Ive walked out of here with are auto light bulbs and washer fluid.

I got a misfire code on #1 cylinder. Im changing all my NGK RIDIUM Spark Plugs and #1 coil to my Nissan Frontier truck. They have all the parts and great staff too.

Incompetent help, customer service was very bad. They all act as if they are busy so they dont have to help you. And it is always we dont have it. But Im picking up parts for the mechanic that I am standing next to when he calls and you say sure we have it one on in. Im a 56 year old black man and I always have trouble with service from Arcadia store. We dont have it or to busy to help you

Worst customer service and dirty inside

Top service AutoZone store around town! I took my car to change battery this afternoon and found out the cable connector is all corroded. To install a new battery, the staff spent an hour to clean up, cut off the old connector, connect a new one, and finally get everything done for me, with smile all the time. Rafael Medinilla has gone extra mile to help his customer and he deserves to be praised for that! The best experience that I ever have with any store.

Manlio was horrible rude and very unprofessional. I was here 3 days ago helped by him to purchase anti freezer. I gave him my membership reward number. He even told me I will get one point by providing my membership .Today, I decided to return the anti freezer because my car was fixed and no need to have it at this time. I walked in and Manlio helped me again. I didnt have the receipt with me and he asked me to find it and come back. I asked him * dont you remember me? He said NO, He said he helped so many customers a day...How can he remember me*Wow, I can understand if he cant remember me, but the toned of his voice was sarcastic.When I tried to look up my bank statement and get the proof of my purchase. He answered 2 phone calls and took him half an hour to hang up the phone. I was in the store nearly an hour to make a simple return. When I kindly asked him why cant he finish helping me then move on to answer the phone, he said No. He has to answer the phone first. I told him I was here first, besides that, he was not the only sales person in the store. I dont see other sales person stop helping the customer and answer the phone.Overall, poor customer service by Manlio, and wont be back to this location.

Not only the Top Service Auto Zone store like in the others reviews but after visiting several of the competitive stores and even other Auto Zones I had the district privilege to visit this location and meet Mr. Giovanni, I took my 2 month old $160 Toyota Only parts problem to him on a 20 year old vehicle and with his AMERICAN INGENUITY AND KNOW HOW just as promised in the Auto Zone commercial he solved the problemo in twenty minutes for $20.Kudos to the manager of this particular location for hiring an Old Goat 🐐 like myself who took the many years to know what he did during my visit.Because even on a Foreign vehicle, THATS WHAT AMERICA IS REALLY ALL ABOUT.AWESOME !I do hope that Auto Zone uses Giovanni and Old Goats like him and myself to teach the younger generation that its not only what you know but your COMPLETE desire to LISTEN to the customer, not think that you already know that problemo like a child with contempt prior to investigation and simply Git Er Done.Thanks again Auto Zone, and I do hope that your company takes the time to recognize Employees like Giovanni, because, itd be a shame to come back to this location with my next automotive problemo and find out that hes working at OReilly, because Ill never walk through those doors again, not even for a quart of oil.🇺🇸👍🇺🇸👍🇺🇸👍🇺🇸 🐐🐐🐐
