I have been trying to work with this company for 3-4 weeks. I was directed to them as being one of the webasto autorized distributors. On Oct. 5, 2015, I sent DTP Auto my sunroof model # so that they can assist with the recall and hopefully have them do the installation. The claim was submitted 11 days later on Oct. 16, 2015. It is now 11/2/2015 and I have not heard back from them. Ive been emailing, calling, and leaving messages but I do not get a response. When I am able to get someone on the phone they tell me to call back within 1hr. I do call back in 1 hour and again no response. I will be moving on to another authorized distributor.

They do a great job, I highly recommend them
