Just left this auto shop and was very satisfied with their knowledge, honesty, and great customer service provided. Answered questions i had, promptly and honestly, and gave great advice on preventative maintenance issues to tackle. Very clean and upkept auto shop, unlike other filthy auto shops where you can tell theyve never cared for cleanliness. Great job gentlemen, and will definitely return if any other vehicular problems may arise. 5 stars in my book!

They charged very very expensive price and the staff is very rude!!! When you asked about the price and wondered why it is so much higher than the market price, they said why don’t you go back and just do it by yourself?! Excuse me?! That’s the way you treat the customer?! Don’t come here, please!!! Save your money! You have other better choices!

Temple City Auto Repair helped me out with changing tires on my 4runner and s2000, brought both sets to them and they got them all done within 1.5 hrs. Great service and great prices and will be back!

The team at Temple City will always ensure that youre well taken care of. Service is prompt, polite, and professional. Prices are very competitive. They cater to car enthusiasts as the owner is one himself. Ive brought my cars here for years and never have had a bad experience. This is one of the few places I trust to work on my car.

Keeps hanging up the phone on me

Been coming here for years. Never got around to writing a review. Nice to have a mechanic you can trust. Only place I take our cars! Cheapest tires! Have gotten oil changes, parts replaced etc. My car just died recently and they replaced the starter for such a great price! Could have gotten a rebuilt one but decided to order the part from Kia directly. It was supposed to take a few days over the weekend but it shipped early, John had me on the road that Friday! Henry is always very thorough and professional too. Just wanted to give these guys a shoutout! Stand up guys, great service. I’m always a happy camper when I leave!

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST IN THE SGV AREA..!! I want to say thank you to Henry and his brother for their professional help and over the top customer service. My first attempt at lowering my Passat with someone else wasnt the car experience I was hoping to get. But Temple City Auto Repair changed all that. I love this place and would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone local or far away. Henry I know I said it then when you finished the last touches to my Passat, but here it is again so everyone can see it.. Temple City Auto Repair made my ride look and feel like how I was hoping it would turn out. If your thinking of getting your ride lowered and or new sport brakes done the right way theres only one place you should be calling and thats these guys... I will totally come back for the next project on my car.

Theyre amazing. Seriously. I commute from san bernardino to north hills and needed an oil change. I usually go to carmax but with the quarantine theyre close. Best friend recommended them and Ill be going back to them from now on. Not only were they informative but gave me advice and even suggested new tires (which I got due to my commute). Theyre amazing and patience and were so kind to me since I was so stressed about where to get my car fixed. They really went out of their way for me and helped me out big time. Give them a chance and you wont be disappointed

Small shop and honest people. Trust them to get the job right at the right price.Would not expect anything less from these guys.The only downside is the appointment system which you have to book in advance but I appreciate they work out to have their undivided attention for your car for the specified time.

Quality. That is the type of work I get from Temple City Auto. Ive been going to John and Henry for years and they have always given my cars prompt and thorough service. I take my S2000, Element, and Prius to them for alignment, fluid services, or whenever I need new tires.They have provided accurate diagnosis’ to any car issues I’ve brought to them and they have never been pushy with services. The only issue I’ve had is you have to make an appointment in advance. They seem to always be booked up, however I’m not surprised. I can’t be the only one who trusts them with their car. These guys do an honest day’s work and I highly recommend them!

You could tell your grandmother to come here and trust shed get treated right. They went above and beyond with me and will have all my business going forward

My tire just blew out and in a panic I called the closest shop to me with no knowledge of this place. This is how the conversation went down.Auto shop employee: Temple city auto repair l, how can I help you?Me: Hello, do you both sell tires and install them?Auto shop employee: Do we install them onto what?Me: (breaking it down) Do you sell tires?Auto shop employee: Yes, were a tire shop! Whats the problem? *in a very annoyed tone*Me: and you also install them, correct? What is the average price for a used tire?Auto shop employee: what? We dont sell those.Me: oh, you only sell new tires then?Auto shop employee: yes, were a tire shop. *annoyed tone*Me: what is the average price for a tire and installation?Auto shop employee: ugh, what? What size?!? *rude tone*Me: Nevermind. Im going to take my business somewhere else, you are very rude.Auto shop employee: thanks.If the manager is reading this (lets hope that wasnt the manager) then take note of who was working on the 5th of January at 1:30pm, because hes making you guys look bad.

I am extremely satisfied with their work!!! I brought in my 08 Civic for an alignment, thinking itll be an in and out thing. But due to my suspension set up it took a lot longer then I expected.Henry spent well over THREE HOURS working on my car! I arrived at 1:00pm, and Henry quickly started on my car. I didnt leave till 4:00ish! He made sure all my cambers,caster, and toe were dial in to my specification. On top of that my steering rack of not aligned properly! He even aligned my steering rack for FREE!He literally spent an extra HOUR working on the steering rack, he was aiming for perfection! He wanted my steering wheel to drive as straight as an arrow! This guy is willing to do the extra work for the customers satisfaction and not the money!At the end of the day I was beyond satisfied with the alignment!Henry did all that work for $80! I was simply grateful for his extra work. He was honest, and straight up. This shop is all about customer service, and satisfaction! They do professional work at a affordable price!
