A couple of months ago, I needed a new couch pronto. I started checking out American Rental because we drove by them every day on the way home from work. They had great prices so I decided to give it a shot, and I’m glad I did. The staff and management are SO kind and make you feel right at home. I love my couch and yesterday I also picked up a gaming computer with a desk and chair. When my couch and computer get paid off, I plan to get more things from them. Very welcoming when I first came into the store. Everyone was so nice and also I had received help very quick and he went out of his way to help me decide on a sectional!!!

American Rental has beautiful merchandise easy payments and very friendly I recommend anybody going there if they need last-minute item for their house or a gift for a loved one . The salespeople are very nice and pleasant to work with.

I have rented from American Rental for 17 years. I have never had issues with them until here the last year or two. Needless to say they have lost my business due to bad management. Telling me I neglected an item that broke to start with them charging me for the bill. Never had I had any items picked up from non payment, everything has been paid off and has been fine. First time an item gets broken you will be charged. Insurance there means nothing when needed. Will deal with the issue at hand and wont be back! Have always held up for this company as an honest company. This issue has changed everything Ive ever felt about this company.

I will give them a 5 star rating when I win one of their amazing giveaways! But seriously of you need to rent to own on the Terre Haute area, they are a good place to go.

I came in to American Rental in Terre Haute and desperately needed a refrigerator as mine was about to blow up. They didnt have any in stock but to my surprise they went out of their way to pick one up from another store in a different town and to my house, installed, and the bad refrigerator gone within 3 hrs. I am so happy with my new refrigerator! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was so scared that my old refrigerator would start fire while I was at work, leaving my dogs to fend for themselves. You guys rock!

The women working at the counter were polite and friendly. I walked in one day and two days later my new washer and dryer were delivered to my new address.The delivery people were also polite and friendly. They came and intalled everything. Im visually inpaired so they explained where all the controls are and even disconnected my elderly ex roommates equipment and carried it outside for her so she could have it moved to her new house. And she isnt even a customer.

I was happy to be able to make it in at the end of their sale. Pay for 1 week, get a week free, pay for 2vweeks you get 2 weeks free, etc. We got a huge sectional, a medium sized deep freeze and a large dining table for $62/week 💖
