I would rate this higher than a five if i could. i recommend caliber to anyone but specifically people who are new to getting car repairs or any car work because i knew nothing before i came in. i absolutely loved my experience. i have been to caliber about two times and each experience was great. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient, and respectful. I was nervous before I came in because i did not understand much about insurance or car repair. The staff at caliber made sure to explain every detail to me so i can fully understand everything which is very important to me. Also, i came in needing my car done as soon as possible and they made sure to get my car done earlier than expected! I greatly appreciate the team and highly recommend. this is definitely my favorite place in terre haute to go to for car work.

Caliber Collision did amazing on my Toyota repair. They got my car done 4 or 5 days faster than expected in less than a week, so I was extremely happy with that! They were also very responsive to my concerns. I definitely recommend going to them!

Great place! The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The damage assessment was very thorough and even addressed problems I couldnt see. I even got to meet some of the workers and after joking around with the guys I knew my car was in good hands. I hope I never need to visit another body shop. But if I do I will be going to Caliber.

Was rear ended and went here because it was ‘in network’ for that insurance company. Showed up bright and early on a Monday for the damage estimate to a less than friendly front desk woman. They took pictures and gave me an estimated total, said they needed to get it approved by the insurance company and would call me back to set the appointment for the actual repair. No one called me back. Days later I called them and left a message, no one called back. I contacted the insurance company, he poked at them and they said they would call me. No one ever called. So they lost my business. I do not recommend. Zero stars.

Very friendly! My car was finished a day early and looks awesome. I really liked the regular text updates as well and everyone who called was friendly and helpful. Happy I chose this shop for my repairs!

The work done was excellent. It was completed in a time frame which was told to me at the time of the estimate. I was kept informed daily of the progress. Customer service was excellent. Ian gave me a ride to get my rental car when they werent able to deliver it to the shop. I highly recommend Caliber and I will not look anywhere else if I need any body work done in the future!

Life Savers! Highly Recommend! Will use again! Great people, great service! Quick, friendly, and knowledgable. Called with what to me was a major problem (passenger door wouldnt open after I hit a deer) they told me to bring my car in for a free estimate. I explained it would not be covered by insurance. It took them all of 5 minutes (literally) and they were bringing me my keys. They made it so my door would open and they didnt charge me a dime. They just earned a customer for life.

George kept us aware of what was going on with the car 24/7. When there was any additional changes that needed to be done, he would always call beforehand. We got the car back, and it looks brand new. I would recommend this shop to others.

Fantastic from beginning to end!!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my RAV4 when I sadly scraped the rear quarter panel on a light pole. They got it finished before the time they told me to expect and it was shining and clean inside and out. Ian was professional and kind. I’d definitely take my vehicle back with any other body repairs.

Pulled right up and got help right away when I had problems with my wheels. They got me back on the road within minutes

We had a storm come through and take out my SUV’s windshield as well as cause some body damage. I have Geico for insurance and their choice of body shop is Caliber. The staff at Caliber went above and beyond with friendly customer service as well as taking care of things outside their scope and getting my vehicle done two days ahead of schedule. I haven’t had customer service like that in Terre Haute for a long time and going to Caliber was a refreshing experience! Anytime I need vehicle repairs I’ll be going to them from now on!!

Loved it made my car look amazing and how it was before 10/10 would recommend and a little bit after I got my bumper fixed from them I took a new wing I needed painted and they agreed and it was the lowest price in Terre haute and they did an a amazing job I love there work and I recommended my uncle taking his truck there and he said they did An a amazing job!
