OMG, Bryant Body Shop is the best!!! Someone hit our 2006 Titan Pickup. Damage was on the passenger side, from the front bumper to the back bumper. Well our truck looks brand new now! Excellent customer service, and excellent work. Thank you!!

My whole experience was a bit weird. I was involved in a minor accident and had to get body work done. State Farm did a thorough estimate of how much it would cost to get my car fixed. The total came to about $1300 with fender issues and fixing my headlight. Body shop A was helpful and estimated my car to about $1200, but I wanted to continue to look around. Body shop B estimated my car to about $900 because my light didn’t really need to be fixed so I told him to leave it out the estimate. Body shop A and B couldn’t fix my car for another week so I decided to keep looking for someone who could get me in ASAP. Well I came across this shop. I went in Wednesday morning and he assured that he could get me in that same day. Well when he did the estimate, I specifically told him about the light, and that it didn’t need to be fixed. He estimated my car to be around a $1200 fix. I was a bit confused because it definitely didn’t seem right to me. So I took the estimate home and compared it to the rest of the estimates including State Farm’s. I noticed the owner placed a couple manual entries into the estimate to make the fees a lot higher than they should’ve been. All three estimates also came out to only needing 4 days to fix my car and his estimate said it would be 6 days. I immediately called him and he told me to bring the estimates in and he would try to see what he could do. He looked over the estimates and tried to make it seem as if it shouldn’t take that less of a time to fix my fender, and that the other body shops were basically under charging me. He finally changed my estimate to $900 but tried to do it word of mouth. I asked him for a print out and this time there were no manual entries. My car was competed in the 4 days that it was supposed to be done, which is weird because his MANUAL ESTIMATE predicted 6 days. Once my car was finished I received NO CALL letting me know it was finished. I don’t know what that was about. I called and he told me it was ready. My car looks great BUT, had I not went to those other places to get estimates or State Farm sending me the estimates, he would have gotten over on me. I think it’s really sad and I will never return to this facility again.

This is my second time taking my vehicle to Bryant’s. Not only does my car look beyond incredible (I was surprised, no evidence that it even had body work done) but I personally have never experienced such great customer service from anywhere else! They truly go above and beyond. Quality people and services. I will always refer Bryant’s. I had an excellent experience at Bryant Body Shop, I would gladly take any vehicle back to them. I 1st took my dads truck that my kid hit a tree in to just get a estimate so I could compare prices with other places and we talked about cost and how he would love to be able to make stuff cheaper but that would mean it wouldnt be a job to be proud of like using parts that are different colors and just not looking as good and that really impressed me because any place that takes that much pride in their work to do the best job they can is what I like to hear, so I got my estimate and went home talked them over with my dad and we agreed on them so I called to set up a day and time I could drop off the vehicle and he said now was fine and so I took it there and Mike even took me back home. It did take longer to get it back than what we originally discussed but there was an unexpected problem with the truck and he fixed it and a few other things for me that made up for it and it was so worth the extra wait to get it back it looks better than before it was wrecked. Mike even came and picked me up when it was time to get the truck, he went above and beyond what a shop had to do and so I would love to give a huge shout out to him and his team for the awesome service they gave at his business. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Loved their work! 2005 Mini van vs. deer. Van didnt fair so well and deer walked away. But everything went so smooth from dealing with insurance to pick up. Shop keeps you updated from start to finish! Wont take a vehicle anywhere else!

Bryants was friendly and did an excellent job on my girlfriends vehicle that needed the bumper, right rear quarter panel, and tail light fixed. Good as new now. They quoted her $1,800, but did it for $1,500 because they didnt have to deal with an insurance company. Scotts Custom Colors quoted $5,000 for the same job, and in my opinion was trying to take advantage of a female hoping she wouldnt know any better.

I went to Bryants for an estimate on my vehicle. I was unsure of the process since it was my first incident where my car was damaged severely. Bryants Body Shop (staff) was extremely helpful and friendly. They truly excelled and went above and beyond and assisted my car furthermore than what was expected. Being a female I generally feel intimidated by autoshops but Bryants were very welcoming/caring, understanding, and provided excellent service.It is hard to find genuine shops like this, that arent so money hungry but instead customer service driven. I would highly suggest for any body work!

My girlfriend was recently involved in an accident and was worried about the service she would receive in town. The insurance she had sent her to Bryant and she was amazed at the great service they provider her. Her car was repaired in a timely manner and she was kept up to date as to how the repairs were coming along. Highly recommend this shop for your repairs.

I got T~Boned hard spun my little PT Cruiser out in 3-4 spins, it bent the axel thought my car was demolished but no I was referred to Bryant by my mechanic Adams Garage who has never let me down. I saw it was a smaller shop and let me tell you that ndoes not make a difference. The man running the front desk sorry forgot his name was so kind and personable asking how I was doing. after a couple weeks maybe a bit lss I got my car back good as new with ZERO issues. Last time I was in an accident i took my truck I had at the time to the dealership they totally messed it up it started bubbling and rusting and i lived in California where there is no snow and not enough moisture to create what was going on with it. Anyways I would so recommend Bryants for all your body wrk that needs to be done excellent customer service from a company that truly cars.
