Incredibly rude and disrespectful. Supposed to take 2 days ended up being 2 weeks. Theyve had partial payment and a check for the rest for 3 days and wont release my vehicle. Incredibly inconsiderate and rude. Trying to cause me of fraud. Ive gotten better customer service at the vigo county jail. Dont take your vehicle there youll regret it.

I have used Honey Creek Collision twice, and I will never go anywhere else. They are all kind, helpful, genuinely concerned, reliable, honest, etc. When I first went there a couple years ago, I got a handwritten thank you letter in the mail within a couple days. Today, I picked up my car, and they took the time to wash it, vacuum it, and it smelled so good inside. It was very nice, especially compared to the car dealership that leaves my car smelling like dirt and grease. They go above and beyond, because they truly care about their customers.

Upon walking in I was greeted, I had my paperwork and that made the process easier, one of their mechanics was also kind enough to take a look at my car the dayI just came to schedule it to have work done. They Always do a great job

They did a great job fixing my car. It looks great. However, a 3 day job turned into a 3 week and 3 days job. My friend said it took just over a month to fix her car.

My vehicle was hit by a tire flying off a passing vehicle. Honey Creek did excellent job repairing the damage in reasonable time. Very professional and quality work. Highly recomend this business.

I don’t know why we kept going back after the first mishap we had. They took two of our vehicles out for a joyride. Then we paid $1400 for them to fix the rust on one of our cars and all they did was use bondo, which is a very cheap method of fixing rust. In addition, they have a young man working for them who has wrecked multiple clients’ cars, and he has yet to be fired. Another time we went, we were told our car would be done the next day, then we were told it would take a few days. We asked if we could take the car and leave the bumper to be repaired and they told us that was fine. We waited all evening for a phone call. They finally called back the next day and said we could not have the car without the bumper because the license plate is attached to the bumper, which is false. The license plate is attached to the trunk. They had many excuses and we got misinformed multiple times.

Good reliable place. Insurance company liked them so I got my car repaired there. It was minor body work but they did a good job. They took a little longer then expected but the work was good quality.

Ive been taking all of my vehicles there for almost 20 years. Friendly, helpful, honest, and great at working with insurance adjusters to make sure you get quality replacement. Also, fine Christian family. To clarify, this is my car in their temp lot of suspected cars totaled, like mine was. They helped me make sure I got everything in and on the car.

I took my car to Honey Creek because of the positive reviews online, all I can say is, WOW, what a business!They started by discounting the price to help with me being a self pay, it was only 40 bucks, but when you get a gift, its the thought that counts! Then they follow that up with on time completion of the car, followed by an AMAZING paint match, and to top it off.... they cleaned my car, INSIDE and out, AND buffed the entire car! I only had 6000 miles on the car, and I promise, the car looked better when I picked it up from Honey Creek than it did when I picked it up new from the Ford dealer!These people are AWESOME! Take your car to Honey Creek!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Over the last several years, Ive taken two cars to Honey Creek Collision. They do such good work that you would never know the vehicles had been repaired.They handled all the paperwork with my insurance company and got my car(s) back to me when they said they would. They worked on my car after accident .Charge was big what insurance coveted. Rear bumper didn’t fit property I went back they glued on side what didn’t solve the problem.Middle of bumper separated from the car. Job terrible done. Sadly my car was pretty new I don’t recommend them and will never go back.

I had about $1500 of damage done to my car several months ago and they did an amazing job! Today I had a little accident with my garage door scraping up a few small spots on my back hatch so I brought it back. Jon looked at it and told me since we had so much work done on my car already he would touch it up for free! Granted he did tell that it probably wouldnt be perfect since they werent sanding it down HOWEVER the fact that he was willing to try to fix my issue for free had me floored! If I need any work done this is where I will continue to go!

Was initially satisfied with their repairs but a few months later, having an issue with a partial repair and theyve refused to make it right. Do not recommend and will not be returning in the future.

I have been without my car for over a month now due to a blow out. Every time I talk to someone at this place they tell me they will call and update me on my car. I have only had maybe 2 phone calls and I have had to call them to check on my car. Very bad customer service. Never again will I take a vehicle here.
