Searching for a Wrangler Unlimited for the last month or so. Burger had the widest selection by far that we have seen locally or online. Our salesman was Ryan Walters and he was excellent! Very knowledgeable with the Jeeps, and worked super hard to get the sale, taking plenty of time to answer any questions and do test drives. Was very fair on our trade-in and a real personable guy. Him and the finance manager stayed past closing almost 2 hours to finish the deal and didn’t seem rushed at all, and made sure we were satisfied with everything before we left, and has stayed in touch since then. Great place to work with!

I owned a 2002 jeep that I had for years, after much thought about what to do we decided to trade it in and get a new car. I browsed online and came upon Chrysler Burger Jeep, I applied online and Cody gave me a call back and we went thru some basic info and what type of vehicle I needed.We had some struggle as my credit had unfortunately dropped after purchasing my home the year before, however Cody and Bret went above and beyond negotiating with various lenders and getting us payments that we can afford, even with a MOPAR warranty to give us piece of mind.I love the new car, I ended up with a 2016 Chevrolet Trax that gets much better milage than my jeep and is in wonderful condition. We barely traveled before as my Jeep was in poor condition. However now we are getting out more and enjoying be able to go out on dates and take trips just driving and enjoying the weather.

I have an older jeep, paid off, no reason to brag lol... the staff always treats me as if I just bought it tho, always courteous & helpful, I may not have a new jeep. But I know where to buy it when I need to, the company who has respected all its owners the same for years! Thank you for making me feel like I am important!! 🥰🖤

Body work was straight as an arrow and the paint was slicker than a slip and slide with ky. It was in and out quick and I couldn’t be happier with the repairs. Thanks Burger Body shop and all the professionals that work there. Great shop with great people.

Highly recommend this service department! I Love the convenience of the drive-in oil change with my busy and often sporadic work/life schedule. I am quite finicky on the care of my vehicles and this service department has always wowed me! The staff are always courteous, professional, and truly hear what I say if I ever have concerns. 5-star service every time!

I was a little disappointed in the service this time. When I drove in, I was told it would be about a half an hour. There were 2 other people waiting when I got to the waiting area. As we sat there, they were each brought a filter from their car that was noticeably dirty and needed to be replaced. After they left, I was brought an air filter that didn’t look dirty but which they recommended I get replaced. I declined; not a big deal. As I sat, 3 more people came in to wait. A while later, one of the other customers was told his car was ready. When I asked about mine, the technician said he would check. Turns out it had been ready for awhile but no one told me. I sat for almost 2 hours. I understand these things happen, but it was a frustrating experience.

My Jeep requires the entire skid plate to be removed to perform an oil change. Burger never informed me that over the past 5 years of me getting oil changes there (and only there), several bolts were missing and/or had the bolt heads stripped off (probably from an over zealous air tool user).Found out one evening when the entire corner of my skid plate was hanging down. Replaced all the missing and damaged bolts myself and havent been back since.

They did a thorough diagnostic, found the source of the issue, kept me informed of the progress, gave me options for the repair and performed all of this at a price that we considered very reasonable for all that was done. Im very pleased with their service.

Oil change / tire rotation today. Normally, great service. Today, not so much. Guy running the service lane had all kinds of trouble getting my bill right (after I questioned the amount was only half of what they normally charge (caused by charging for one quart of oil versus the required 6)). Will give him the benefit of doubt as he appeared to be new in the position.

Took my Durango in on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday! Done just as they had stated. Pleased with their performance! Have used them before and will use them again.

I came into Burger Chrysler Jeep to get a used dependable vehicle for my son and was able to get a decent price and monthly payments within his price range. I did have to cosign so he better not let me down!!! Lol.. All in all we left satisfied.

My mother and I went in for her to test drive a truck she wanted. Got to test drive it and she decided to wanted to buy it. It took close to 9 hours of being at the dealership to realize that the answer was no the entire time. Ran my moms credit score 10 times. Ran mine 2 times because they said me co-signing would help which didn’t lower the monthly price of the truck at all. We ended up leaving for about an hour after neither of us agreed on the monthly price of 762 with a 13% interest rate. Before the credit checks it would’ve been around 720-30. We didn’t have bad credit scores until after the fact. So they called my mom stating that the truck is still hers and that they’ll do 600 a month if she puts 1500 down. My mom decided to decline the offer so they call back and say they’ll do 600 a month with 1000 down and that it was a done deal. Went back and they had my mom put the 1000 down not even a minute after we walked through the doors. We were told there was a couple ahead of us and then we’ll be next. The couple completed their sale about 30 mins after we got there. We waited for an hour for the finance department to call us into the office. We decided to get the 1000 back and leave so we went up to the service counter. We were told that the banker was at a baseball game and they’re trying to workout the deal. So in other-words it would not have gotten finalized that day. At this point it was 4pm. They close at 5 and we just wanted to get the money back and leave. They offered for my mom to take the truck home with her and she can bring it back on Monday without having a deal set in place. Gave us the run around and wasted our entire day. Mind you we were from out of town. 3 hours north of terre haute. Would not recommend this dealership at all.

Had car hood warranty repaired for some Rust damage they fixed it and repainted it great job it was done quickly and I was contacted promptly so I can come pick it up. Great all-around experience

Horribly slow!! Almost three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. If they hadnt drained the oil right away I would have left.

I used the express lane for an oil change, there were two auto’s in front of me, I was out within an hour, “as the attendant had stated it would take approximately 1 hour”, the staff was courteous and professional.

Ive used their service center for several repairs, including the computer and transmission and have been very pleased with them.Had a warranty issue and I dropped it off and in a couple days the warranty repair was good to go.All in all, I will definitely be going here when needed, and I recommend anyone with a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge to go to this dealership for your needs.

I recieved great service and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

You cant make an appointment for an oil change and I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change! No one told me how long it would be and an hour in I asked, I was told they hadnt started yet, but would be starting in about 10 minutes. An hour and a half after that it was done! I wont be going back for an oil change there for sure.

While on vacation, our vehicles navigation system started messing up and they were the only location willing to help and corrected our issue. Thank you Burger Chrysler for making iur vacation a success!
