Outstanding service and product. Fair prices and grea products. This place will bot try and sell you what you dont need. They do get busy and usually operate on a first come first serve basis but Ive always been happy with the end result.

Horrible company for sure. Dont go to McCord Tire, They were very disappointing. They carry inferior Tires from a horrible company. next set will be Michelin (made in USA) from Belle. Never again will make a mistake with tires. Goodyear can sell all they want in California and NY not Indiana.

I was in a hurry. Stopped at 2 other places. They couldnt help. So I stopped by here at goodyear by the mall. The guy at the counter (Chris) was professional and quick to respond to my situation. He said the repair was fixable and sent his mechanic (Jordan) to fix it immediately. Jordan said he just fixed the same thing on a previous car. I am blessed. God used these men to help me. Came in with a flat on a trailer I was pulling. It was a strange size. They find a solution for me and got me back in the road within 45 min even though they were swamped. The manager himself left the front counter and grabbed some gloves and helped put my tire new tire on out in the lot in the rain. Great service, great product, great people. Great access to the interstate and waiting area with free coffee. Clean.

I experienced a severe tire wobble and broken belt about eight miles south of terre haute Indiana. I was able to get in touch with the owner of McCord and even though it was on a Sunday on a memorial day holiday weekend he sent a service technician out to open up and sold me to tires and installed them. the price was very reasonable for the emergency service and the gentleman that did the tire balancing was outstanding and performed the balancing and mounting very quickly and the steering wheel is dead-solid now. I wish they were closer to my hometown I do all my tire work there. The showroom is wheelchair accessible. if you were to have your vehicle serviced there and you needed to wait there are lots of good restaurants and a mall.

This place has been here as long as I can remember. We take all our fleet vehicles here and they do their best to get us in and out in a timely manner so we can get back to work. Friendly knowledgeable staff and vehicles get fixed right the first time without a bunch of upselling.

They ruined my stainless steel wheel liner retaining system by using the impact wrench on the retaining bolt. I spent 1.5 hours chiseling the nut off because the stripped nut. I spent $1100 and didnt even get 5 cent valve caps.

Hole in my tire mid-way through a 600 mile drive. These guys repaired the tire in 20 minutes and had us back on the road without hassle or overcharging. Humble and helpful!

While I didnt have work done, I did expect there to be staff available for an oil change during the lunch hour. To not have that service available during that time frame was quite frustrating.
