My daughter used this company for car repair. She left there crying because she was told that she would be lucky if her transmission lasted 30 days. She spoke with other males that she knows work on cars and was told that is incorrect. We spoke with Tom, the manager, and of course he denied the things that she said. SURPRISE!!! We feel he was trying to take advantage of her by scaring her into doing things that do not need done. There was a whole list of things claiming needs done. Her car is doing fine. Please be leery of this company especially if you are female.

Not sure if I want to choose 2 or 3 but I really liked him and would have chose 5 a few months ago. However he tried tricking my grandma and my moms friend. As well as forgetting to replace the oil cap after an oil change making the check engine light come on. He is a very nice man and I have had very good experiences with Tom.

Good automobile service at a fair price

Very unprofessional wife went to have her car worked on and it was already paid for when it went into the shop went to go pick the car up when they were done with it and the owner proceeded to say that the car was not paid for made my wife leave there in tears made her walk home after they picked her up from the house to come get the car all around not a very good place to take your vehicle if you want to have customer service

We took our jimmy there. No engine light just a minor antifreeze leak. The guy tom used to be located here in Brazil. swapped parts out and ran like a junker clunker. Got down the road a few blocks and engine light came on. After york Chevrolet looked at it they told us several things were bad. Distributor out of time one notch.. 3 injectors bad. I had to sell it to junkyard. Costs was over 1400 to fix.

Having an unfortunate defective product from a parts supplier, I had to return my truck for another transmission. It being a 700r4 it was somewhat hard to find but Tom did find one and made good on his word that he backs up any work from his shop. Im so thankful that I chose Rite-way Auto as my mechanic shop! This place is the preferred choice of my husband and he referred me there because my favorite place couldn’t get me in right away. They have early hours and we’re able to get me in right away. They replaced my brake pads and rotors in a timely manner and at an affordable price. Walk in service was available and during the time I was waiting they were able to accommodate 3 customers for oil changes. I will definitely recommend Rite Way Auto of Terre Haute.

We were looking for a good place to get oil changes since moving to Terre Haute and I think we found it. Cheap, quick, easy and reliable oil change for $20. They were also informative about other issues but didnt try and pressure us into other services, just recommended. I like that! We will definitely be returning with both our vehicles!

This guy should call himself a chiropractor, not a mechanic. Took my truck in for an antifreeze leak. Picked it up and it shook so bad my back popped sitting parked. I dont know what he did, but he did far more damage than repair. Make sure you call a junkyard before you take a car in to this guy. Youll probably have to scrap it when hes done.
