I’m from out of state traveling to Pennsylvania and my check engine light came on. These guys took my truck in right away, found the problem quickly, and made the necessary repairs. Everyone there was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained in detail what needed to be done and why. This area is lucky to have such a professional diesel repair shop available. Made an appt 4 weeks out, dropped off truck to get fixed. Didnt hear from them for a week, we called to find out they never made an appt for us and told us it would be another 4 weeks...terrible, just terrible. No effort made to make up for the bad service...

Very poor experience would not recommend them to fix anything thing no one seems to know whats going on to front office to the shop couldnt get a straight answer out of anyone they were suppose to service my RV had it for two days didnt do anything to it ordered windshield wiper and charged 73 dollars for them didnt put them on got home with them wrong blades very sad place poor customer experience

This shop is great. We are from tennessee and we install products for campgrounds and our schedule is very tight when we are working on the road. It was 3 oclock in the afternoon when we were able to get to there shop, and they close at 5. Schedule diesel were able to take a look at our truck right away. Our ford f350 was over heating they were able to change the thermostat and water pump by 2 oclock the next day and we were able to get back on the road and take care of the jobs we needed to get done and we made it back home to Tennessee. Scheid diesel was able to give us paper work that also showed other parts on the truck that needed attention. They were all very helpful and nice. Highly recommended. Good people.

Im sure parts wise they are great and performance as well. As for diagnosing the problem I had not so much. Had my truck a week still could not get it to mess up like it was with me. I went and picked it up didnt drive it 100 feet it done its normal issue then came out of it. I knew it would not do it again while it was there so I just brought it home. Going to buy my own diagnostic tool and figure it out my self.

Sent my 24v P pump swaped injectors to get poped and rebuilt as well as the set in my 801 Ford Diesel Powermaster. Talked to Mr. Schied himself. Great guy! Down to earth. I recommend him to everyone down here in Houston Tx.

I have never been so disrespected by a company and would not recommend it to anyone who does not want to have to go through a month long hassle over a silly order. I could not believe the audacity that Rob had to speak to a customer the way that he did. He does not back up his workers or what they claim they will do, instead he likes to try and belittle his paying customers. This is by far the absolute WORST diesel company I have ever dealt with. All of this over shipping costs in which I had already paid twice and refused to pay a third time (By the way, never ask for an exchange! They claim they do not have enough profit to pay any shipping after you have already paid $20.00 in shipping costs). The way that Rob handled a situation with a frustrated customer was completely outlandish and uncalled for. He would consistently interrupt me and began to yell at me and in short tell me I was a liar when I told him that he should really back up what his other workers had previously told me. I will not be doing business with this hateful man ever again, and I would advise everyone who does decide to order something through this company to make sure everything is correct on your order the first time, because they are not willing to help you out in any way shape or form if there is an error. They claim that they will fix their mistakes, but after being told by two separate workers that my issue would be resolved and I would not need to worry about the order any longer and they would take care of it (in which I found would be their mistake), Rob decided not to back up those workers and told me he needed written proof of this guarantee, if he had not hung up on me, I would have been able to play him my voicemail of this from the worker he said would not have said such thing. All I have to say is, be careful dealing with this company.

Compared to all the other shops this one is the best in my opinion. I think the price might be a bit higher, but you get what you pay for. So Its worth it. They had my truck in the shop and done within a week. All the other shops wanted weeks before they could even get to it. So if time is important no place is better.
