Went school shopping for my Granddaughter. We found a lot of clothes that she liked. Best of all they had a fitting room open! We didnt have to take everything home and then back to return them because they didnt fit right. The savings were incredible.

Blessed to still have this store in our neighborhood! Not many can just order online! Without these amazing stores to visit, I just dont know what we would do. Employees are kind, helpful and friendly.

No sense of good style nor a good selection. I dont even shop there anymore only go there when my guy makes me go. Its a clean store tho

Clean the staff was helpful not pushy and friendly and the sales were unbelievable. They have a wide variety to choose from I was surprised at the selection they did have. I still enjoy going into stores shopping and appreciate they are still here.

The fitting rooms were not cleaned. There was a shirt that was tried on in each of them and they had an off smell. Then we had to wait in a like for over 20 minutes because there was only one register operator and a line of 8 people. Luckily there was a decent selection of clothing.

Opened at 11 am. I love shopping there. There was plenty of different styles for me, not much to choose from for my husband. If you have a store card, you get a discount, and they offered daily sales as well

Clean, staff is nice. Prices higher...than discount stores same products.

I was actually at the JCPENNEY Photography to get my granddaughters pictures done. She was a bit hangry and sleepy as it was after lunch time. 😂 The photographer was sweet and patient with her as she was in a mood. We ended up getting some beautiful pics of my granddaughter in just the few split seconds that we could get her to somewhat cooperate. Kudos to you 👍

I miss having more sales team members on the floor...there was none in the childrens dept.

Walked into sephora looking for a Rihanna face wash. They didnt have it. However, the girl up front definitely helped me get a product just as good. She was so polite and helpful! I appreciated her for just being courteous.

I like JC Penny but didnt have much to chose from and the fashions they have for Plus size women my grandmother wouldnt wear, they are too expensive but the staff were great.

They usally have good deals. If you use your jcp card you can save extra money. Can get coupons in the mail or online to help save. They have one of the only photo studios left in town.

I went to my 3pm appointment from there I stopped at Jcpenney ordered few items than Lowes I did some shopping, then I stopped at KFC than I picked up my pizza, then Im returned home! Ooh I almost forgot I helped some elderly ladie who hadHARD TIMES sign on her hand that made me very happy!!

We like to shop there. We like their clothes selections and prices. We always save money and being on fixed income it really helps.

I have to admit that there are a lot of good products and prices in JC Pennys. However, I got lost in that place twice, man that is a huge store.

This is one of my go-to places to buy clothes because they still have a petite department. I dont like to shop on line. I like to be able to try things on and see how they really fit and look on my body.

No fitting room open and everyone walking with mask on like un American sheep.

I know I can always get what I am looking for when I come here. Thank goodness this is still in my mall. All other major stores have closed here but my favorite is still going strong!

We had our family photos taken here and they are AMAZING!! Our photographer was perfect and was super good with our little one. Highly recommend.

Got what I needed relatively painlessly. Everything was on sale and I used and extra 25% coupon. My complaint with this and seemingly all JCPennys is that they close all the fitting rooms except one or two and you have to go hunting to find one. I do not like wasting time playing Which dressing room is open? throughout the store. But I love the clothes and the suit I bought for my son, so Ill suffer through the fitting room debacles.

Now is a great time to update your wardrobe. JCPs prices and quality brands are hard to beat.

Good deals and great selection. Im a larger size and after shopping other places i came in and found 2 of What I needed right away! On check out they held by adding a coupon that I did not know existed even further cutting my costs. Ive always like shopping here and now I remember why! Ill take great deals any day!

I shop mainly at Christmas and for gifts throughout the year. Staff usually friendly. Now, the Beauty Shop I have the best Hairstylist been seeing her for over 20 years.

Staff were not customer friendly or helpful!

Very helpful. Had to exchange 2 pairs of jeans, which was an online order. Very nice. Helpful and had right size I needed there.

Of all the Penneys i have been in this one is the worst, too many items on the racks making it hard to look, so messy often things misplaced, i hate the layout of the womens departments. Over the years i have been so disappointed with Penneys use to love shopping there, but the quality of the goods have declined let alone the store layouts became difficult to find styles easily, like work attire.

I bought some jewelry three weeks ago, and still don’t have it. They sent it out to get sized, resized it the wrong way, send it back to get the proper size. Then they lost it, if that’s the way they do business I can see why they’re going out of business, Jc Penny used to be a name you could trust, Now their employees evidently just don’t care and their customer service is subzero

I went to Sephora and I couldnt find a couple of items and I had questions about some of the products and the sales girl answered all of my questions.

Large selection and killer sales. Catch the right sale going on and can save a ton. Unlikr online its very nice to get to actually try things on before buying.

The mall should also have lower prices. The place has gone down
