Walked in for a covid test, was advised by a grey haired female pharmacist that I was unable to be in the store if I was looking for a covid test and that I had to make an appointment online then walked away as I was asking her more.. rude as hell.

Sat 45min waiting for my script, grey haired lady couldn’t tell me how long it was going to be. Then stood for 20min in line to pay even tho I’d been sitting here the whole time& the ppl in line only just walked in. Stupid.

A lady in front of me at the checkout was returning merchandise and the manager was very rude to her. Told her she couldn’t shop there and that she was a problem. I was floored by his behavior. This is unacceptable

Pharmacy is incredibly rude, hangs up on you for asking simple questions (like when can I expect this prescription). Makes decisions for you, like putting a hold on ordering a prescription because it was too expensive and not contacting or telling you. Thank you random pharmacy technician for making a decision about my health without consulting me.

Had a covid test scheduled for my daughter at 4:45 on August 13th. She showed up and nobody was there to perform the test. No courtesy call, text or anything. It was a big inconvenience and waste of time and of course she still needs tested

I had a package delivered here by UPS on Friday and stopped by on Monday to pick it up and guess what nowhere to be found. Manager said the UPS driver probably picked it up. I went to the UPS local office to inquire about the package and the UPS driver stopped by and looked for it and zero success. I called the manager and told him he has a theft problem either a customer or an employee.

I have been very pleased for years. Today - no greeting, man behind counter on his phone. And now- no check out service, only self service. A man tried but set ofc the door alarm, no one came. I left my purchase on the counter. Going to Walgreens.

If anyone has a controlled substance being filled at this place u need to move it to a different pharmacy asap. I was robbed of a good portion of my meds. And when the bottle was taken back into cvs (like they told me had to be done when i called them to point out their mistake on the phone) they took one look at it and said yeah I counted these out. It was correct and kept the bottle! So now I am shorted on my kuch needed meds! Someone there needs to lose their job bc they cant count or their whole pharmacy needs to be drug tested bc someone back there is stealing meds. I will NEVER step foot in this store again!

Pharmacy is great and they have a nice selection of seasonal gift items. They also carry childrens toys, cleaning supplies, and a refrigerated section for cold drinks and a quick trip for milk. Clean. A good place to pop in and out of quickly. Nice location near mall area.

Frustrated! Filled my scripts (auto) on the 27th. Went to pick all 3 up on the 29. They had managed to put them back in stock or whatever they call it bc they had no room to keep other pt scripts. I manage to get 2 that night. Changes were wrong, told me I would need to hang around and speak w someone else about it. I had no time and they were packed so I paid and left. Called the next MORNING (8:06AM) the get the other script refilled, again. Was told I couldn’t get it filled bc it was “inactive”. The very Same call, same person, seconds later told me he had my script in his hand, it was “pending” and would be ready to pick up in a few minutes. So charges are still wrong I didn’t get the medication. Next day (today) I call my normal CVS pharmacy in another town to find out what was going on. The Terre haute pharmacy had changed my prescription coverage to some other persons plan,coverage! Called the Terre Haute pharmacy back again, Another long frustrating conversation later and the woman telling me that it was my insurance and it had changed at the 1st of the new year. I got out my insurance card read her my plan, bin, I’d, group plan and she had to change it. Now I’m told I need to wait at least 3 more hours for her to refill the insurance and I’ve been out of my medication for 2 days now and it’s not a medication you can skip! It’s worth the drive to Brazil (35ish) minutes away so i know it’s done right the first time. And I rather enjoyed that in this day and age the people working in the pharmacy do not know how to work the texting/ app info so it’s updated and lets the customer know the medication is ready!I knew my plan hadn’t changed, I shouldn’t had to argue w the woman on the phone about it and I should not have to wait so long for a medication I am out of The pharmacy employees need education! The pharmacy needs employers that know what they are doing. They need employees that do not argue w the customer! They need employees that do not tell the customer they don’t know how to do specific tasks.

Sicker than a dog I pull into the drive-thru to get scripts filled. But no! I cant because they close in five minutes Im told. They would have been content to argue with me for five minutes than simply do their job, no doubt. These are the same people that go to a restaurant five minutes before they close, order appetizers, well done steak, dessert and coffee drinks and leave a $3 tip on a $100 tab. So much for customer care. I will never go to this location again.

This pharmacy is rude also. The 9th and Poplar pharmacy is really rude and hurtful. I have called the corporate office about the pharmacist, pharmacy technician and Cashiers at the 9th and popular location and the woman who took my complaint told me This is not how they should be treating customers and the district manager will call me about this rude treatment Nobody has ever called me. I dont understand why they are so rude and hurtful to customers and to me. They shouldnt treat people like this and they should never be loud and hurtful rude and make customers upset, embarrassed and to cry 😔I had to rate a one star, I wish I could have rated a zero star.

The pharmacy staff are really rude. They act like filling scripts is a huge inconvenience to them. Insurance put my script on hold (insurance was getting ready to go out) I wanted to just pay out of pocket and they refused! Said since I had insurance that I couldnt pay cash! So I said fine, I will take my script else where and they were extremely rude about it.

Dont joke or give a low rating. They treat you badly from that point on. If you want to be told that you are sarcastic and not to talk. The one on Margaret and 7th Street in Terre Haute, In. I am always told that I am sarcastic no matter what I say because they got a low rating from me. So I transferred my prescription to a new pharmacy and its not C V S. Corporate also got emails from me

The staff are rude and I have literally told them 7-8 times NOT to refill something, that I no longer take that medication. I will get a text saying I have meds ready and I will make a special trip to town only to find out its what Ive already told them I dont take anymore. From now on I just call if I get a message .
