This weekend I had the opportunity to visit again and test out the great mattresses. The staff was extremely helpful and very respectful of safety protocols. I am appreciative of the time Sherri spent with us going over the differences and helping us make a more informed decisions. I cant wait to test out the new purchase!

I loved how friendly and prompt the staff was! It was such a welcoming atmosphere to be greeted by Sherri and not feel pressured to buy something beyond my price range. She educated me on the different brands and allowed me to make an informed decision. I couldnt have had a better experience! I will be returning and recommending this to others!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new mattress and decided to go here. We’ve heard good things and were hoping to have a good experience as well. We walked in and were greeted by smiles. Izabella then came and helped us pick out our dream mattress. It took awhile for us to find one and she was very patient with us and offered us good advice. Very friendly girl!

I had to return a mattress which I had never taken delivery of. Sherri made it a seamless effort. The return was taken care of in a matter of 10 minutes. I never hesitate purchasing anything from her! I know she will always take care of my needs!

Matt was very informative and knowledgeable about the types of mattresses in the store. He helped us to find two mattresses that were better than we were expecting to get for an amazing price compared to other stores. Will definitely return in the future and recommend to our friends and family.

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt this was going to be a good experience for me. Frank met me right away with a smile and an overall great attitude! I pretty much had my mind made up that I wanted a Dreamcloud mattress from previous research comparisons I had done. Frank encouraged me to test the Dreamcloud mattresses as well as other brands they had on display. I chose the Dreamcloud queen mattress PLUS an adjustable base!! Sherri is great. She helped my aunt and uncle find not only the perfect mattress for them but also an adjustable base that was cheaper than another store we looked at by 50$. With all her help we are greatly pleased and look forward to future purchases.

I just had my new Samsung Refrigerator delivered this morning. I’m very pleased with the service that I have received from Rebekah with the purchase and all of my Samsung appliances. This was our first visit to the appliance factory and Denise was very knowledgeable helpful and friendly. We purchased a washer and dryer and are very happy with it. They work with you to get you the best deal possible.

We had a great experience for the most part with this company. Other than it took over a month to get our dishwasher. They had no explanation as to why it was taking so long to get nor any updates when we called. We did get out range, microwave, and fridge within 2 weeks of our order which is what we were told to expect ship.

Was very pleased with Sherri, the sales associate. She was very helpful in finding the appliance I needed and wanted. Unfortunately it had to be ordered thru no fault of hers.

I want to take the time out and say that I am greatful that this location is in Terre Haute. The store was clean and easy to browse around. Rebekah Cameron was very professional. She did not make me feel pressured or over talk me. She answered all the questions I had and really made my experience worth while and spending my money there. This location was my first to look around for beds and because of Rebekah I could not leave without buying from this store. There was another guy who I believe was the manager who was just as helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great experience and I will recommend all of my friends here.

Got a great deal on a front control electric slide in stove. Store is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Just went today and bought a Fridge here......we were assisted by Rebekah, who was not only helpful, but on the spot. Our original fridge was an LG bought for around $2, 700., 6.5 years ago.....talk about a mistake....the compressor has puked and would cost approx. $1,000 to fix, which we said “no way”. So we went shopping. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly “Hi” and we were checked on by Rebekah. We told her we were price checking fridges, what happened to the expensive one and that we were looking for a deal. We were not pressured, when we started looking at the “scratched/dented” ones, she came and made sure we knew the ones with this sticker were that type. A scratch or dent makes no difference to us and since the side it was on would be against the wall, we got one, got $ off, she checked with boss and got us a great deal. Would advise this store for all your appliance/mattress needs. When we need to replace our stove and washing machine, it would look be thru her, at this store.

Hello everyone,please read this review to get an insight of the appliances and the people you will encounter here at Mattress Kingdom. My first take on the store was clean and put together. The appliances are good name brands with great prices! I know the appliances are what you are interested in however for me it is about the integrity of the people you are dealing with along with demeanor the put off. Every person I encountered showed respect for each other and kindness to customers. I had went in on two occasions before becoming a client and both times I was greeted with a smile from good people. I encountered General Manager Scott Bailey he was very approachable and introduced me to his associate and product specialist Matt Zigler. Matt took care of us from that point on and did a great job on listening to what we actually wanted, and for what we were able to pay. To shorten we bought our refrigerator we needed and a new range. I felt very comfortable becoming a client with such good people. Once the fridge showed some issues I reached out to the company and by no time they were helping me to resolve the issue. I was brought in to honor their word to chose a new refrigerator after servicing was not an option. At this time I met Gary Hickenbotham sales manager. Gary was polite and greeted me at the door to help me himself along with Matt to pick the best fridge for our home. They did not make me feel any kind of way except comfortable. I am a very blunt and honest person and being around them I could tell they had the same qualities. I was very satisfied they assisted in choosing and got me a delivery date that was suitable for the arrival of our new baby ! Any day now and I will gladly be sending Matt, Gary, and Scott a picture once she is here. My dryer went out so i call all over town asking for prices and this girl Rebekah hooked me up with an awesome deal a great warranty and low price for a set of both dryer and washer and she hooked me up with a coupon of dicount if i buy another item through the store.

We went in with the expectation of buying new appliances and ended up getting a bed as well because they saved us $300 on our appliance purchase. Gary is the man!!!

Sherri Perkins was our sales lady. She was very informative, very nice, and the overall experience in dealing with her was extremely pleasurable. Very happy with our new bed and would highly recommend this place to anyone!
