Kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. I brought in a combo tube tv/vcr with a tape stuck in it. TV was powering off after about ten seconds and not enough time to eject the tape. Over the phone he quoted me $20 to free the tape. I told him when I got there that the tape was priority, but if he could also fix the TV for under $50 then go ahead and do so. He got the tape out, but the TV part worked fine, presumably after having been jiggled around in transport. He didnt diagnose anything, and when I asked him what caused the power issue he said he didnt know. But he charged me the $50 as if he had fixed the TV, when it was really a glitch that resolved itself after being jiggled around a bit. Whatever, the TV works and he got the tape out, but I know that guy didnt actually fix anything, he just happened to get the good end of an intermittent problem and claimed success.

I recently bought stereo equipment from Indiana Tee Vee. I wanted to shop local, and I wanted a knowledgeable person to be available for all my questions about assembly and set-up. Indiana Tee Vee provided that for me. He had to order the equipment, and it took a few days for the items to arrive, but I knew that having a proper set-up was most important rather than the cheapest price or fastest delivery. I plan on using Indiana Tee Vee for my next major electronics purchase.

Bought New Product: 75 Sony TV, and soundbar. Nader delivered the products, set them up, and took his time with me, showing me how things worked. Very knowledgeable, super nice guy, and I found his pricing to be reasonable, and comparable with what I could find elsewhere. Furthermore, he hauled my old, non-functioning TV away for me.It was a pleasure doing business with him. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the repair and service of our large LG flat screen HD older TV! Repair was timely, and seemed reasonably priced as well.

Took a Samsung TV in, it had short on the main board. the television was repaird in just a few days. Fast and friendly service, highly recommended. So dont toss out that television that wont come on, take it to Indiana Tee Vee.
