Brandon was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased . There was no stress involved in the purchase. Our questions were answered in a timely manner. He was great to work with.

We had an appointment for 8:30 a.m. When my husband called he was told it would be about a 2 hour job to clean the valves and to fix a recall. He drove separate so we could get shopping done. We came back at 11:30. Our car was not done until after 2:00! We realize that sometimes it will take a little longer than anticipated, but not 3 1/2 hours. Poor communication with customers in our opinion.

I took my car there for an oil change and an engine diagnostic. I believed that it would cost me nearly $200. They changed my oil topped off all of my fluids, and did not charge me for the diagnostic due to it being a normal operational noise I was hearing. They changed out an air bad sensor that was under recall for no charge. They filled my tires and cleared my tire pressure light from my dash. They changed two light bulbs in my tail lights. They washed my car before returning it to me. I walked out of there for less than $70. I was thrilled. Did I mention that the waiting area and bathrooms were clean and they offer free coffee and have vending machines. Also I did not have to wait very long. The work was done in a timely manner. I will take my car back for a $40 oil change every time.
