Im start off by saying I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership worst buying experience by far I drove 8 hours 16 total to purchase it, my Hyundai Genesis Im keep the story short but after buying the car it downhill from there.They tired to get me to buy this vehicle for almost 20k no sir if the car went throw a 120 point inspection like they say.. The tires having flat spots A/C line was leaking on the low side from the tire wheel cover not being secured, they wouldve noticed all those things.Eric Michaels was my sales person he was no help at all, Brandon Dorsett played cool at first but he flipped the script on me saying it was my fault that the car had those issues, they take my money for sales tax which is $1,125.29 and the paperwork they provided I couldnt use in my state to get my tags.Been trying to get my money from them over a year now and they havecontinued to ignored me, I wont my money back youll should know who I am look me up I know Im in your files Tyran Turner..

They let us drive 2.5 hours to buy a Jeep that was not there. We were in constant communication with their sales team and had a time set for the purchase and everything. When we got to Terre Haute we received a text saying the Jeep was sold the night before, but they had other Jeeps they could show us. We took vacation time and drove 5 hours for nothing! The Jeep in question is still listed as available on their site. We would NEVER do business with this dealership. They are dishonest. We wonder now if they ever even had the Jeep. Who knows?

Went to Dorsett Automotive to check out a 2016 Murano. Josh was able to answer my questions & find answers to the ones he didnt know, answering my random texts regarding the vehicle.The recalls for particular vehicle I pointed out were checked and corrected.Josh was an excellent salesman. He quoted & printed out pricing & explained it to me. Moved on to Chris for financing. I already had been to my banker with finance information. Chris looked for better rate. Im still waiting my copy of a corrected document after calling & text several times. Ive had the Murano several months now & hate the poor visibility on front thick corners trying to turn. Also small back window makes visibility poor as well. Enjoy the space. Gassing up more frequent than with my other vehicles. Had its 1st oil change. Do like how the technician recorded their job & sent video to my phone.

Very impressed with our salesperson, Jay, who went above and beyond to locate a Rogue in the color we wanted from another dealership. Really liked the streamlined buying process. Our new Rogue ended up having a ding in the hood that we noticed shortly after picking it up. Jay made arrangements immediately to have the ding fixed at a local body shop. He arranged a loaner for me that a service team member (Jim) had warmed up and ready for me as soon as I arrived to drop of my Rogue. Very satisfied so far!

When our younger daughter was ready to purchase her first new car, it was a very big step for her. She had worked and saved, looking forward to it for long time. But, as the time approached to actually go through with the process of purchasing the new one, she was very nervous about it. We called ahead and spoke with Josh about what she was looking for and met him on a Saturday morning at 9am. He had everything ready for her. After driving 2 different models, she had many questions and Josh was able to answer them all. There was no pressure to hurry, or pick one over the other. He understood that this was a very big step for her and he took all of the time necessary for her to make her decisions. This Sonata is the second new Hyundai we have purchased through Josh, and our 4th Hyundai overall. We have found them to be very well built and reliable cars. The service staff at Dorsetts has always been excellent as well. They are ready for our appointments, on time, and the work is done right with no unnecessary charges or up-sells, or delays. What had started as a tense and apprehensive morning for our daughter quickly became a very happy day for her. The following Monday when she left for work in her new car for the first time, she smiled all the way down the road.
I called for my check engine light coming on and they were quick to get my car in to get it checked out. They were quick with the diagnosis of the problem and very friendly. The service staff is exceptional in what they do and I will continue to take my car there for service .

The lease on my mothers Rogue was about up and we were shopping for another car for her. Our salesman Jay Dorman was excellent, showing us several good options and asking questions that helped to zero in on exactly what her needs were. Mom is 91 and still lives alone and drives where ever she wants to go, but is sometimes a little slow to understand new things. Jay was extremely patient in explaining the features of each vehicle and making sure she understood how to operate everything on the Rogue Sport we finally chose.

Had a good experience buying my truck. Great customer service ---- HOWEVER - after a week of having my truck I began having several issues pop up that most certainly were present at the time of my purchase. Here I am 3 months later and am expected to pay thousands of dollars to fix issues that were happening when I bought the truck but were either covered up or their mechanics are not that great. I understand I bought a used truck, but I was pretty disappointed that this place, even owning a Ford dealership, would not help me out at all. Their response was - we cant fix the issues, but we can try to get you into another vehicle. Wow.

I bought a 2008 Pontiac G6 on May 21 and was told there were no issues with the car. That night, the check engine light comes on. I have the car looked at locally ( am about 90 miles from the dealer) and am told that 2 of the catalytic converters are bad. I call the dealer and speak to the salesman, Justin, and agree to bring the car back for his service dept to look at it. I drop it off on Saturday May 26. On May 31 I call because they have not called me. The service guys agree it is the converters, but I’m told they didn’t know they were bad when they sold me the car. Justin says the he will take it to a mechanic to fix because he can do it cheaper than the dealer can. 3 weeks later, I finally get a call that the car is ready. I pick it up on June 23 ( 4 weeks after I dropped it off) pay $300 and bring it home. That afternoon the check engine light comes on again. I call Justin, and he says that he will speak to his boss and get back to me. It’s now been two weeks and I have not heard anything. I’ve left messages for Justin, but he has not called back. I also sent a message to the used car manager, Brandon Dorsett, through a link on their website, but have heard nothing. Do NOT do business with this dealer.
Just went to Dorsett and purchased a new truck. This is the 5 vehicle we have purchased from them. Jay, Brian, Brett, and the rest of crew are wonderful to work with. Low pressure sales and a friendly environment makes it a great experience. It was really the best deal on an Altima that I could find of anywhere else i checked.When i just recently took my car back for an oil change and inspection almost 2 months later, James remembered me and stopped to check on me and my purchase. I try to get a estimate for work I want done and Im told they will get back to me without a response. I have a extended warranty with my financing and if I need service I will take my cars elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed. I have had to change what used to be a 5 star review to zero stars, if that were an option.My hsband and I have pruchased 3 vehicles from there and used to refer people all the time. Things have changed.I have been lied to endlessly this go around. I drove 2 hours to purchase a car I was told was being held for me only to find out it wasnt. I had a preapproval for my finance option I was going to use and was treated as if my offer wasnt goid enough when i got there to find out that the car I wanted was sold. I then was told to get the lower end model because it was less expensive. Like I couldnt afford the new car. While waiting for hours to find out what they would trade in my old car, I found a vehicle only 3k more that I absolutely loved. I said i wanted that vehicle to my salesperson and the finance manager and they told me i wasnt approved for it. But, I had an approval higher than that according to my offer. So, I settled.Yesterday Come to find out, ny finance place never was sent an offer for the car I wanted. They submitted without my consent the higher car to another place and they wanted me to put down 4k to even look at me. I never consented to that.After that, I realized, i still have not gotten my title work. Ive called multiple times being redirected to everyone but the lady that I needed. She said she had no proof of residency. I was told that all my documents had been mailed. I dont deserve to be lied to.After sending at least 10 people there the last few years, I will jever purchase another vehicle from Ernie Ingal or Dorsett.

I am a US Navy sailor currently stationed in Italy. I had a 2004 Chevrolet SSR that I sold to this dealership using the KBB Cash Offer Program. I had to give my father-in-law a special power of attorney to sell it on my behalf. To be upfront and honest the actual selling of the car went through quick and fairly easy. Maybe too easy... The reason for my low rating is that they failed to read the full power of attorney statement and sent my father-in-law a check instead of depositing the money into my checking account. Obviously this is a much bigger problem because I am out of country and he cannot cash the check himself. To make matters worse now apparently for the next week and a half the entire accounting side will be on vacation and cannot help us. All of this comes after hours spent on the phone trying to get the payments organized and making sure they knew about the direct deposit.

I had a problem with the cruise control driving back from Indianapolis. I drove straight to the dealership. They were able to get my Rogue in, had a front radar in stock, and replace it the same day. Cant get any better than that!
We had a emissions light come on in our 2017 Elantra. I was directed to Dorset Hyundai for a service request. We made the call and they got us in immediately. They were very professional and provided us with a shuttle home while taking care of our problem. They informed us our car could be picked up at 2pm and it was ready at 2pm. We would highly recommend them.

I bought a 2008 Blue Chevy Malibu in December 2015. It was the worst car anyone has ever sold to me. Of course they talked me into the warranty for $1,000.00 more and that was a HUGE joke. After having the car less than a month the sensor lights for my right rear tire came on. I took it in and they fixed it. A few weeks later it came back on, so I took it back in and they fixed it FREE of charge that time. So less than a month it turned back on and I took it back in. Brandon tried to tell me that they did not replace a tire sensor in that car. I told him they did. He wanted to argue about it telling me it was not in his computer. So that just meant that someone did not do their job and they did not enter it in the computer the 2 times I had to take my car in for the same issue. Before all the argument with Brandon I had him place an order for two of my door locks on the passenger side because they stopped working. So I told him to forget the door locks because if they were going to argue with me over the tire sensor there was no point in paying an extra $100.00 to fix 2 door locks that YES were under warranty that we paid an extra $1,000.00 for that was a scam . He then informed me that he already placed the order while I was standing there and if he had to cancel it and I changed my mind on wanting them fixed later on it would cost more b/c I canceled the first order. WTH! So I paid for that to get fixed, after I said my husband was on he way in they then decided that they would just fix the tire sensor again. They changed my oil while I was in there that time, when I left the check oil light came on!! I called Brandon and told him and he said the guys who changed it did not reset my oil thing and when I took my car in the next day for the door locks/tire sensor it would be fixed. So the next day I took it in and everything got fixed. A few weeks later my check engine light came on, I took it back in they said it was just the sensor that got tripped there was nothing wrong bla bla bla, so it came back on like 3 days later I didnt call and I didnt take it back in I work and I didnt have time to keep taking it in . Well then when I would be at a stop light etc, the traction control would kick on along with the engine light and when you would take off the car would jerk so hard because of the traction control. So I took it in again and I was then dealing with Jimmy Johnson and he said why did you wait so long to bring it back in? That pissed me off I had already had that car in for so many things I did not have time to keep coming back. Needless to say they turned the engine light off again and after it came back on when I left the parking lot I said I was done dealing with them it was an awful experience and plus by that time my driver side door locks had quick working. I was not putting any more money in that car b/c they never made it right each time I went in. There was also a good size paint chip on the front bumper that the were going to fix when I bought the car and I had to keep calling over and over to see when it was going to get painted, also that time I had to walk in and find the older man who sold me the car to give me a day and time!! Just please double triple check out a vehicle before buying off of them!!!! I strongly advise NOT to use their automotive department they are awful and if you are a woman Jimmy Johnson will treat you like you are no body! I had to rate them so it would post this but I do not even give them 1 star :(
