Just stopped in there this evening to mail some items. The girl at the front was friendly and helpful. We purchased a box and tape ($6), got everything packaged, paid the shipping, and was on our way. Quick and easy process!

FedEx is complicating there locating system more all the time. Like to never found my package..

They hardly ever deliver a package on time according to there specified delivery time they have to keep updating it. And part of the time they take it to the wrong house.

Went to ship a box, but I needed help with tape and the label. The lady was very kind, helpful, and efficient as it was a busy time for people to drop packages.

The most horrible dishonest department ever!! Will NEVER have anything shipped through them EVER again. Called yesterday told me the package was still there (it had been there since dec 12th). Called today and it was reported lost/stolen. Stealing kids Christmas is a pretty low thing for a company to do!!

Pitiful.😞 I have called FedEx 4 times asking you to pick up the packages you delivered to my address, by mistake. Each time I was told someone would pick it up, but that did not happen. 17 days later, I finally drove it to your facility, I was told I was at FedEx Express and would have to take it to FedEx Ground, so I did. It was not my package, yet it seems I had the most commitment to it finding its rightful owner. 🤔

There is direct phone number to this location. After going around and around with the national number, no one can tell me how to get in contact with this location. Insane.

Not happy with Fedex I was supposed to receive a package today and it said delivered at my doorstep except that it was not delivered. This is not the first time they have delivered to the wrong place except last time it was a neighbors house this time the package is nowhere in sight. Please pay attention to the address and deliver to the right address our house is clearly marked this is so ridiculous we never have this trouble from UPS.

They had the package I was waiting for 7 days! In that time it was on the truck 5 times and did not get delivered. They said the couldnt find my house, there were weather delays and the package was returned to the facility for inspection. With FedEx, there is always a different driver and half of the time they cannot find our house. This is just inexcusable for a package delivery company! In contrast, We have had the same UPS driver for nearly a decade and never a problem with them!

For prepaid shipments there is a cart outside so you dont have to go inside or wait in line

They either say unable to deliver because they cant locate address ( my house is on a major hwy and address number is on mailbox ) ... Or they deliver to the wrong house .... so basically its a no win with them :p Oh and the most irritating thing is every single time I call to verify that my address is correct they are like robots reading the same dang lines off of a card ... sigh ... at least throw in a few of your own words here and there so it seems a bit more like Im talking to a human

Carrier tried to deliver a package to my apt. (Supposedly) Marked as business closed or not home on my fedex app. What!!! I have had knee surgery and was literally waiting 2 feet from my door waiting at 11:52am!!! Called customer service they had no idea because my address was right but it was obvious this carrier had not been at the right place from jump, have no door tag about not being home and missing my delivery! Maybe these carriers need to slow down and check what theyre doing so they do there job right!

I tip my hat to the staff. We came in just before closing with a package that needed to be shipped to Texas. The company requesting the package did not provided all the information, making it more challenging. The staff help us find the information to ensure it got to the proper address in Texas while smiling and joking with us the whole time.

Lazy delivery driver in Owen County. Delivered my package to the wrong address. Luckily my husband works there. If the driver wouldve driven just 3 seconds further was my lane which is clearly marked with name of road and it is the same as my address road. Pure laziness Im thinking. And it wouldve been just another 2-3 mins to get to my home, especially the way they drive on my lane.THANKS FEFEX 😡🤯

I had bought something for my brothers birthday and was told it arrived on 7/1/2017. Problem was it was NOT at my door, nor did anyone from FedEx knock or ring my door bell. I was home at the time the delivery was suppose to happen. Even if I had not heard them, my dogs would have. I called them right away, was told they would track item and call me within 2hrs hours. That was 5 days ago!! I called them on 7/3/2017 to find out what was going on, I was put on hold an then disconnected. An I still have NOT heard from them as of today 7/6/2017!!! They lost my item and now they are not taking my calls! and it was a 130.00 item!

Driver “couldn’t find my house” two days in a row and kept taking my package back to the warehouse. Really? I live in a town of 9000 on a County Road and get packages almost everyday from you and the “other” truck. So I finally had to cancel the order. I

Tracking shows my package (which mind you is perishable) has been on the truck and out for delivery since 720am this morning...its currently as I type this 450pm!!!!! And Im still waiting for it to be delievered!!!! I live approximately a half hour from this location....I could have come and picked it up faster then waiting all day long to receive my item! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! Ive called customer service twice and get the run around and lame excuses! I paid extra shipping for my package to be delivered on time!!!!Its no wonder people like UPS better! At least the show up on time when promised!One thing I can promise, is if or when I ever get my package and its damaged....I will be holding FedEx completely responsible and legal action will be made!

I sent an envelope and requested a signature for delivery. The gentleman said ok and quoted me a price and did the paperwork. The envelope arrived on the day requested but it was just left on the front door step (no signature). I called customer service and the representative told me the envelope was not marked signature required and there wasnt anything she could do. She suggested I go to 5300 Margaret Avenue, Terre Haute, IN and complain. The only receipt I was given was a cash register receipt with the price and tracking number. Do not trust the counter people working there. Very disappointed in the service and the response from customer service.

I’ve called dozens of times now about our packages being marked as delivered, but not being anywhere in sight, as well as packages being marked as undeliverable over and over again because our driver refuses to deliver our packages. Every time you call you just get transferred to a call center and nothing gets resolved. Poorest delivery service. They don’t hold their drivers accountable at all.
