Very disappointed on how my college daughter was treated this morning at the Terre Haute UPS. My daughter went into the store with everything she needed to send back her phone to Verizon. Verizon provided a protective pouch for us to return the item in. The mad, cut open the envelope so the phone would fit into a box. He charged her $6.50 for a box. When I returned 4 exactly the same phones to my local UPS store the box was $1.50. Now, if the phone is broken when it is returned to Verizon, UPS will be giving us the $800. I called and spoke with someone and all they could say, was it will be okay.

Great service!! Made a lot of copies here & got the assistance I needed. The owner seems to be very on hands & willing to make sure he makes his customers happy! I don’t live in Indiana. However I visit the state often. This is at least the 3rd time I’ve stopped & used their services. I had other options in the area.. however they made a good first impression along time ago. Two thumbs up!👍👍

I always feel like I am an inconvenience to Jonathan...like he cant be bothered to take my money. He is so rude! I will only go back when Amazon dictates that is where I take my returns.

Employee told me to take my items back to the store because shipping would be too complicated and expensive to ship. It was a gift and he suggests I take it back to the store? Drove to east side and fed ex fixed me right up.

Great service. I ship quite a few boxes through this store. Everyone of them have always made it to there destination on time.

The older man that works here is aggressive and rude every time I come in here, he is even loudly disrespectful to his co workers. I do not know how they can work with him or how he is not fired yet. He may know what he is doing but I have never seen him treat anyone with respect.

I took some birthday decorations in to be packed and mailed. The guy was less than interested in helping me. Quoted me $75 to ship to FL. I took the stuff home, left one odd size item out, boxed it and sent it priority mail for $12. He could have at least tried to work with me and discuss options for lowing price. He just shrugged and said its what the computer said. Never going back. Ill stick to the good ol post office.

This UPS store is best shipping service in Vigo County, Jonathan has been operating this store for 15 years and works in the store all the time making sure the shipping service is prompt and accurate. I highly recommend his shipping service!

The man there was a complete douche to me and my husband about faxing documents. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning here

Was rude and unhelpful. Made it seem like my missing package was inconvenient for them.
