T-Mobile gave me the wrong information about receiving and paying for a hotspot that was being shipped to me. I went back up there to try to fix it and they were unable to help with the product. They sent me to a store on Lake June to get the device. However, when I got to that particular store they were not open. Needless to say I had to drive to the store on Buckner Boulevard and a gentleman named Giovanni deleted the account that they set up for me fix the new account for me and also had the device that I needed.

Laynie was awesome with us we came in fustrated and she saved us. Thank you so much we really appreciate the customer service you gave us.

I went back and Andreas resolved the issue. I have renewed faith in Tmobile.I have trying for two days to get another phone and add a line. On Friday and today I waited to long because the system was down. I have been with Tmobile 7 years and never had any issues.

Avoid this location, they are scam artist. We joined T-mobile in November getting two phones. A few weeks later my wife went in to purchase a hot spot. They told her it would be cheaper if she purchased a cheap android phone and we could get unlimited hot spot, so she bought the cheap phone. The cheap android does not have unlimited internet, and now they quoted her a much lower rate for a hot spot. If you do go to this location, do not do business with the gentlemen that work there, have they young lady help you. BEWARE.FYI, the response from T-mobile is phony, I have yet to get a response from that email
