This store is the worse! Ran my credit without asking. I thought they were looking up my previous account with my SS number. I did not want to finance a phone, I wanted to pay cash! They told me all phones had to be financed. The entire time we we there for 20 minutes no other customers entered the store. The manager, some guy, was not very accommodating. Did not feel comfortable with the service so we left and went around the corner to T-Mobile. Atmosphere was so much better and the store had 4 people ahead of us. I ask a customer how they liked the service for the Terrell area. They loved it and said they left Verizon. I was leaving AT&T, and did. My family and I are now T-Mobile Customers. Oh, I had a choice to pay cash or to finance the phones. I was told if I finances I would save hundreds of dollars. I can pay off the phones in two month without penalty and still receive all the promotional savings. Even my 9 year old said Daddy that man was rude at Verizon, maybe that’s why no other people go there. Plus Verizon had no Current IPhones in stock. Waste of time!

This is not a good store AT ALL. Very rude, didn’t look into account and refused service to us and we have been with Verizon for one 18 years. Went to the Forney store that they helped us. Don’t go to this store

We went on a Friday night to get my wife a new phone. They only had one person working there. We waited 45min and the guy still hadnt finished helping the person hed been working with since before we arrived. He was friendly, but friendliness shouldnt get in the way of efficiency.

I would highly recommend Brooklyn !!I came in just to pay my bill and she explained to me that I was currently paying TO MUCH, she saved me 100 off of my for my plans and informed me that she could trade in my current paid off devices and get new ones . She also explained to me the benefits of an Apple Watch for my busy and active lifestyle and a tablet for my husbands business. I got out of the store that day with out paying for anything and I had 2 new phones an Apple Watch and iPad and I am totally in love with them all !!! I will definitely go back to Brooklyn for all of my Verizon needs ❤️
Kudos to the Verizon store in Terrell they have amazing customer service although I had a number of problems with my iPhone that had nothing to do with them or Verizon they went out of their way to help me several times within the last month the service that I received was great plus honest answers and the ability to help me with my issues thank you all for your great service and kindness and skill Custmer service

This review isn’t about the employee because they were okay, more about the company/prices.DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Go to a corporate. Rockwall or Mesquite. My husband and I went in to switch our lines from t mobile. They charge you unnecessary fees. $20 to “set up your phone” when they’re doing nothing but downloading an app and transferring (I can do that myself) or in my case I already had a back up! So again what was the $20 for? AND most newer phones come with transfer tool with instructions. Total rip off. To power on my phone? And it’s PER PHONE. Also their activation fees are $40 if you order online or go to a corporate it’s only $20. ALSO another unnecessary fee: they charge you $10 for a SIM card when they’re FREE from actual Verizon. Also pay attention to their prices on their phones, most of the times they’re higher than Verizon/manufacturer prices and they try to balance it out with an in store accessory coupon??? Also they try to sell you on some bogus screen protector programs for $80 PER PHONE, go to Walmart they’re $10 with a lifetime warranty. Their cases are also unreasonably high. go to amazon or again Walmart most cases that are actually protective comes with a warranty/guarantee!!!! And are WAY LESS EXPENSIVE. Someone recommended this store & to an employee that is no longer there, they were shocked about my experience. Said the lady who helped them were always reasonable and didn’t charge them unnecessary fees and gave discounts when could. Sucks I paid an extra $160 here but Verizon customer service was great and are giving me a bill credit otherwise I was returning everything and going back to T-MOBILE.

Carol and Sidney, as well as the rest of the staff on a different day, were the most helpful staff that I have ever had the pleasure of talking to at a Verizon store. They do Terrell TX and the surrounding area justice with their service. 5 stars, would upgrade phone again.
This is the most honest and helpful staff. I have been to several Verizon stores to get help on technical issues and bill inquiries, but they have never helped like this before.I genuinely suggest checking this place out, even if you dont have Verizon service.

Would steer clear of Brooklyn. Made several promises and come to find out it appears she only was worried about how to put extra money in her pocket. Tells me $60 activation fee, get my first bill and it’s $90. Adds several accessories I didn’t want or need for “free” but come to find out it wasn’t anywhere near free. Told me I would get bill credits on the phones, but the way she did the paperwork I won’t be getting those either. If I could give zero stars solely on her I would. Thanks to David he did what he could do but it was such a mess there wasn’t much he could do. If I didn’t trade in my old phones I probably would have just returned everything and went elsewhere.
I had such an awesome experience, I went in and Jered helped me set up my new IPhone and pair my new Apple Watch! He took the time to show me the steps. Carol was great as well she was so friendly and helped with keeping my four month old happy! I would recommend anyone to go see Jered and Carol!
Ive been a Verizon Customer for over 15 years, and they had a promotion. Buy an IPhone 8 and get a second for free. So I did just that. 3 days after I took the phones home, I was called and informed that the promotion had ended a day earlier, and that I could either pay for the extra phone, or return both phones. I went to the store and talked with the manager. She said that she would talk to her boss and that he would call me so we could discuss a solution. I received no phone call. I went back two more times, received the same promise and never received a phone call. I returned both phones. And I closed my account and went with a different carrier. This was all at great inconvenience as I had been a loyal customer for a long time. The next month, I was charged $1598 for both phones. I called Verizon customer support, emailed the paperwork and they said that they would take care of it. A month goes by, I called the lady I was working with at Verizon and she said that they were waiting on word for the local store and that it would be wise to pay them a visit. So I did. The lady at the local store talked to her manager, they called Verizon, and I received another promise that the situation would be taken care of. Another month goes by. I guess I really didnt keep track of time, because this has been going on since July. I went in yesterday, and began again explaining the situation. The male person at the counter kept repeating that it wasnt the store but Verizon that I may need to talk to. I told him that i bought the phones there and returned them there, and that they have a Verizon sign on the front of their store. And I said that if they didnt take care of this that the next person they talk to would be my attorney. The male at the front became belligerent and said that I should call him. And I did just that. The lady I had dealt with before had been listening to the conversation in the back apparently on a lunch break. She was kind enough to go through the entire process again, on the phone with Verizon. She explained that they are giving her the run around. So who is responsible? Verizon has really dropped the ball on this one. I guess corporations are only as good as the people who work in them. I will never do business with this store again. Just the fact that they refused a promotion after I had bought the phones, promised to call me to work out a solution 3 times and never bothered.
I wouldnt use Verizon if Verizon wanted to pay me to use their phones.

So my phone got destroyed and was tired of my provider so I went in to the Verizon in terrell tx. The atmosphere was energetic and fun and everyone was ready to help. They explained everything in detail so I wasnt confused and answered questions I felt were self explanatory without making me feel dumb. There wasnt a dull moment and I left aware of everything with all questions amswered. They were beyond the best help Ive had. Giving five stars and going to come back if any questions arise.

I am a Verizon customer and one time there the women erased all my phones apps when I said get rid of cloud storage from my plan I lost lots of data and a funny/stupid part was she deleted Anti-Malwarebytes thinking its a virus. The last time we ever went there was to get my son a new phone I asked what was the specifications because my son knows alot about computers and I asked about the main processor/cpu and she said it was the brain of the phone I already knew that, I wanted the specs. Because of my experiences I go to Rockwall now since they actually know what theyre doing and have a huge range of phones on display I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

If I could leave a review without a rate I would have. The guy was an incompetent idiot, that acted like he knew what was going on. Lied to me and my husband about us adding a line. We called *611 was told we could add a line and they sent us the phone with free shipping, free phone case and actually knew what they were talking about..... I will never go back to the store in terrell ever this was the third time we went there they are not fast at all, have no ideal what they are doing.
Yesterday myself, my mother and daughter came into the store due to me wanting information on my bill and tablets . Michel was who helped me at first until my mom asked her to turn her music down due to her sensory issues . She then turned it down but it was still too loud, the lady who helped us second was Brooke, she asked Michel to turn it down more and Michel got a attitude and stormed into the back room and put her headphones in and began to sing the music even louder . Brooke addressed her once again and Michel said and I quote “ I don’t care, F*** those customers I don’t care about them . “ I was so upset at the language see used and was upset at the fact that the said that when all I needed was some direction .Brooke then came to us, helped me understand all the best options that would save us the most amount of money today and in the long run ... the first part of my experience wasn’t good, but it ended very well and I would highly go back to brook and Micheal the store manager !!!
