Ok, so I’m not the type of person who typically write reviews but I feel like this needs to be brought to attention. I recently brought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership about two months ago. I paid straight cash no finance 20k. When I first brought the car I noticed grinding noises from the rotors being bad on my way back to providence (2hr drive). I was told to bring it back the next day so they can fix it so that’s what I did. A week or so goes by the check engine light comes on and again I was told to drive back up there so they can fix the issue. Now it’s been two months and I’m just now noticing the fan for when I turn on the heat isn’t blowing. My thing is, if I’m paying 20k for a car it shouldn’t have any problems at least within 6 months of the purchase. Bad business I am highly disappointed in myself for even not getting the car inspected before I brought the vehicle.Update: October 31stCheck engine light came back on and yesterday I had oil changed air filter and carbon air filter because they were also bad.

It’s just this is a time where a little back story might help paint the picture.My wife and I had a safe and reliable vehicle lined up for our daughter. Outside of some minor work we felt comfort knowing she would be safeUnfortunately things did not work out and with about a month to go before she got her license we were in scramble modeThe past month and a half I submerged myself in the belly of the beast that is the secondary car market. More places than not I found a wretched hive of scum and villainyThe second I walked in the lot at Advanced Auto it was obvious to me they knew how to make a first impression. All their cars on show are spotless and welcoming. The minute I settled in on the car I was interested in their was no hesitation from Jimmy in handing me the keys for a test drive by myself, confident in his belief that the car would speak for itself...and it didFast forward to the buying process. There had been a minor imperfection and being honest most of you could have looked past it but we could not (first world problems 😀)There had been other dealerships in my journey that would simply say theres nothing we can do....Our price is our price ...which to some degree in this market ...is what it is folks.Not these guys ...Not Jimmy...He’s got a guy!!😀 Don’t get me wrong they are not giving that work away, but for a fair price we got it fixed. I purchased my car from Advanced Auto Sales in October of 2019 and since buying it I have had nothing but problems! Within the first week I was back because the check engine light came on. It took me 3 weeks after purchasing to get an inspection sticker. After getting the check engine light fixed I had to go back two other times for the same issue that they couldnt seem to fix. I also had to get the heater core replaced and a few other repairs that cost me $1000. I havent even had the car for three full months, but have already put in so much money in repairs. I would not recommend Advanced Auto Sales to anyone.

Have owned the vehicle for 1 month. The brakes locked up after 1 week and they didnt fix the problem because the jeep is back in the shop only this time im paying out of pocket because i want it fixed right this time. No rsponse to my email regarding this issue. I dont reccomend them and i will not buy another car from them.

I bought my first ever car here and I couldnt be happier! I love my 2016 Hyundai Elantra and the process was extremely quick and painless. My car passed inspection with flying colors, the only thing even slightly wrong was that the windshield wipers were pretty rough but thats not a big deal at all to me! All in all, great place, great service, and Im so happy with my first car!

I WOULD NOT BUY A TRUCK OR CAR HERE ...If you wanna buy new tires in 2months new wheel bearing new ball joints new brakes in 2 months..never mind Lee getting into a inncent with my truck now going ..2 years later have to replace my rocker panels and fix all the body rust on the side and under the truck...should have never bought my 2008 Chevy silverado 74,000 miles when I bought it this is the worst place I went too. . Sorry had to do it guys I know Jimmy said write a review well here it is right there ...Do not buy from them after 60 days problems will appear..

If I could give this place 0 star I would. I bought my first car here and it was the worst experience ever. The needed a tire alignment so when I when to the the place to get it the person at the front desk told me they never got an order for it and I didn’t even have the 3 months with the car. Just with a week after getting the car the check engine light was on. They were very rude and the car wasn’t even in good conditions for the amount I payed if you don’t want to lose your money don’t come to this place. All those good comments and stars you see here are fake. They will create an user and make you comment and give them positive comments.

Updated May 2019I’ve been wanting to update this review a few months after but I seriously felt it was pointless. But after a year I think it’s time. The review below was true ....only at first and then everything changed. That’s obvious to most because we “owned” the car by now.We returned the car within the warranty time and they supposedly had fixed the issue (I don’t know exactly what was wrong). We lived over 1.5 hours away so to get there was very difficult. So the first time we brought it back the car drove and we took it there and took a train home.The second time (a few weeks later) the car died near our home and apparently the original issue wasn’t resolved (FYI no apologies) I was then told that I had to have it towed to them and they’d honor the warranty, the tow was over $200 and they seriously wouldn’t cover any of it leaning on the “warranty” that if it breaks they fix it but we must get it there and rightfully so it was in the warranty but very unethical being that the car was sold with these issues.Moving on, after the 30 day warranty expires they want nothing to do with you and your are alone. Ever since this day, the car has had over $5,000 dollars in repairs and as I write this it is still as originally mentioned.Advance Auto Sales was great! Jimmy really knows his stuff and has [——————————-] patience. When things got a little messy he worked hard to make sure we had our car for Christmas. The best part is that we got approved over the phone and showed up and was shown the car we chose and nothing more, just how we wanted it. Thanks againDanny and MannyThe Vegan Gents

I would give 0 stars if i could. They sell junk cars here. I know of myself and 2 others that got cars here with issues that they have refused to fix. Alternator went 4 months in to buying it. They refused to help with that. The other car had lights pop on from the start. They refused to fix any of them. My girlfriends father bought a truck from them. Had engine issues and has sat in his driveway since he got it. They refused to fix that as well. I would recommend buying your car from anywhere else. Forgot to mention. They have to write a review for them while you are there on their computer. They dont wait for you to have issues with the cars. Next step for us is court. Sad it had to come to that. They could have made more money in the long run by fixing it and having a repeat customer.

Never buy from here... brought my truck in for check engine light, they had it for a week and did not even look at it. have had it since June and have put over 1000 into it and now the motor needs to be rebuilt. they are not honest and have terrible service. My boyfriend and I bought a BMW from them. They seemed like really nice people. He was flexible and willing to negotiate to gain our business. Getting all the paperwork done was fast and easy. However, I think their customer service experience can be improved by doing very little things. We had asked them to please make sure the car was cleaned at the time of delivery and also for them to get a inspection sticker. (Which wasnt included in the cars price, but we were willing to give them the $35 at the time of delivery.) Just a tip for them, to make sure car is clean, registered, and inspected at the time of delivery can really set you guys to be 5 stars. Overall, good experience, just wished the car was delivered to us as we had agreed.

I love my new car from Advanced Auto Sales Tewksbury. We went there to find my first car and they werent pushy. We were able to look at many different cars at different price ranges and find the one that fit my needs. I have a certified 2008 Ford Fusion that I just got less than a week ago. It is driving very well, no issues so far. Before I got it they even replaced the brakes and windshield wipers. They are very easy to work with, no hassle involved. And overall I had a great experience working with them getting my first car.

Look, people need to understand not one person or business is perfect. I bought my Audi here three years ago and they still treat me like im an everyday customer. Best prices for service. Everywhere else would charge me 20$ more for a simple oil change. If you buy your car here, i believe youll always receive a 10% service discount.

Okay. So let me start by saying I did not want to write this review, but dexiddeto move forward with it, in order to save some one else the same headache my wife and I went through.I was out of state on business when my wife first brought this dealership to my attention. She said she found a car she liked and wanted to put money down on it; (we had savesuo 3k for a down payment in hopes of finding her a reliable vehicle). After speaking with Jimmy I was told all thay was needed to get done to the vehicle would be done; alignment, full inspection, brakes ect.I show up one week later and test drive it. It was obvious that the tires were never balanced and that the vehicle was very much out of alignment. I brought this to his attention and Jimmy stated it would be done, so I left the vehicle for a week.At the end of the week, while en route to pick up the vehicle, Jimmy calls and states that the vehicle inspection sticker they agreed to get put on the vehicle, they were no longer able to do because the ABS light went on. They insisted we come pick up the vehicle anyways to which I told them we would not, and advised them it was previously agreed upon thay they would handle such issues prior to us driving the car off of the lot.FAst forward 2 weeks, the vehicle was STILL sitting on their lot and hadnt been fixed. I had to call everyday and was constantly given a different excuse as to why the ABS sensor hadnt been replaced. Nearly 3 weeks in total, I show up to the dealership unannounced, and am given the keys to the vehicle and told it was good to go- they essentially were trying to rush me out of the door. I promptly told Jimmy that I was going for a test drive and would be back shortly, and what do you know- the alignment and balance were STILL off.I show back up and bring this to his attention, to which he stated that they dont do the kind of work there at their shop!. He then agrees to have the work paid for if I bring it to the town fair tire down the street. To avoid a further headache, I do just that and endend up waiting 6 hours on a Saturday with my wife and 3 kids, so that we may have a reliable vehcile after weeks of waiting.**It is worth mentioning that I stressed the importance of having a reliable SUV to Jimmy, due to the fact that I am active military and will be deploying soon, on top of the fact that I had just been given orders to relocate 400 miles outside of Massachusetts- I wanted to make sure my wife had a reliable mode of transportation for her and my children while I was overseas.**Fast forward another week, we pack our SUVand head off for my next duty station. About 300 miles into the trip, I take a right turn and LITERS of water spill into the cabin from the glove compartment. About 50 miles later, the steering wheel starts shakimg uncontrollably and the car starts making a loud thumping sound. I ended up having to call a tow on the side of the highway, with a car full of household goods, three children, including a newborn.Upon reaching our destination, after days of trying, I finally make contact with the owner of the dealership, Lee. I explain to him the situation and explain that there Is no possible way I could drive the car back to MA to have it looked at by his mechanics due to it being nearly inoperable. He finally agrees that if I take it to a mechanic near me, hell pay for the work once they send him the bill.I take the SUV to a local mechanic, who lifts it, takes off the wheels and shows me the handy work of the mechanics at Advanced Auto Sales. They had put new brake pads on OLD rotors, AND had not placed and Clips on them, causing further damage to the new brake pads and calipers, all of which needed to be replaced.As for the water in the cabin, the AC line had been patched up and reroutedrwhen it shouldve been replaced.$800 later, Lee refused to pay, claiming he could only send me $160 for the work, to which he nenever did. Thisplace is a scam and needs to be put out of business.
