Took 3 hours to do airbag recall, 2 hours to have car go under inspection. Unfriendly staff. When car is ready, instead of calling name, I got finger pointed at. Was thinking to ask for sale number for a Toyota CH-R that I saw, but because of this kind of attitude, better go with another dealer.

New car, paid the extra insurance. When I need the person that works that asked me if I was going to pay for them to find what was wrong with the 2020 RAV4. Unbelievable that Toyota warranty do not cover anything when the customer need. Sorry but because of the broken switch I got hurt (back and neck) and the still broken. Super frustrating to have 30,000 loan for a car that doesn’t work properly. Super frustrating to have a 35,000 miles warranty that doesn’t cover anything. Do that make feel depressed? Yes!!!

Went there for a state inspection was told my car would fail because of my tint and had the guy put the tint meter w.e its called on my car. He only tested my rear window and the drivers side passenger window and told me my car would not pass inspection and another guy there agreed with the man when he saw the measurements.I wasnt shown the numbers on the tint meter but was told I had to take all the tint off my car before it would pass the state inspection and once its off my car to bring it back. Went next door to another mechanic for a second opinion because I knew my tint was legal and before the meter was put on my car was told it would pass. He put the meter on my drivers side window and showed me and told me that I could go even darker, my tint was at 40 percent i could go a bit darker if I wanted to that I could go to 35 percent and didnt understand why my rear window was tested when its the driver and passenger windows that need to be tested...so I passed the inspection test in like 10 minutes. Clearly these people dont know what they are talking about or what they are doing and give out false information🤷‍♀️never going back to them

Ask for David Joyce in the service dept. He wont let you pay for stuff you dont need. He should be in charge. David has my trust as a client of that Toyota dealership.

Went in today for alignment for my tundra trd pro and got Jon T (Dominican guy) cuz the other guy was busy with someone, jon was very friendly and helpful.. he listen to my concern about my alignment and my previous bad experience with last adviser(who i had told i have alignment problem, immediately he said i dont have alignment problem because of the road is creasant and bla bla bla( like i just got my driver license or something..then he test drive to try try to show me that it not a problem... one thing he was helpful with the plastic thing on my driver windshield, im glad i dont have to deal with him again today) back to jon .. he was great, i waited around 4 hours he updated me in between and gave me a copy of alignment print as i requested.. overall i watch him how he treat other customer and me.. he is excellent in what at his job and always smile, I would highly recommended to my friends and family... next time i would only request him as an adviser. Thanks Jon and the mechanic for your help today 🙏
