I went to the Tewksbury AT&T store near closing time last night. My mothers phone was dropped and broken just hours before. I replaced her phone but needed it activated ASAP. Its that important to her. As I entered the store there was another customer being waited on. I noticed that the store rep was being extremely helpful and patient with him. I was anxious that time was running out. But not to worry. Jose to the rescue. Thats the store reps name that was so helpful, professional and courteous to the customer before me and to me as well. Mind you just minutes before closing time! I never felt I was being rushed along. He took his time answering my questions and doing his job thoroughly. The phone was activated and given a little charge as well. Thank you very much Jose for the peace of mind you gave my mother and me. See you again for our future cell phone needs. Tom

I came in to the store for two reasons. One was to have an employee put on a screen protector I purchased through AT&T. The salesman gave me a hard time about it and said he could not do it because he was not going to give me a second one if he made a mistake applying it. Ive never an issue with a company putting on a screen protector for me at any Apple, Att, Verizon, or T-Mobile store. He was able to solve my second issue which was that the iPhone was not reading the SIM card. He had to replace it with a new SIM card.

Will NOT RECOMMEND This store. My husband went in to switch our phone company. He was greeted by Nage. Who informed my husband that he was only able to set up the lines but had to wait for his coworker to come back from break due to the fact that he was not given the codes to the safe where apparently the phones are kept. How can a manger not give the employee these codes. It’s baffling to go to a store and find out that an employee is not given the right tools to set up a phone line. Why is the store even open if you have wait for a second worker to show up just to finish a line that the first one could of completed by himself? Is that not the what they are supposed to do by themselves? My husband felt bad for Nage he tried but ultimately it was out of his hands. POOR MANAGEMENT!!! They are to be blamed.!!!

Austin was incredibly patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Helped me through every step of my transition from Sprint to AT&T. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and friendly. Very clean as well. They stayed on top of sanitation practices. I will return to that store for all my AT&T needs for sure. I don’t know if he will see this but thank you Austin. You were a big help. My neice is going to love her Phone, Ipad and Apple Watch. I already Love My Pro Max. Thanks

WORST customer experience. I explained to Dmone that I wanted to switch from Verizon to an unlimited AT&T account with a nurses discount. Throughout our transaction, he indicated that I was signing up for a consumer wireless account. Unbeknownst to me, he signed me up for a business account. I did not realize this until I accessed my emails when I got home. I spent 4 hours on the phone with AT&T trying to switch this account back to a consumer wireless account. This was in October. It is now December and I am STILL dealing with a past due balance on a business account that I NEVER asked for!!! My mistake was switching from Verizon to begin with. AT&T has been nothing, but an absolute nightmare.

HORRIBLE Customer Service! The young man that I dealt with kept telling me he couldnt take my phone back because it wasnt purchased there when I was told by AT&T that I could return my phone to any AT&T Store. This was all because he WAS NOT LISTENING to what I was saying to him!! That being said he kept insisting that I couldnt return there. When I asked him several times why I was told I could. After calling AT&T when leaving the store I was told yet again that I could return the phone to the store. I called this store and all of a sudden he said he could take the phone. When I walked in the door for the second time, I was not even greeted with a hello or apology for having to come back. When he was finished he handed me the paperwork without a word and walked away. This KID was so disrespectful and SHOULD NOT be working in customer service.

If you are going to this store, ask for Igor, their star troubleshooter. I was on the phone with AT&T customer service for 1 hour because my cellular data would not work on my new iPhone 12. They asked me to clear my browsing history (?!) on a new phone ??? Anyway after 1 wasted hour and no progress, I called the AT&T store in Tewksbury to schedule an in person appt for the next day and Igor sounded like he knew what he was talking about . I asked if I could come in immediately and he was very receptive .walked in and 5 min later all our troubles were solved . This guy knows it all . If I could give him 6 star I would . Save your time and effort and just ask for Igor.

Was having the worst day with a phone issue and was tired of wasting time on support phone calls. My technician, Elias, at the AT&T store in Tewksbury had the issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. This is the same issue I had spent hours trying to address over the phone. Better yet, he was able to get me a buy one get one deal on some accessories I had already planned on purchasing. Quality experience.

I came into AT&T today the rep, David, was working alone handled the two customers in front of me with care and under 15 minutes. Then he went on to upgrade me to the perfect device, an iPhone XR 128G, helped me make a donation to Brighter Days and Better Treatment for childhood cancer. All in all a great store! Sunday afternoon, 2:20pm (closing time is 5pm). Scribbled sign on the locked door: back at 3:30.I get it, sometimes people need to eat and need to take their breaks (and sometimes a coworker or two calls out, yes, I have worked in the retail sector). However, 70 minutes (assuming I got there within a minute if them locking up)? Might as well have just closed for the rest of the day, and come up with a better excuse, instead of literally not giving one.

Ordered an iPhone 11 to be sent to the store for pick up. Received email confirmation from AT&T that my phone arrived. Go to the store and no phone was there for pick up. Alan never offered an apology for the inconvenience and never called back to give me update. No one followed up and still no phone! Phone may have been stolen or resold to another customer! Worst customer service ever!

Yesterday I was shopping around for a new planfor my electrical business.After checking out a few other carriers I walked in the AT&T store in Tewksbury and the Sales person David explained in detail in the cost of the BUSINESS plans AT&T offered One of the main reasons I switched was not just fact AT&T has the nations fast network. It because David told me how you needed Auto pay to get the discount not just quote me and tell me later the icing on the cake was the $150 per line credit. He also used his personal SIM card to make a test call with my phones to make sure they worked on AT&T

These people dont honor their word or their advertised sales!! They sold me 4 phones under a BOGO buy on get one free deal over 1 year ago. I had to initially pay for all 4 phones up front and they were supposed to credit me after three months of service to ensure that people werent just selling the phones off to someone else. I believed them and have been fighting with AT&T and the store franchise to get credits for the 2 phones that were supposed to be free ever since the 3 months passed. I received some credits over the last year and 3 months, but they have not followed up since December and they still owe me over $800. I have had a family plan with AT&T for almost 20 years and this is how AT&T treats me?! Dont let it happen to you, shop with a different carrier.

Stay away from this store! They lie to get your business, and when they get called out, they won’t resolve it for you! I was sold on a “buy one get one free offer” and was lied to on the models to get the sale. Now they have my business, they won’t own up to it. I’ve tried several times for the district manager to call me, but she hasn’t had time, nor will she support their customer. The manager of the location is horrific, and he doesn’t know what he’s doing. If you can, stay away...because if there are any problems, you will not be helped! I’ve already contacted the BBB and FCC on this store and their manager. I will most likely file a lawsuit as well for my business, and the rest of the customers that have been lied to.

Went to store because AT&T sold me a SIM card that did not work. Only one employee in store, clearly exasperated with her current customer, who seemed perfectly nice and reasonable. Asked what other folks were in line for. Guy in front of me wanted an iPhone, she immediately snapped we dont have any iPhone 6s (this was the week after the Apple in-store launch). Guy replies he doesnt want the 6, just any other phone. She snaps back,we dont have any of those either, sold them all today. OK, I guess thats possible, and the guy walks out of the store. Then she asks me what I want, and I reply I need to replace the AT&T SIM I was given a week earlier in another AT&T store because it does not work. She replies, were all out of SIM cards. I then asked, Really? In all sizes? She snaps back Yes. I ask How can that be? You are an AT&T Store, you should have stacks of them, since they cost you like 10 cents each to make. She replies, its because the iPhone 6 launched last week, REALLY, AT&T? YOU DIDNT KNOW APPLE WAS LAUNCHING AN IPHONE? THEIR LAST LAUNCH SOLD 9 MILLION PHONES IN THE FIRST WEEKEND. THIS ONE WAS SOLD 10 MILLION FIRST WEEKEND. HOW MUCH MORE INFO DO YOU NEED TO PLAN FOR SIM CARD INVENTORIES?Pathetic store, pathetic rep, pathetic excuses for not having SIM cards. This store should not exist. Avoid like the plague.

What a delightful experience I had dropped my phone at the Patriots game and my screen was black and I could not see anything. A young girl named Anabel I believe first hooked my phone up to a machine to see what was going on with my phone,this technology really blew me away. Once it was determined that my phone was a goner she assisted me in picking out a new one. She was very pleasent and I can not say enough about my experience, if your a ATT customer definitely come here you wont regret it.

A few months ago my husband and I purchased Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge phones for each of us. We went to the AT&T store in Tewksbury MA so that we could have our contact numbers transferred from our previous phones to the Samsungs. We were told we should buy a plastic protector for the face of the phone, which we did, at $24.99 each. The plastic protector was installed poorly with bumps all over the face and the edges crinkled up. After months of dealing with this, we decided to have them replaced. I looked at the hours for the Tewksbury store online and it said they opened at 9:00 AM. I switched phones with my husband to bring his in to the store. My phone would have to wait until next week. I got there at 9:50 AM this morning and there was a note on the door saying that they were opening at 10:00 AM. I waited until 10:10 AM, then called the AT&T 800 number. I was put on hold while they tried calling the store, then the back-up number. It seems as though they decided, after writing the 10:00 AM note on the door to open at 11:00 AM. The AT&T telephone representative told me to go to a different AT&T store in North Chelmsford, MA, that was 15 minutes away, which I did. When I got there, Christopher told me that the plastic coating on my phone was garbage and doesnt help, but that he had a glass protector he could sell me at a discount. I said OK. Then he told me that he couldnt sell me anything because the computer was down and to call him in a few hours, which I did. Computer still down. After 2 more calls Christopher told me that the computer was up so I drove to the store. Traffic was a little heavier at this point, so the ride took me 25 minutes. When I got there, Christopher ripped the plastic off the face of my husbands phone, then went searching for the glass protector. Christopher then told me that they didnt have any glass protectors and didnt know when they would be getting any more. He told me to call him in about a week. I asked him to take my number and call me when he had them. He suggested that I should call him because he would only lose my number anyways. I am so upset at the lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by both of these stores. I wish I had not bought the Samsung phone. Its not worth the aggravation. If I could have selected 0 stars, I would have.

Called to talk to someone about a new IPHONE. Got two idiots picking up the phone at the same time. I said hello and they both hung up. When I called back, I mentioned that it was rude to hang up on a customer and the fool on the other end of the phone told me I was rude and continued her less than smart attitude, till I got her name and hung up. LOL All I wanted to do was buy a $750.00 IPHONE 6Plus. Contacting corporate office on Monday. Apparently ATT is hiring street thugs to man there stores in Tewksbury. LOL Verizon here I come!!!!
