I am really disappointed.The Hours used to be better until, when it was open until 8PM.My Dad went and got me my new phone while I was busy working.And I expected him.to come home with my Old Phone so I could make sure everything I had wanted was transferred over, but he didnt.And some Important Apps I had on my Old Phone did not Transfer over.Just very Disappointed and Frustrated about this.Id love this TMobile Location to Resolve this and let me get my Old Phone back so I can Recover the App that didnt transfer over which I have been using for years.
Treating customers horrible when THEY make a mistake. I would rather drive to a farther store. Normally You would think i’m being a karen but these clowns dont relace a phone they lose

I went in with my family for 4 new SIM cards as instructed since they bought out Sprint. After sitting in the store for 10 mins I was told only a manager can install them and he was TOO BUSY MAKING A SALE. Plus the new SIM cards are only needed if it’s an iPhone 12 or higher. Alrighty then.He said come back during their slow time. There was 1 person in the store!! It’s not easy gathering my whole family to keep running down there. Anyone can walk in the door at anytime and since they take sales over service I’m not playing that game. I’m too busy to only come in when you have nothing else to do but help me. I called Sprint and they mailed me 4 new ones overnight. If you need a manager to install a SIM card then I feel sorry you took over for Sprint.Customer service was non existent in his lack of effort and the way he talked down to us.

In the summer of 2019 I switched to Sprint and in this store I had a great experience with the entire team of associates and the manager. Today as I go to pay off my phones I realized that they were in fact chasing a sale and not giving me the service I thought I was getting. Sprint customer service admitted to being aware of their unethical sales practices yet I have no choice but to continue being a Sprint customer. I am sick to my stomach for ever giving Sprint a second chance and I write this review to advise of my full experience for anyone considering a change.
The 2 workers today were not only helpful but very patient with me. I needed a lot of help to understand most of what I needed. I thank them so much
Walked in to the store, after running credit and sitting down they say “sorry this promotion ended yesterday, my bad” I got over it then went a different direction that’s fine, then after they push EVERYTHING and almost imported the numbers they say Awww we require a down payment LOOOL what a joke! And they don’t even realize how bad that looks but I guess people don’t care
Stopped in yesterday since they just became a corporate store. Everything is set up with a price, a little under staffed for now but in due time that will change. The customers were offered water. All the displays were on point. Just a beautiful store. The tables to discuss plans with customers are such a good idea, rather than just a register. I will definitely recommend this location!
Didnt stock phones we were looking for...had to settle for store inventory. Needed phone right away. We were looking for the LG brand.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR USE SPRINT. They illegally charged me almost 1200.00 for a phone that was returned 24 hours after purchase. I also cancelled my account 24 hours after signing up. I am still being billed for it, 5 MONTHS later! The bill is now over $600, for a service that I am not using. They have even put my name in collections. The sales manager Mike Cameron has been useless. The store manager, Jenny, never calls people back. The corporate side continued to tell me to deal with the store, which clearly got me no where. Most frustrating process ever.
So far had nothing but issues with this store and company. . . start with their online open time listed at 11 on sundays but they dont open till 1 apparently. Went in with a broken charger port. They kept pushing to get a new phone. Verizon in the same plaza offered to order the part for me and include installation without even asking if i was on theyre network. Thats just recent. In the past when i got an upgrade it took 4 hours because the worker started transferring my entire last phones memory to the new one. Even though i had said and confirmed i do not want anything transfered from my old to new phone and would rather do it myself. The base software that comes on sprint phones has been glitchy to the point of keyboard(on the manufacturer default keyboard) will type whatever it wants sometimes. The phone will boot up on its own when plugged into the charger(sometimes and usually at the worst time) most high speed chargers have become incompatible with my phone within a year and regular chargers charge so slow the battery percentage screen drains the battery. Locking me in a 0% wait to turn the phone on screen followed by the battery percentage screen dieing and then repeating the process(for up to 12 hours unless you can break the cycle with a compatible high speed charger)
Absolute WORST customer service. Extremely rude and every employee literally always has an excuse why they cant help you. Even when you tell them that you have spoken to customer service over the phone and that you were told specifically that its an issue that can be handled in store. Save yourself some time and dont go here, employees are completely useless and unwilling to help you.
