The guy I dealt with wasnt the owner and knew nothing about any of the products but was polite and respectful however be cautious about buying items from this place as I bought a broken device out of the box and was just barely able to get it exchanged for one that worked, had I lived far away and not been able to bring it back within 25 minutes of buying it I would have been stuck with a broken device. he obviously doesnt know the purchasing laws in Massachusetts

Really bad experience☹️️On October 8th visited this smoke shop.My daughter was interested in getting an E cig.I had always had good luck with the young girl.Very friendly and helpful.After my daughter purchased her new Ecig and a canister replacement I decided to buy some juice. I purchased Fireball and Marshmallow.Got home filled up tank noticed a haze,juice dripping tightened it thinking end of issue.Took it with me pulled it out of case .Canister Disintegrated!!! Didnt know at the time it was the Fireball (Citrus melts plastic) Bought another canister filled with Fireball same thing happened !! Went back to the new Vapor store he first thought it was my fault.The minute I mentioned Fireball he told me what happened.I called Save on Smokes to return juice and be compensated for the two canisters that were destroyed.He refused credit.Tried to sell me a glass canister at cost told him thats not why Im calling..He hung up on my face.I am a Grandmother who have quit smoking and just used the Ecig as a bridge..Owner was mean and refused to credit me.. He admitted he knew about Fireball problem ☹️️

They got good products that are unique. You never know what you nmwill find thats new.
