Shocked at several of the negative reviews about this place. Been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. I mainly purchase tubes, tobacco and regular cigarettes (never cigars or other items) but staff is always polite, place is clean and never had a price issue.

Huge cigar selection, well maintained humidor and best prices around.

The owner secretly charged us $15 extra. When we questioned him he claimed we broke a piece of glass. We asked to see the camera footage of said act, knowing it didnt happen. He then started yelling that he was a sovereign nation and that he is judge and jury and we will pay. We left, never going there again. Scam artist!

Good selection reasonable prices

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t go here, they’ll take your money. I bought a pieces that after *2 days* of use started chipping away and actually cut my mouth. When I went back to ask if I could exchange it for a pieces that wasn’t defective, the owner simply claimed ignorance and said that it’s not their problem. Hope this place goes out of business.

Sells fake puffbars. I spent $85 on a box of 10... after 15 puffs the flavor is lost and the entire device ends up drying out within the next day. I’d go in to get my money back but I have better things to do.

Great selection, not much for knowledge of product when I went but if you are looking for a cigar before you hit the course its a great place.

Guys been selling fake products for years. 2 years ago it was juul pods, now it puff bars. i literally didnt come here for 2 years and still got the same bs

Very good service here. Owner really cares about getting you what youre looking for. They even let us in after hours with a smile. Ill pass 5 shops to get to this one just for the people running it.

Great selection if you can find them open. Been there four times during business hours but only found them open once. Won’t be back.
