Horrible service at the pharmacy. Went to get the COVID-19 vaccine and got turned away. Im in my 30s and I got asked how I know Im eligible for the vaccine ๐ค. If you havent gotten your vaccine yet, go to Walgreens - better service.
Would not recommend this pharmacy. Waited one hour after being told 45 minutes, then Im told it will be another hour. I had things to do and would have just left if it was going to take 2 plus hours. Also very rudly the other pharmacist says I dont know what to tell you not my problem. I have had very pleasant experiences going to the cvs in north reading. Unfortunately I just moved here so I will now have to try the other cvs in tewksbury
I am so disappointed with the staff who works in the cvs at this place because they messed up my return money and they donโt want to give me money back they made me have come back and forth store couples time and finally they tell me have to buy all the stuff with my money should be return to me I donโt understand how they service the customer like that I never ever go back to them cvs should be concerns about the right way to serve customers please
I was waiting my 5 prescripted pillows more than 1.5 hours :( was disappointed and decided to change the pharmacy to Walgreens.
Pharmacy horrible service there was like 5 people working . The pharmacist is rude no customer skill.
Iโve been going to this pharmacy recently since it is near my work. DO NOT BUY THERE FOOD PRODUCT OR SNACKS LATELY IVE BEEN GETTING FOOD THAT EXPIRES. Make sure to check your food before you buy!

Never have I ever had a pharmacy screw up my prescription the way this CVS did. I put a prescriber renewal request through via their website on a Monday and was promised my prescription would be ready by 1PM the following Friday. When this time came and it was not yet ready, I phoned to ask if there was anything wrong. The pharmacist who answered told me they hadnt received anything from my doctors office and told me I needed to contact my doctors office. Upon calling my doctors office, they inform me that CVS never sent over the renewal request for me in the first place. It would have been helpful and kind if the guy on the phone had been honest with me and told me that there werent any requests in their system sent over to my doctor instead of trying to make it sound as if it was my doctors fault. I will never be using this CVS location again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.
My insurance has CVS as prefferred pharmacy and thus the best prices on prescriptions. Other items are often more expensive then supermarket or Walmart -- so price compare. Their loyalty is okay, you cannot get some good coupons but be prepared for A LOT of spam, sometimes more then once a day. The staff is helpful and friendly, plenty of parking.
Wow, one of the women in the pharmacy was just rude. I tried to ask how many prescriptions I had and how much it would cost because I wasnt sure I could afford it and she gave me a dead stare, threw the bag on the counter and told me the total cost. She never addressed my questions and was completely dismissive and rude. I will take my business elsewhere not that they care...

The pregnant lady needs to learn some manners, she is very rude and it would be a shame if her new born learns such horrible social skills from her. They didnt seem to be fully aware if they had all my proscriptions ready despite me doing everything right.. where do you find these donuts, cvs?
