March 10, 2021 I sent back $30 worth of tools that were shipped in error as they were not what I ordered. I was told the items I did order were no longer available. They stated I would be issued a credit. they send some bs email where they states they issued a credit. here it is March 31, 2021 still no credit no bank takes 21 days to issue a credit. RMA# 851653-00 update They called me and refunded my money after this review so I will now give them a 3 star

Very distasteful service. Nothing but problems. Not sure what to say other then if I could give no stars I would... Emails have dropped off, I still do not have my product. Asked for a refund and was told could not happen. Then my parts got lost before they shipped my order out. Im not even sure this is a real company anymore or how they are still in business?
