Trisha at the Middlesex St store in Lowell was very nice and took time to explain the pricing and current specials going on. She didnt have the size unit I needed so she referred me to the Woburn St location where I met Loretta. Loretta was amazing, took me on a tour of the unit and also informed me of the same specials Trisha had mentioned earlier. All around great customer service, very clean and secure facility.

Take advantage of the inconvenience of moving again by charging extra for a solid, good-paying customer ...Thanks for the canned reply... not guaranteed for life of rental blah blah blah.. contact your CS now. so we can help you. How about just not hiking rent on JUST existing customers... youre still offering 10x10s at $125XX to new business.. yet my reward for 10 months of on time payments is a hike to $167 a month.. focus your efforts on treating customers right, without having to court the ones who complain..

This storage is very secure, they have air conditioner snd heat inside. Is always clean. They have cameras. Personel from the storage are very friendly and always willing to help you with your needs. Got a large storage space back in June while we stayed with a relative while searching for a house. The staff was very helpful. I switched twice while figuring out the actually size I would need for all of my stuff. The facility is new and clean. Staff is very plesant.

They have been great to work with. The manager has been very responsive and helpful. The site is safe, clean and very convenient. The app has given us some trouble so paying through the app was not so easy but we signed up on site to have an automatic payment so that was easily fixed.

I am a regular paying customer, who always pays on time. This company obviously does not appreciate this kind of business as they raised the rent a substantial amount after the first year, yet continue to offer steep discounts to new customers. Worse than that, they are obviously not putting the extra rent toward making the place more usable. I have made 3 wasted trips there this week. I continue to drive around with my car full of things intended for the unit, which I now pay more for, because they dont have enough carts available for their customers.

I just got my unit and Carmen was EXTREMELY helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place if you want to keep your valuables in a secure, clean, and friendly place. Seriously Carmen was super nice and took me through the facility and showed me everything I had questions absolutely. Highly recommended.

First of all I came on the day of opening and was Wendy’s first customer and she is literally the sweetest. She helped me get change on the first day because I handed her a hundred dollar bill like an idiot and she was so kind about everything. On top of that the facility is so nice and so clean I love it. Michael is the best! He stayed an hour late for me because I had to clean out my old storage 30 min away to avoid paying another month at an overpriced Public Storage. They have the best late, auction, pricing policies in the business. Michael explained everything in detail for me 😌

At first I reserved online at Clark Rd Tewksbury then after speaking with super helpful girl named Wendy I realized I needed an outside larger area which she didn’t have but being a loyal and caring employee she found an appropriate area at another CubeSmart nearby. After she hooked me up with Leann on Woburn St I was totally impressed with both facilities and their respective managers.Kudos to both those wonderful caring employees! They are a definite CubeSmart assetI’ll always recommend CubeSmart because of them!

I called today and spoke with Loretta about my horrible move in experience. She was not understanding or concerned. I asked for a regional manager for cubesmart, and she said she could not give me a name or phone number. I currently have 5 storage units at other facilities, including 3 presently with cubesmart. This is the worst experience and location ever. Please reach out to me or respond here if my business is important to you and your company.

Originally had a good experience here, when they signed me up for my units but afterwards it was nothing but nickel and diming.-3 months into my rental there was a water leak over my unit and I wasnt notified until I showed up and saw the damage myself.-Rent was increased within 4 months ($40 a month increase)-I cancelled all insurance policies on my units because I have rental insurance (and after reading the fine print I realized their policy covers basically nothing, seriously go look yourself), but the store manager never cancelled the policies and claimed I never showed her documentation about my insurance policy.I would avoid this place at all cost unless youre just trying to get a unit for a short period
