Messy, unorganized, lazy and loud employees.literally heard the manager say were not working hard tonight to an employee, as she rang us up but the store was a total mess. All employees just standing in the fragrance area being ghetto and loud and never zoning or on the sales floor. Employees where the loudest people in the store and could be heard from anywhere in the store. Total lack of active management. Waste of payroll and PR money. This type of staff is why they are going out of business.

Walked around the store. One of my favorite stress reducers is window shopping. I can spend hours doing that very thing. The store generally has a smart line of handbags and a nice selection of co-ordinates.

After locking me inside the store at closing (they didnt check dressing rooms) they offered to hold my items for 3 days & honor the sale price. On the morning of day 2 I go back for my 4 items...NOTHING could be found. Their response? Its somewhere on the floor. Nobodys bought those items. Did i find it? I found 1..that was similar, to 1 of my items. Did they honor the sale? NOPE.NEVER WENT BACK

I just love this store! Great sale prices and really good selections.

It was a waste of my time. Everything was very pricey considering they have a store wide sale. Id rather shop at the Outlets for clothes and at Hobby Lobby for home decor.

I love this place, my birthday was Tuesday, got a 25.00 gift card. Had to go spend it. 👍

Friendly staff & service!!! This store is well located on the outside edge of the Mall of the Mainland. The sales and are quite good at this store. The store also sells toys in addition to the clothes that they sell. The stores layout is excellent as well.

I love Palais Royal cuz my best friend loves to go shopping there

Havent visited them in a while, they had nice sales, it was a bit warm inside. Starting too look junkie.

Sad, couldnt find toe ring shoes or sandals and they are so close to the beach and this place was practically dead. Had very little traffic. But the ladies that were working there were so sweet and helpful

Great deals. Some great employees some not so great. Inconsistency in opening the doors for hours of operation.

Never know what you may find, if you see something that you like, get because it probably will not be there when you come back, fun place to browse

This is a pretty good location. They could have a little more in their home departmeant. Their sales are nice and keep me coming back.

I like that is not very crowded and there are usually great sales. The mens section has almost disappeared though.

Wose thing ever i went at 8pm saturday and it was closed why does it say they close at 9pm that is fake advertisement. They need to change their hours if they are going to be closing sooner. Very disappointed!!
