I went in and the store was slow as there wasnt many customers but they had people in each of the areas and every one of them said hi to me or talk to me. I went and looked at all the different departments and had fun just browsing. Found a couple really nice cute dresses for my granddaughter for cheap prices. Found lots of tools that I want to go back and look at some more and some appliances that were good prices. Will be going back to look more with my wife. Really nice as quiet and easy to get help.

Customer service here is pretty great. They truly treat you like you are a one of a kind customer. This one of the few shopping places at the Mall of the Mainland. Most of the things you need for your home from refrigerators to beds can be bought here.

I love this store! I shop here often and Donald in merchandise pickup is the nicest employee in the store. He is always personable and has a smile on his face. As far as the cashiers they sometimes can be rude but I have found them to be very pleasant during this holiday season.

Alright, well I went in today to exchange an item. I didnt keep the receipt but I figured that they could look it up by the credit card. Well that was a mistake! They little black girl was the same person to ring me up on Friday, was the same girl there. The manager told to not look up because they need a receipt! This little girl cussed at my 12 year old daughter! I am handicapped due to a stroke! My daughter was just trying make her understand that we need a manager. She refused to call her! I dont recommend going there at all..

We bought a dishwasher microwave and stove on Tuesday July17th it is now July 24, 7 days after we have purchased our appliances and we have only received half and nothing has been installed. We still dont know our installment date. I have called and all I am getting is the runaround about somebody installing my appliances and delivering my dishwasher. I do not recommend anybody to buy appliances from Sears.

Pretty empty. I remember when they were akway packed... the older people would say you could even order your house in a kit from Sears. Not very impressive right now but so are many stores at the mall. :(

I have been watching the same wrenches for around a year. they were just a few cents under 40.00. Now i go into there closeout and the same wrenches are 30% off there was a new sticker on the package and the price was just under 45.00. The shelf it was on still said 39.?? just under 40.00. I called them out on it they said corporate told them to raise the prices. So dont expect to get a lower price because they raised the prices on most everything.

Sears battery Department customer service is not up to par. On a scale of 1 to 10 they would get a one. They need to be more courteous and make the customer feel as if they are concerned not just they want to get you out of their face. Once again customer service needs to improve.

I went in to see what tools they had and was trying to buy a few things and hammer that didnt have barcode on it and it took them 15 minutes to try to figure it out... Im like just right it up under another hammer, so I can go... and they said we cant do that... Haha...I nearly left all items.. you would think that a struggling company thats not doing so well would first off give better customer service and second be polite and inviting...I got neither of those!!

Yes the store is still open.... However unless you need appliances or tools, the selection is limited. The associates are friendly and good customer service. I just have to remember the store is still open as its not in a good location anymore.

I wish that I could not give them any stars. I work in retail myself and could not believe how a member in management (Tammy) could be so disrespectful and have the I dont give a F attitude. My wife and I really needed her help and she was so dismissive of the issue we were having with there leasing company. Will never do business there again.

The optical department was very disappointing. I was returning a pair of glasses that broke after a week of buying them. I was not a happy camper. I just feel the product was not up to par with the money I paid for it.

Came here to have some tire work. Service was great but don’t come before the retail store opens at 10:00 and expect access to a restroom. They are only in the retail store!

Theyre closing this store in Texas City. Used to like going to Sears to browse the Craftsman and Kenmore products. Not any more. So sad to see what has happened to Sears.

My experience was excellent. Found exactly what I wanted and the salesperson, David, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.

Service and parts was very helpful considering they do not carry appliance parts any longer.

Next door so close to closing in the shelves are full friendly people nice people good prices I dont know why people dont go in that store and shop I just bought a washer and dryer there the people couldnt have been nicer you know I think its a great store and I think it would be a loss to the community if they close cuz the next closest Sears store 15 miles awayIts a shame

It was a nice place to buy craftsman tools, and clearance items... too bad it closed.

Courteous and helpful employees assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for.

Sears Automotive we vote with our pocketbook to retain one of the few remaining brick and mortar mall stores still in operation as an anchor store attached to a dying/dead mall gasping its last breath... and they still have good tires batteries

Sears is closing the doors to this location in October. Sears merchandise in grossly overpriced. They probably wouldnt be going down so badly if they hadnt been over pricing their merchandise.

Appliances-- the place to buy, great deals & always purchase the protection warranty

They had stuff that neither Lowes nor Home Depot had. The only place I was able to find a metal toolbox.

Just left Sears in Texas City ...all our appliances need replacement after the floods and Sears is our Go To Store...A huge plus is Elvis ...he is a Awesome Man..great customer service and fun to shoot the breeze with..

The worst experience i have ever had...the customer service from a woman named jacqueline sucks....and no one wants to really return anything they wamt to dispute argue and not listen to reasoning. I dont take back worn clothing ever....and the merchandise i bought cost $16 and was not worn....never returning taking my butt to shoe carnival from now on and buying my daughter sperrys or going to macys sears older cashiers like jacqueline did not give a good customer experience.

This store sucks the big one !! I have called the store over and over and no one is answering the phone . I live near the dike in tc . I dont want to drive all the way out there to waste my time and gas to find out they dont have a replacement for my broken product . The web site says the store hours are one thing and the google search says otherwise . The kids they hire are useless !!!! They cant find their ass if you put it infront of them . Young and super dumb. I spent a lot of money on craftsman tools . Sears used to be a great company but now everything is made in china including the craftsman tools that used to be made here in the USA. All i need is someone to put their hands on something for me . But that is too much to ask!!! Good luck if you come here. And good luck with whatever you buy from here. It truly is a roll of the dice anymore. You might as well go to harbor freight and save some money!!!

Went to get warranty info and couldnt help because the store i bought the item from closed. sears stores gave me the run around on items i bought 6 months I ago. very disappointed.

My last visit I was followed to the point I noticed it..lol.. I was buying bras for my 2 daughters $200.00 I spent that day. Why I was followed like that was rude and unnecessary so I havent and wont go back maybe its changed that was 2 yrs ago but Im done.
