I absolutely loved this furniture store. It’s enormous and I could have easily spent the entire day there because I love furniture. There was so much to see. If you’re looking for furniture it’s definitely a place to shop. I was browsing for bedroom sets bars and living room sets. But I just took a few pictures done y’all to see.

Wide variety of price points, styles and brands. Lots of sales people willing to help all throughout the store. Should be noted that sales personnel are on straight commission and can only sell in specified departments, so if someone was especially kind, courteous and helpful, make sure you purchase from them specifically when youre ready to buy! Shout out to Cherrie A. in clearance and Michelle S. in Living Room. You were both exceptionally awesome!

Great experience. My salesman helped me out a lot. Plus I received a good discount for being a Dallas firefighter I wasn’t expecting. Best Big box Furniture Store we have ever visited.Lucy and I are always impressed with their selection and this time we loved it so much we purchased a living room sectional and a dinning room set.We were helped by two excellent associates, Carlos and Joe, both of them made the whole process as easy as could be.Delivery was scheduled right away and for a good price.Overall a great experience without question I recommend it.Thanks NFM!

Love this place. Plenty of in stock products, PLENTY of staff, and they were super nice and helpful. Went around the store, picked what we wanted, they marked it sold and gave us a ticket. Paid for everything at the end, pulled around back and we were loaded and tied down within 15 minutes!

Help was friendly, informative, and not overwhelming. Nobody tried to force sales or quick decisions upon me. Store was clean and organized. Prices were very competitive compared to other stores I’ve visited recently.

I have been a Nebraska Furniture Fan for a couple of years now and have always had pleasant experiences until most recently. We placed an order after moving into a new home 6 months ago and have now been told that it wont be available until sometime next year. It has been almost impossible to find another set that is comparable and even though after waiting 6 months I was able to find something in stock today, it wasnt what I truly wanted. I do not feel Nebraska did anything to accommodate me for the inconvenience and at the very least could have offered install for a lower price. I have to say I will be considering other furniture stores moving forward.

I bought a new queen size bed from here recently and my experience was great. I went to the loading dock area to pick it up and I literally waited less than 5 minutes. That hardly ever happens but it was great that day.

I drove an hour to come pick up what I thought was a three price bedroom set but it was actually a bedding set. The manager Matt was extremely nice and returned my item and went to look for a bed set that I liked and exchanged my order. Very helpful and understanding!!

Great experience with our salesperson. We knew exactly what we wanted for a refrigerator. Because of the offered rebate we considered an additional washer/dryer combo. Our salesperson answered every single question I had to make sure I was getting the exact appliance I wanted and didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need. He was personable and interested in our needs. We are building a house so delivery was going to also a concern. He explained the process, we picked a date but gave us his card just in case something did happen and we needed to adjust anything. He fully explained the process. We also were able to price match one appliance. I’d purchase from Nebraska again in a second.

As much as I would love to rate them a 5 they could learn a thing from under promise, over deliver. We ordered a sectional a year ago (Nov 2020), with an expected delivery date of February 2021. So we get notified that the date was pushed back to June 2021... Then November 2021. Guess What? We just another notification that itll now be Feb 2022... (SMDH)... I told my better half to cancel the order since whatever this sectional is made of must rely heavily on microchips or the Death of Covid. Up until this point everything with NFM was great, how does this happen??? 2/5 - we have been loyal customers and its time to consider alternatives.

The fact that Nebraska Furniture Mart only seems to respond to positive reviews on most sites should help you realize what a horrible customer experience you will have if anything goes wrong with your order/installation. It’s been a solid month of battling with their claims department after our kitchen backsplash was completely butchered by the installer and now we haven’t heard.a word from them in 9 days (after NFM ordered the wrong materials twice to begin with). Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

Buyer beware this is not a good company to do business with. Please consider purchasing somewhere else. This store is fine to visit and yes it looks nice but once they have your money they no longer care what happens to you. Customer service actually decides how to treat you based off of how much you have spent in the store. If you spend under what they deem worthwhile they will not work with you. This company also instructs customers to give reviews to pad out all the negative reviews. For example look at all the 5 star reviews with no comments or just a sentence or two.

It is absolutely overwhelming to walk into this store but weve been here a few times so we knew what we were going for and went straight to it and no where else because you can go for one thing and come out with more!!!! I love it here, everything you can think of is here!

As a 1st time customer at Nebraska Furniture Mart I had an Outstanding customer experience.. Customer service representatives were everywhere to help you find whatever you were looking for. They were very helpful and professional. I showed them a picture on my phone of the leather sofa sectional that I was interested in purchasing. Patti Schultz walked me right to what I was looking for. Once I test drove the sofa, I decided to purchase it. Patty was very helpful in writing up the invoice for me.. The process moved very quickly. She also set up a delivery date for me.. She then directed me to the cash register to check out. Checking out was hassle free. My furniture delivery was delivered on the date promised and the time promised. I will definitely return to Nebraska Furniture Mart for any other future furniture purchases. I strongly recommend Nebraska furniture mart to anyone who is needing to purchase furniture and other items. I can definitely say that customer service was number one!!!!

Just moved to Texas and my soon to be daughter-in- law took me here to find much needed items. When I walked in I almost cried I was so excited that I didn’t know where to start. What an amazing store. The layout was perfect. I will be back but I’ll have to pack a sleeping bag cause there is no way you can look at everything in one dayLet’s talk about your staff. OMG what a great group of people. Unfortunately you didn’t have what I needed in stock and a possibility that it would not be back in stock. But I did get my area rugs.I would give this place and staff a 5 star review any day or every day if I could.

I was recently (today) in the store and although they have many options and the other department staff is extremely good, the Electronic area (cameras specifically ) has horrible customer service. There were 4 employees and I was the only customer in that area and neither greeted or even ask if I was looking for anything. They continued on with their personal conversation like I didn’t exist. I planned to buy a camera today but since no one was even interested in helping me, I didn’t bother. Learn to greet your customers

We worked with Zach in the furniture sales department and he was fantastic. He gave us really great insights into the positives and negatives of the different items we were looking at and spent over an hour with us as we looked around all over the store asking questions. We felt really valued as customers and will definitely go back again!

I love NFM, I can come out and dream shop at any time. I came two weeks ago,I am interested in bedroom furniture, as I was walking and looking several sales associates along the way offered to assist)which made me feel good)Patrick offered assistance as well and our spirits connected. )It’s the P thing). I came back today and looked around in the area where we last spoke and he came up and the rest is history. Very nice and customer orientated professional and knowledgeable young man..

I went in for a laptop for school. Im already familiar with computers, so I already had a general idea of what I was looking for. Regardless, I was fine with speaking to an associate to see what assistance I could get on options and deals.Jose in the computer area helped me out, and was extremely accommodating. We found a laptop I liked, and did check the options for similar computers. He let me know that clearance may have similar options.At the clearance zone, Cameron helped me out. He was supportive in helping me choose a laptop at the clearance area. It had exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price.Both Jose and Cameron were a fantastic and massive help on my purchase.

Our salesman was awesome!! He quickly found the fridge that I was looking for and then showed us a larger one that was less expensive. He explained the differences of each and gave us time to make a decision with no pressure. He had an awesome sense of humor as well!

Long story short. In June 2021 I bought a dining room set very excited about my purchase, it was received on August 7 almost two months later. A month later a after receiving my Dining table, a corner of the table was slightly inflated, and I called customer service.Nebraska Furniture sent a “technician” who said it was our fault. Water had been spilled on the tables surface, that had caused it to inflate, yeah you read well, the dinner table can’t take water.We continued to talk to customer service for at least a couple hours, Customer service manager Mr. Brandon who was quite was rude simply told us that it was our fault and that the table wouldn’t be replaced.Mr. Brandon also emphasized that I bought a $ 390 dollars table, and in questioning tone asked me, what do you expect from it ? It’s worth to mention this Diner set costed $1500 but according to Mr. Brandon, the breakdown of that is $350 for the table, (the rest are the chairs) that if I had spilled something I had to clean it up! right away.We are extremely disappointed with the entire experience, the almost 3 months it took to deliver, the customer service, and the quality of their product. I have bought in Rooms to go, Wayfair and Amazon etc. and the customer service is great I have never had any problems with them.I have bought a couple products in Nebraska, I don’t I ever will again.

Located in a very accessible area of north Dallas, NFM offers a great selection of products for pretty much every part of the house. I’ve been shopping at this location since it first opened and have never been disappointed.Great staff and customer service, clean and well ventilated floors. Pickup is convenient when possible and reasonably fast, otherwise delivery is never disappointing. I’ve purchased dining sets, accent chairs, mattresses, beds, kids bedding, pillows, rugs, hardwood floors and many more. Go check it out for yourself and you will never stop going back!

Always a simple process ordering from NFM. I truly wish there was one in Phoenix. I loved walking the store in The Colony Texas when we lived there.

It would have been 5 stars but, the previous day when there was not a crowd like today, no one would offer me assistance in the department selling dining sets. Only one representative in a department I was not purchasing from tried to assist me.However, today, Leo was ready for the sale and I rendered the 5 star treatment. We made it easy and told him we were ready. We were thinking about another set but he provided feedback that a few had to be returned due to the threading falling apart and customer returns were higher than normal. We knew our decision was the right selection. Seamless purchasing process with Leo. He helped us to confirm the size of our new coach in comparison on this huge coffee table. Leo can get repeat business from me. Thanks for your professionalism.

Every time that I go to NFM its a fabulous experience from start to finish. The staff are always present, happy, willing to help, and give you your space. Its such a great balance. They have all been in great spirits despite working so hard. Then there is the pickup process! That is easy and also a joy. The guys that load you things are always polite and cheerful. In these tough and trying times, it is a break to have smiles and sweet voices greeting you.Whatever you are doing to encourage your staff and keep them happy - do more of it!

Nebraska finally delivered the sofa sets but it is HORRIBLE.  We paid about $6000, and we waited for four months. I paid extra for them to carry it into the house but they just left it infront of the house.The product is damaged all over, and one leg is broken.All the employees and managers that we spoke give different answers. One says “it cannot be delivered before the 30th”, the other says “no, it will be delivered tomorrow”.The living room manager said if there is any damage, the product will stay and we will give you full refund, and the lady from the other deportment sarcastically offered just $300 discount.We also insured the products against damages by paying an extra cost but they says it doesn’t cover the damage because it was done during the transportation.They made so many mistakes that which one should I write? It can be a lecture in colleges.The worst is we trusted them and sold our seats because they said they would deliver the products in time without any damage. Please be careful when shopping in Nebraska.

Extreme delay on shipment !!!!!I was supposed to receive my table two weeks from when I purchased and it’s been 3 months and I still have not received any update from them about the shipment or status. Everytime I call they say it’s going to get delivered two weeks from now and then it’s delayed again. They make no effort in contacting the vendor or speeding up the process and charge extra for delivery for no reason. Highly doubt they will even give the item that’s purchased until 6months after, that’s if they haven’t lost it already. Extremely unprofessional. Do not buy anything from there!

Will walked through the store and created a cart for us. He went above and beyond considering the first person we asked for help told us that he didn’t work in that department. We shopped for our new house and got nearly everything we needed all in one stop. The store is enormous, it’s the Disney Land for all of your household needs, and had everything you can think of but with Will’s help we managed to get what we needed and not feel so overwhelmed. I would give more stars but five is all I can give.

Jeremy Session helped me today and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed on all my purchases. He listened to what I wanted and my needs and delivered on them. I never once felt pressured or like he was just trying to sell me something. He was honest and treated me like a person and not a dollar sign. And thanks to Jeremy’s help I will soon have an entire new living room and bedroom. First time to do business with NFM was a positive one. Got a good mattress at a great price and it was delivered when promised. Only reservation: The separate protective cover needed for the mattress to be returnable is very cheaply made for the price. Reminds me of a dealer added extra added to the price if a car. But the price of the mattress made up for it. Online ordering was a snap, good web site.

I went in to purchase a washer/dryer and really needed them that day. I didn’t want to order and wait forever. Troy Miller was the associate that assisted me. He was very familiar with the inventory. I was really impressed. Knowing that I wanted to pick them up that day, he was able to get me a washer and dryer, though different models, they matched and worked perfectly and I could go home with them that day. It’s not every day that you can go in a store and get exactly what you want in such a timely manner. Give that man a raise!

Campbell H did the work or helping us determine which size and model of IPad pro I needed to order. Found the info and on his day off arranged for Ryan to call us and get the order placed and shipped. Campbell spent a lot of time explaining to us how i could effectively use it in my graduate school studies. Ryan then called me and in about 4 minutes had the order done and ready to ship. Its to be on my doorstep in 48 hrs.Great service from Campbell H and Ryan in taking and placing the order taht Campbell had set up for us ! TAhnks guys!

Nice experience and acceptable prices, it’s very busy store m, but you can find what you need and how much you have.Customer service was good and friendly and helpful, especially mr Zack on the bed rooms section and the other guy who works on the living rooms section.They make a real sale on too much items especially the bed rooms and the living rooms and outdoor on the second floor in the left side of the elevator or facing the stairs directly.

I love taking a field trip to NFM, its a one stop shop for me. It has everything you need. I was looking for a new dining table and found the perfect table for my house. We stopped Jose Mejia and asked him about the table and when it would be delivered. He checked and it was estimated to be delivered in March 2022. I wanted the table prior to Thanksgiving and he called to check to see if he could sell the floor model and he got the approval. Thanks to his quick thinking and service I received my table on October 18th. I was also able to get a discount on our table which made the trip worth it. I would definitely recommend taking a trip down to NFM. Again thank you Jose for your great customer service.

They had the stove I wanted for just a bit cheaper than other stores but they really won my purchase by having it on hand and available for delivery the next day. This was my first trip there and will definitely be back as I make other decisions on my furniture wants/needs. Staff was courteous and no one overlooked me to ask if I needed help.

We were in today to purchase several rooms worth of furniture. After a mishap with a sales associate we went to speak with a manager. Jennifer handled it wonderfully and assigned the absolute best furniture sales associate to us. I can’t say enough about Sandra. She is personable, knowledgeable and professional. She totally turned the day around for us and helped us get exactly what we had envisioned for our new house. She then proceeded to direct us Edward in electronics and Henry in rugs. These gentlemen were awesome as well. We are so happy with our purchases and very impressed with the management and sales team we worked with.

Huge home furnishings store with excellent pricing. 2 million square feet consisting of 500,000 sq.ft. showroom and 1.5 million sq.ft. warehouse. No long delivery dates because most items are in stock. A must for anyone buying furniture although the store tends to carry middle of the road to better but not high end.

The replacement basically our whole house worth furniture due to a fire. The salesman was great no pressure but took us around all the different departments It was a great help in finding our furniture. Its very knowledgeable and no pressure

This place is awesome for truckers. Easy in and out. Love the layout. Its huge. Place for us to park for 12 hours.I love the way the after-hours is set up so yo can just drop and hook and drop your paperwork in a mailbox. Very easy to do.I dont mind coming here at all.

For my family, that valuable savings means we can afford to purchased our major items here and not overpay for interest. Second, the customer service is top notch. No matter if in store or on the phone. We always have people who are willing to help and pleasant to deal with. The broad range of products carried and the quality and name brand items keeps us popping in to the store often and I will forever love my Nebraska card!

This place is huge. Very nice and clean place. Most of the sales people are very nice. Some are just nice and of course there are some that completely ignore you, but it is what it is. Two outstanding sales people that I will have my family, friends, and co-workers purchase from are Christopher and Campbell. Walked in and was greeted by Jackson, told him we were looking for a new Mattress. He immediately began asking questions and quickly narrowed our search to find the perfect mattress, base and bed. The whole process took less than hour and we were able to get everything we wanted for considerably less money than other stores were quoting us. Rest experience enhanced significantly by Jackson’s product knowledge and sales skills!

Upon walking in we met Amanda, one of the sales reps on the floor. She was warm and welcoming! She offered to help us understand how the layout of the rug department worked. After asking questions to better understand what we were looking for she pointed out the areas that would be good to start in. We really appreciated having this knowledge when we were feeling so overwhelmed by the massive selection of rugs. Then Amanda didn’t helicopter around us, but gave us space and time to look through the rugs and make our selections. She really made the whole process simple, might I say even relaxing! This was the first time I’ve been toNebraska Furniture Martbut it won’t be my last!I was greeted immediately upon enteringand pointed in the right direction.This place is huge and I would have been walking around for hours. Which would be fun but I needed a range and microwave today.Roy in appliances helped me find a package which helped bring the price down too. They were in stock an he helped arrange the installation also.I got a good deal, they’re going to do the install inside a week all during Covid.I think that’s a win 👍

This place is huge and awesome! Our person in mattresses was very helpful and not pushy. Showed us several different mattresses and very informative on if you were a side sleeper or tummy sleeper. I felt very confident of my purchase. I will shop here again!

My experience with Nebraska Furniture is rarely pleasant. Largely because of their limited stock. I can think of at least 4 items I’ve wanted to purchase & I’m advised the item won’t be in stock until February. It’s like that is their favorite month for inventory. They can’t blame it on Covid as the salespeople will say because this has been the case for years. I’ve tried to purchase a bed, coffee table, power rocker recliner, dining chairs (all at different times) but its always February (its now late September). What I look like paying over $1k for something & can’t get it for another 4-5 months. Absolutely ridiculous! We drove over 35 miles for nothing! Screw Nebraska’s! I will not be attempting another purchase there.

Our experience today was nothing less than fantastic. From the moment we walked in, a member in each department was present and available to answer any questions that we had, and guide us through our visit.Guy, one of the managers in appliances, set us up with one of the salesmen in that area, Octave, for a new refrigerator and a dishwasher.Octave was knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and extremely respectful. Often times salespeople can be very pushy, and overbearing - Octave was neither - conversations with him were akin to speaking to a close friend. We hope to speak with him again during our next visit!

I enjoy going here even if it involves me spending mu money. I find value in the things weve purchased from here and most of the items are of good quality. I would like to know how many percent discount they apply when they say accept to do military discount.

Sandy in the furniture department is the best ever. She is so helpful. She sold my partner and I a sofa and love seat combo for our home and also sold similar pieces to my Sister over a year ago, we received impeccable service then. A year later I called Sandy for help to purchase some additional equipment for my furniture and Sandy was right on it with more impeccable service, knowledge, expertise and confidence.Nebraska is a wonderful place to shop, but when you have additional help from wonderful sales staff like Sandy it makes the experience invaluable.So, I highly recommend Sandy in the furniture department for any assistance, you wont be sorry. (so sorry, I cannot remember Sandys last name)

Service was efficient and helpful. Pick up to take home was just as efficient and helpful. Also enjoyed the Subway being located in the store. A great timesaver on a very busy Saturday!

Possibly the worst customer service department that I have ever dealt with. Make sure that you take pictures of the furniture that you buy on the showroom floor. After waiting months for the furniture to come in, we received an outdoor patio set that was not the same finish as the showroom floor set that was on display. They said that was the shipment that they got so we had to take it as is or return it. After waiting months for this set to come in, we simply want what we paid for. They certainly didnt have an issue with taking my money upfront months ago. I guess it is going back and we certainly will not be going back.

Today was my first visit to Nebraska Furniture Mart, and, from start to finish, what an amazing experience!My sales person, Jon Gold, was absolutely amazing! He was super personable and very knowledgeable of the products I was interested in. He worked quickly yet was patient as I made my selections.When I picked up my selections this evening, the process was straight forward, and executed quickly. The individuals who loaded my vehicle were very polite and cautious.I look forward to my next trip to Nebraska Furniture Mart, and will, without a doubt, request Jon Gold as my sales person.

Absolutely loved working with Misha! She was warm, welcoming and informative. She took great care of us by giving us several options and once we decided on a couch she made sure that the couch was what we were looking for fit in our space. Absolute 10/10 experience and wouldn’t have been wanted to do it with anyone else.

Robby really took care of us. Without him I am not sure if we would even have found the theater recliners we were looking for. He also went down and assisted with getting our paperwork straightened out with customer service. That alone saved me at least 30 minutes of explanations! Great experience!

We went looking for bedroom furniture. There is a large variety with a wide range of pricing. Staff were around if you needed assistance and very nice. I didn’t realize it has so many things under one roof.

Nebraska furniture mart has a wide variety of furniture, electronics and other appliances,etc. I visited the store to buy a reclining sofa and I got a good deal for the same today. The quality of the furniture is also good and it’s worth the money. The prices are definitely better when compared to the competitors. I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for furniture at a decent price.

Sam our salesperson was great to work with. There was no pressure and he was very helpful. Finance department was great and kept everyone’s privacy during the process. Highly recommend. I will be back for all my purchasing needs and will e asking for Sam!
