Jose was very professional and gave me a fair price for the appliances and installation. He did the hookups, gave sound advice and answered all my questions. Considering first impressions I would recommend him to anyone.

He delivered our new washer and dryer from the colony all the way to Arlington for only a small extra added fee, as well as installed it and thoroughly explained all of the features. Jose was awesome he delivered my items on my lunch in a matter of 15 minutes he tested the items before he left and explained how to properly care and work my washer and dryer.

Very upset and they don’t even care! I bought a washer from this place in February but it turned out that I didn’t need it until July so I left it in the garage. They showed me that it worked well before I bought it (filled, drained, spun out) so I thought I was good however when I actually tried to wash a load of clothes the drum would bash on the sides as it spun like a base drum. After troubleshooting the issue and taking the back off, I found that one of the rods that holds the drum in place was broken. Spoke with Caesar at The Colony Appliance, sent him pictures and he said we had to replace all 4 rods. He would not provide the parts, he said I had to buy them from him because he only provides 30 day guarantee. I get that but If they had actually tested it with weight in the drum, the would have known it was broken. Just going to trash the washer and eat my $160 bucks. Thanks a lot Colony Appliance for reinforcing my thoughts of NOT supporting the little guys! Won’t make that mistake again
