I have been looking at new floors for several years. After the recent storm, new floors became more of a necessity. I obtained four bids. Art and his wife Karla earned my business because they were very honest and answered all my questions. I am extremely pleased with their service and the installation went perfectly. The floors are beautiful! I highly recommend their company.

This place disappointed me drastically. After already having an accurate measurement from two other companies having the same measurement within 5 square feet, this guy named art comes to my home and claims theres over 200 more square feet, from his handwritten measurements and tape measure. The guy clearly is only looking 2 over bid. Most disappointing because I had a very productive conversation with his wife and I was ready to purchase and execute the project right then and there. I would strongly urge anyone to get their own measurements if you try to use them first.

Floors Expert installed new tile in my kitchen and front entry way. They were extremely helpful in picking out the tile and lay pattern, and were able to schedule the installation very quickly. The installer was very professional and took great care to do a beautiful job. When the job was completed, he cleaned up and made sure I was happy with the final result. To top it all off, they did the job at a VERY reasonable price. I have an additional flooring project down the road and they will definitely have the job!

Floors Expert are very efficient and well priced. They did a good job on my new house installing laminate and they also did a good job of installing new carpet in my old house when I was getting it ready for sale. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring.

Based on a recommendation, I had Floors Expert replace all of the flooring on the stairs and second level of my home approximately 3 years ago.Shortly after they completed the work I started noticing some of the tiles rocking around the toilet in one of the bathrooms. Theyd made it clear that they were not responsible for anything related to a broken flange under the toilet should that occur (they uninstalled and reinstalled the toilet to do the flooring, but I understood they were not plumbers). Not knowing, I assumed that was likely the cause of the rocking tiles.Since then, I began noticing additional tiles that were further from the toilet area rocking and grout cracking. I was having some other repairs done, so I asked those guys to take a look and possibly repair the loose tiles and flange if needed. They came back and told me the floors had not been properly adhered to the subfloor, and the entire jack-and-jill bathroom needed to be ripped out and redone (less than 3 years after being installed). They advised that they could do it, but since it was not their primary area of remodel, they could recommend some actual flooring companies they trusted to do it at a better cost (i.e. they werent trying to make more $$ by telling me something needed to be done that didnt).Floors Expert is a locally owned business run by a husband and wife. I called multiple times over several weeks, each time speaking with the wife (cant remember her name). She advised that they usually only warranty their labor for 1 year, but that shed speak with her husband and have him come by the house to take a look. After calling back several times to remind them, I never received a call back and no one ever came by to look.I would not recommend using Floors Expert unless you like to pay for poor quality work or you like to redo your flooring install every couple of years.
