Loved Cigars International.Their humidor and selection is the best Ive been to thus far in the DFW MetroplexTheir staff is knowledgeable and attentive. They have a great sense of humor which is something I havent been able to ever write about. This establishment is serious about recognizing LEOs, teachers and 1st Responders.The patrons of the establishment were kind. It was nice to sit in a group of others you had never met before and get to know one another. We were from all different walks of life with different professions. Groups sitting near Us where friendly and welcoming.I loved how busy they were. Make sure to get there early if you want a seat on the patio. I found the inside seating to be comfortable and their ability to control the smoke was spot on.The area where they struggle is their bar service. They didnt know how to make a Side Car. It came in a hurricane glass and it was nothing like a Side Car I have ever tasted before. Next time I expect to order an ORANGE! Old Fashion. Will see how they do with this classic. They do take a long time to get your drinks to you. Also Be prepared for simple orders to Be wrong. We ordered Titos and soda. We got Titos and Tonic.

There was a man of his word by the name of LT which I found educational. He shared his insight into stogies, pipes, and torches. He surpassed my own assumptions for any foundation Ive regular in quite a while. An exceptionally assorted individuals and financial status of people were present.

Ive been to several cigar shops around DFW, and this is a solid choice. The atmosphere is decent and there is a fine bar. The lounge area is a bit larger than others, so if you want to bring friends, this is a good option. The selection is large, but thankfully, I have found a low cost go-to favorite (pictured). As is common, the accessories are over-priced, so dont forget your own matches or cutter. All in all, this place is fine and makes it easy to make a quick stop.

Not a place to just enjoy a cigar; at least not in the evening. The place gets super packed, it’s hard to hear and the staff is overwhelmed.Just want to emphasize the staff is doing it’s best but the place itself is just false advertising.It’s not a cigar lounge; it’s a bar that sells cigars.

This place is a whole vibe. I felt really cool when I went there for the first time. I am definitely an novice when it comes to cigars so i really appreciated how much the staff were willing to help and educate. I shorted them a 🌟because there wasnt any music playing. I feel like that was the only thing that was missing. I did enjoy the multiple big screen tvs that had sports on. Overall, i will go back when i just want to vibe and chill out.

Hung out at this place a week or so ago and it was fantastic. They have an incredible cigar selection and the cocktails were spot on. Special Shout out to Randee, the bartender, as she went above and beyond when it came to crafting my drink exactly the way I wanted it. It is evident that she has a firm grasp on the art and skill of craft cocktails. Her upbeat and outgoing personality made for a great evening. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Biggest and best humidor in town with great service and selection. Cigars are well-kept and prices are good. There is a Club Macanudo full bar with leather chairs and table-seating. Outdoor patio seating with a firepit for colder evenings. Liquor selection is top-notch, with hard to find bourbons, whiskies, tequilas, and mezcals. Service is excellent and the servers are knowledgeable (Randee is good for drink suggestions).. Multiple beer taps, as well.

Conveniently located next to several restaurants. Large and well stocked humidor with a great selection of popular cigars. They sell pipes, pipe tobacco, humidors, and cigar accessories. There is a nice lofty lounge With high ceilings to provide great ventilation. There is also a very large outside patio. Well stocked full service bar which carries several beers on tap as well as a wide variety of liquor. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Once again I can’t say enough about these high vaulted ceiling‘s. Plenty of televisions to watch sporting events. Plenty of parking.

Definitely need one on the southern end of the Metroplex. I was somewhat disappointed in the selection of cigars, but overall its a nice place.

The downside that keeps them from getting 5 stars is theres no motorcycle parking. Bummer. Hope they fix that. This is a great place.

Every once in blue moon you stumble across a might cool spot that is unlike any other. Cigars International is definitely that and its close to home. This a great, active place to both buy and smoke cigars and enjoy some spirits or a truly great cup of joe.This isnt your quiet, tightly followed etiquette required type lounge. Its active and loud, when busy, but very comfortable the leather chairs, couches and they have tables as well as patio seating.Last night we sat outside by the fire and it was just right! They have an incredible store, good and very knowledgeable staff. The guy recommended one of their house owned cigars, Av Maria, and it was truly a great cigar.Cigar people are a lot of fun and youll notice everyone is just talking to everyone and it makes for a great way to cap and evening or a week. Highly recommend the lounge or just the store itself.

I dont shop for cigars online, but when I was near a physical location of Cigars International I had to stop and see what was up. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and turned me on to a CAO Zocala, which Im enjoying on the patio with a nice Hefewweizen recommended NY the bartender. Good cigar vibes and an enjoyable experience all around.

Their humidor is ridiculous (in a good way)! It is huge and they have so much to choose from. The seating area is comfortable and roomy. And Michael, the bar manager, is amazing at pairing your smoke with an incredibly, well matched beverage. An experience you wont want to miss!

I went into Cigars International today without having any idea of what to expect. I was greeted warmly by Hollis as I walked around and explored a little bit. When I was ready, I asked about cigar recommendations. Immediately and enthusiastically, Hollis provided great information and quality recommendations. Great customer service! I would definitely look for him for my future transactions.

Amazing selection of cigars. Moving into the area, I knew I needed somewhere to decompress and just relax. The designer of this business did exceptional work.The bar section makes perfect drinks that blend well with cigars. I will say the only thing that needs some TLC are the Bloody Marys as those were not in comparison to the rest of the facilityThey had no bloody Mary cocktail dressings, taste was bland...Otherwise this place is dynamite and a weekend tradition for myself!

I have ordered from them several times with no issue. Unfortunately this last time my order came in a box that had been crushed. The cigars were damaged. I sent an email as directed to customer service and had no response. This morning I called the store and they told me they couldn’t help me. Should be a simple fix for them. So since they can’t fix it I will. There are many more places to do business and that’s what I will do.
