I almost didn’t give this place a shot because of bad reviews about poor service. I’m glad I decided to stop by, because the folks that work here now are alway nice and helpful. They’ve also got an ample selection and fair prices. Definitely my favorite shop in the area.

I walked in and was promptly greeted and assisted by two ladies that knew their stuff and took time to help answer questions. I fell in love with this place. Great service and selection.

Came in to buy some cigarillos, they didn’t have a great selection as is so I made do with my choices . Ask for 4 packs of white owls, NOONE SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT A $5 dollar minimum for cards which is the only form of payment I have…. (Which I’m confident is probably the first thing they are told in training outside of making sure you I’d people, but I digress) guy gives my total ($4.29) I hand him my id and debit card which he slides then hands back to me and proceeds to tell me AFTER MY CARD WAS SLID “oh my bad it’s a $5 dollar minimum so I wouldn’t be actually be able to take your card..” I come in here all the time and have never had these issues in the past and highly doubt I’ll be back if this is the type of service this store now thinks is acceptable…..

If you know exactly what you want and do not care how much you pay with zero advice this is your place. These people are burn outs with zero product knowledge looking to make a quick dollar. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

I work next door and come here occasionally for cigarettes, the staff are all very friendly, store is clean and prices are good. Never a bad experience, highly recommend.

Well lets just say I went in there to buy some cigars and the lady was actually kind of rude. Great place to shop, but bad customer service Ive been in this town for basically 30 years and its sad to see some people treat others this way, Ive seen other comments now I know what they mean because it goes back in my head of what happened they just stare at you whenever you ask a question its kind of like they dont want you to ask any questions and its like they dont like her job or if they dont want you there or they quickly just want you in and out. I will go back there but the next time Im just not going to bother to have a pleasant conversation, get what I want and leave and thats the end of it. I hope one day they get some better staff that will treat people better and have better customer service.

This is my favorite smoke shop. The stuff is super helpfull and friendly. They have reasonable prices. I go there for coils and there only $4.99 with is a great prices for then ones I get. I recommend going here for all you smoking needs. they have every thing you could need.

Im on a budget so I inquired as to what their specials on juice were all I got was a stare and told there were none. She showed me the juice and when I told her what I was using she said that i would go through their affordable (for me) juice real fast.the employees attitude was cold and she did more angry staring at me more than anything. I for one will not shop there nor will I be recommending this shop to anybody. Dont stop here unless you enjoy being treated horribly. Besides their juice selection sucked anyway

Guy with dark long hair at the counter was terribly unprofessional and rude. He gave off as though he was completely clueless about what my girlfriend and I were searching for and was a complete arrogant smart-“you know what”. Seriously... I’m talking a guy working at a simple smoke shop... this kid REALLY needs to get over himself. If you choose to shop here, don’t trouble yourself to kind. He won’t have the capacity to appreciate it.

Ive been getting kratom and tobacco products from this shop for 4 years now. Its the cheapest place in town for kratom, tobacco, and e liquid. The staff are usually pretty helpful too. I can see why other reviewers think the manager is a little rude, she can come off as a little bit tough at times, but shes cool. She has always been helpful to me. The price is right here too, cheapest place Ive found so far.

Extremely rude staff. I arrived a few minutes before closing already knowing what I was going to buy, and the lady inside ran to lock the door. Then I called the next day to see if I could get the product shipped because I drove 3 hours roundtrip to pick up what I needed, and the lady on the phone was too busy defending them locking the door early to understand I was asking about shipping.

Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional staff and customer service. My girlfriend brings in her bowl from the bubbler THAT SHE BOUGHT FROM HERE to get it replaced. Handed it to the guy that was helping her. He then sold her not only the wrong size bowl, but a EXTREMELY more expensive one. The entire bubbler was maybe $60 new and they rang her up a $50 bowl! Now

The staff are really kind, and professional no matter who is working. I came in and one of the girls was working today (05/20) and she was extremely helpful, and answered all my questions without hesitation. I definitely will be coming back again, yall will have my business.

Was told different prices on two items. They have no prices displayed on merchandise so they charge what they want! Typical head shop. Very nice selection of glass. In fact this place has a very nice selection of everything. It is however very overpriced. Employees here are very helpful, you cannot go 5 feet without one trying to jump into your pocket. Parking for this location consists of four parking spaces two of which is taken up by employees. Overall the high prices are balance for the selection but nothing else stands out here.

I love this place! They are always so sweet to me when I walk in. They are great with helping you find exactly what you need and even create small talk with you so you feel like you matter.

Very poor customer service and overpriced glass. Ive been in the shop 4 different times and talked to 3 different people, all of which seemed to not really care for the products, lacking helpful information, not giving insight or any kind of personal attention to my purchase. I was disappointed because the selection is decent, but after multiple bad experiences, i ventured a couple miles and found a better shop that cares about the customer and starts with a P too😜

This place is a joke. Devon kicked me out of the store for asking for a test he said I cant sell u anything because you said the word test. Are you joking? Every other head shop sells strips! I would have boughten over $100 worth of products from you guy I actually bought $200 worth of supplies the other day. This punk kids said get out of the store over the word test. Maybe try retraining him or get rid of this kid and hire someone with customer service skills. If you dont sell them then it shouldnt be grounds for kicking someone out! You should politely say we dont sell those here because we dont have anything to do with that kind of stuff. (Not yell at a customer) I also told Devon I was going to write a review on puff and stuff about his attitude and he said go ahead and laughed at me. Save yourself the time and money go somewhere else that actually values their customers.

Horrible customer service. I got a $20 glass banger, and it was just throw in a brown paper sack without being wrapped up. When I got home the nail slipped out of my hand and broke. The employees refused to replace it and said it was out of their hands. I’ve spent thousands at the shop and not replacing a $20 banger when it was 50% their fault it broke seems like a horrible decision. I’ll never spend another cent there again.

Plentiful products, great prices, and knowledgeable staff. One gentleman in particular helped me for over ten minutes pick a suitable tank and some flavors that worked for me. Horrible place to shop. As many others stated (and I wish I would have read the reviews) this shop does not care about its customers and sells cheap garbage product.Somehow I was able to purchase a scale 5 minutes before closing (and now I wish that I had been kicked out like many others). When I got home the scale would not turn on. I brought it back the next day to explain what happened and get an exchange, but was told no returns. I will never return to this store to purchase its cheap junk. I will go down the street or drive across Dallas to shop at a store that values its customers.

I would love to get in touch with the owner of this place. Just for the sake of letting him know how much money he is loosing due to poor choice of both female employees. One of them is supposedly a manager.We have been spending at this store close to $200 every 2 weeks for a very long time . And every time they were unnecessary rude,hostile and gave us a lot of grief. From what i hear,im not the only one! Just read the reviews.I will never shop at this location again and i am certain more people made exact same choice. And will keep on doing so.It is a major loss for your business and a very bad expetience for a lot of your costumers,which will never come back.Your employees do not care while store loosing a lot of money.Only in my case consistent $400 every month.

Absolutely terrible customer service, just bought a silicone water pipe get home and fill it up and it is pouring water out of the sides. Turn around and go back 15 minutes later and get told we cant get a refund because of store policy. Absolute joke of a business and will never spend another dollar there.

Buyers BEWAREBought a vape pen here. Wasnt functional so I brought it back with the receipt and told them Id actually like to just upgrade and buy more expensive one. I usually go to this store and nothing has been an issue until the other night I went in and they were closing an hour early and the man who I’m guessing was the manager was rushing me and after taking 3 mins to show me a vape he then told me to leave and that I could not buy anything. And that he was ready to go home, AN hour early! On top of everything else he was training a young girl that night that was also in shock.!! People like this shouldn’t be allowed to be in retail nor should they be a manager who trains. Although I love their selection and they are the one head shop with spray pain near me I WONT BE GOING BACK. Neither will my friend and he used to spend a lot of money on me there.Shame on this manager.

I went to The Colony location last night to purchase an item. I called to make sure they had the product before I drove over there because its a 40 minute drive for me. When I get there neither of the guys working had any idea where the product I needed was kept so I was told sorry. Then I called back today to make sure someone could locate what I needed when I got there and asked him to put it up front for me. Unfortunately I didnt realize today they close at 11 instead of 12 and Im not gonna get there till 11:01 so I called to see if they could stay open for 1 minute under the circumstances and I was told that their computer system is shut off at 11:00 and there was nothing they could do to help me. Even though he did state that my product was sitting right on the counter waiting on me. He said that the owner would get angry if todays sale went on tomorrows books. But my question is... technically isnt yesterdays sale going on todays books considering he couldnt find the product yesterday? Whats the difference? Once again I got Sorry and that I should drive all the way to the store at Rosemead and George Bush after I drove 40 minutes to get there yesterday and again today because they are open until 12. And the best part of it all is due to hurricane Harvey the gas stations on either side of their store both were out of gas

Very rude staff!!!! They are so quick to point out what’s in their policy, but couldnt show me a printed out copy of it after refusing to sale to me because of my choice of words. LMAO! They sale illegal things, but they think by using literate, indirect language, it justifies them. I know this because they sale certain things to certain people but won’t sale to others. This was my first time in. Based on my poor service (the boy was uneducated and needed the ladies help, but the lady was abrupt and curt for no reason) I started to wonder about this place. As I went to the register I noticed a mousepad that said SHitler on it with a pic of our President. Ugh. Really? I dont want to frequent places that promote hate, and I especially dont want to go to a place with employees with nothing but bad attitudes. As a person married to a Jew, you really need to know your history before calling anyone Hitler. Instead, Ill frequent the store down the road where the owner is an immigrant that loves our country and has NO items of hate in his store. Peace.

Knowledgeable staff, great selection, and good prices.I routinely stop in to buy cigarettes, as they are (as far as I know) the ONLY store in town that carries my favorite brand of handrolling tobacco.They moved locations, and the new store is even better! More selection of glassware, more selection in tattoo supplies, and everything is much easier to browse.The only things Ive seen some of the staff not be 100% knowledgable about is some specifics on tattoo equipment. Then again, if youre buying a tattoo machine, you should already know how to set one up. They will even set up a power supply to demo a machine and prove it runs before you purchase it!Finally, The Colony has a serious lifestyle shop!

To me that just shows the cheapness of the products nature they have in stock. Makes it hard to look. Most peices seem a bit too expensive for the quality. Wouldnt recommend unless its a last resort..

My Favorite Smoke Shop now has locations in North Dallas, and The Colony, While its not quite the Flagship Store of the Old East Dallas Store, I no longer have a long drive to get good products at great prices. Recently this store has gone thru some major changes and is 10x better. great selection and ambiance. much more pipes, hookahs, hookah tobacco shisha, and really everything. Nice store.

Had parked in the empty parking lot except for one car to help drop off another car at Kwik kar and was coming back to buy some more juice for my vape. While checking in the car next door the manager was complaining that I need to move my vehicle to one of the Kwik kar workers. Told him we were fixing to head over there but got distracted on the car. Once again the Kwik kar worker said i needed to move my vehicle. Walked back over and was going to go inside when I noticed the other car with a woman sitting inside it smoking. Turns out she is the manager of the smoke shop. Out of all that empty parking you are going to complain about one parking spot. Well you lost my business overall. Will never come back here again.

I hated this location. I went to get a detox and the girl that was working was very rude and unprofessional. Then on top of that my boyfriend called up there and the guy working was very rude to him and ended up yelling at him. I usually go to a place in dallas and the people are very caring and considerate. The owner at the colony location really needs to look into his/her employees better, they are very rude and act very stuck up and they are going to lose alot of business with these employees.

Usually iv enjoyed my experience with puff n stuff but I would suggest not going to this location. I asked a very discrete simple question and was treated like garbage. Matt the guy working was who I talked to was automatically mad bc I came in at 10.45 and they close at 11. I asked for a product to clear impurities in my water, he slammed the products on the table. I then said which is bette, bc iv herd negative feedback of one of the products he then aggressively grabbed the Items and said you know what dude f###in leaveI never spoke out of line nor did I say anything against my right.Terrible service, horrible experience and someone like that should not be talking to paying customers.Go to the North Dallas location, they are real people not angry little children like that kid at the colony location.Worst experience, will never go back

You got to love all the new upgrade this store had,, not only was it completely redone on the inside with new showcases, their inventory has at least trippled or quadrupled.. all these great glass pieces, glass art, glass pipes everywhere. also really noticeable is the never ending selection of hookah shisha. by far the best smoke shop in this part of town, 2nd in selection in DFW only to the East Dallas Puff n Stuff. this store might actually end up being the nicest of those shops. I am a regular and love the fact that the owners stopped buying imports for all their stores more then half a year ago. The quality has really gone up since then. American made glass only!

First, the incense is waaaaay overbearing. This store is ?? (sells clothing - hookas & incense, cigarettes & VAPING Supplies) Not a store for vapers. The owner apparently likes the idea of paying china to label mods with a fictional name. Know problem with that as long as the manufactures named product follows the ficticious name, since the manufactures name is what the public knows the product as. That wonderfull name you had china place on what you refer to as your mod Extreame, is in reality a Vamo! I learned after purchasing. Not just a Vamo, a vamo 2!. (china is producing Vamo 5!). E-cig retailers (the few that sell this) sell for for $40.00, (not the 2 thats $40.00 for Vamo 5) unlike your extreame Vamo 2 for $86.00 and that was minus the battery charger that should have been in kit! Vapers out there, the only liquid being sold from this store are eliquids from China. The staff is un-informed as obviously the owner is too. The Vamo is as good as it gets for this location and that is like I said Vamo 2 so they are slightly behind on what is current and have no problem inventing names for products that have already been named by the manufacture and have established reputation in the vapers community.I am not sure what this store is, I can only sum it up as a individually owned 7-11. Their web-site is not indicative of the true establishment since I read on their web-site, Best prices on Electronic Cigarettes, and Great product knowledgeTotally un-true on both claims, The employee believed this Vamo Mod to be made in the USA and to be a MOD created by them, then it was sold at twice the price. I might ad that the owner did not see reason to give discount for the missing charger that the kit stated was included. Out of desperation I purchased but only later learned what I really bought was the Vamo 2.Thumbs down on all counts for this retailer.
