Looking to ship something last minute fast? This UPS store is convenient and efficient. The staff is very professional and quick in their services. Went in there with a line of 10 people and only took 15-20 minutes before serviced. I will definitely select this store when shipping via UPS.

We walked in expecting to pay additional charges for our box we couldnt close. The guy said hold it as close as you can and taped it no problem and said no charge. Super nice, super helpful, and a great experience!

I generally go the UPS store to drop off but my last time I needed to laminate something, the staff was very helpful as understood I wanted to laminate a paper card which can and will get wet. I was impressed on how knowledgeable the staff is on the products they offer.

One star is too much for their service.I had a terrible service with them this morning. I brought the box and asked the manager for help. He said his job isnt to provide any help to the customers. He didnt even take my box then I had to argue with him. When I tried to take the picture of his name tag, he just hide it and left the spot. The other poor guy helped me send the package.BRIAN KNIGHT was soooo bad and I am very questioning why he is there when he doesnt want to help the customers.

We rented a mailbox from this store for about 9 years and I cant say enough good things about Kay and all the employees that work there. They were always so efficient and pleasant - customer service is just spot on here. We moved across town and have rented a box at a different UPS store and I REALLY miss this store. My current UPS store struggles to get 1 star while this one is 5 star greatness.

Kay and team are very polite and helpful. Store is always clean, and it’s your one stop shop for just about anything. Fair pricing. I live in Lewisville but if I ever need any print work, shipping, anything they offer, I drive up and see Kay. Great owner who always hires the best of the best!

What a great store to visit and use for all your business and personal needs. The customer service is outstanding! I myself use them for my business mailbox and for all my shipping and receiving needs for my boutique.

I went there to ship a laptop. They provided great customer service and helped me get the laptop packaged and ensured that it will be delivered safely. They provided me multiple options in pricing as well to make sure it makes it there when I wanted without overpaying.

The review below is misplaced. This is a UPS store, not UPS delivery. These guys will pack your stuff and ship it for you, or you can get a mail box and receive everything at their location - so you dont have to worry about packages coming up missing. But, they do not actually drive around delivering packages.Ive had a mail box with these guys for several years now and consider it money well spent. These guys are pleasant, professional and always helpful

The Manager, Bobbie K. is one of the most hospitable and efficient staff workers I have ever met. When I went to her almost every day to mail out 10+ packages for the LPGA Tour, she was friendly and very professional about getting everyone package in on time and efficiently. Especially when it was close to UPS pick up at 6 P.M.!Give her a raise, bonus, something!

The Customer service I received at this store was HORRIBLE!I had a a very bulky item I was taking in to send off. The clerk stood behind his desk and watched me struggle opening the door and then drag this bulky item inside and barely lift it to the counter.He just sat there and smiled at me.As I was getting my receipt he looked at me and so I commented that I could have used his help since the store was empty with the exception of myself.He commented, Well isnt this AwkwardI looked at him with sweat dripping down my face that it wouldnt have been awkward had he assisted me.I emailed the store and the response I received was, I am sorry to hear that if you need assistance in the future please feel free to ask.I am shocked! I was in a skirt and high heels lugging around the inside of a wash machine and I have to ASK for help?To say the least, I will NEVER step foot in your store again!What ever happened to Customer Service?

They are always polite and professional every time I come in. I feel like family here.

Be-careful about Notary, they publish as 6$ per document but it is a false re-presentation. Number of signature in documents counts.Me and My Wife went for a Notarization of 3 documents expecting total to be 18 indeed they charged for 36 as we both signed on each docs.CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE

I have been a customer of Kay and his team for many years. They have always done a GREAT job. Wouldnt think of going anywhere else for my UPS Store type services!

Zero stars actually! Hands down, worst customer service ever. Does business in bad fair, not honest. Charged me $69 dollars for overnight deliver of court documents that would have cost $25 at USPS. Before sending I clarified to the owner that 2 day delivery would not work. The owner guaranteed overnight delivery arrival by 3pm in three separate statements. Conversation went like this, I said Are you sure this will arrive tomorrow? He said Yes, it will arrive tomorrow by 3pm. I said Are you absolutely sure because 2 day deliver will not work? He said The package will arrive tomorrow by 3pm. I said Guaranteed, because these are court documents and need to arrive by tomorrow, any later I could sent them regular mail. He said The package will arrive tomorrow by 3pm. Well guess what the package did not arrive tomorrow by 3pm, but the following afternoon, 2 day delivery, essentially making them useless and the service unnecessary. When I went back to get a refund of my $69, I was told I was not entitled to a refund. I said how am I not entitled to a refund I purchased overnight delivery which you did not provide. I was told the weather was bad so no refund. Since when? Not once did they say The package will arrive tomorrow by 3pm unless the weather is bad. No where on the receipt does it say there will be overnight deliver unless the weather is bad. The weather was not actually bad, but apparently it is in their company policies that they do not have to actually deliver the service you purchased if the weather is bad. They do not even have to give you the difference of the money between the service they actually provided 2 day delivery and what you actually ordered. Its like you order filet mignon, get a burger and still have to pay for filet mignon. Some company policy. How do they stay in business. This particular store also failed to inform of said policy given ample opportunity. Only when you expect a refund for services you paid for but did not receive, simply never delivered are you informed of said policy. I will never use this UPS location ever again and will probably not use UPS ever again because of them and their policy. I will stick to Fedex and USPS who have always delivered.

WORES UPS STORE EVER SO OTHER UPS STORES DO AMAZON RETURNS IN ONE BOX WITH DIFFERENT BAR CODES AND I ASK AMAZON IF THATS OK AND THEY SAID YES AND JUST TELL THE PERSON YOU WANT THEM TO SCAN ALL THE BAR CODES AND THE GUY BEHIND THE Counter SAID NO THEY HAD TO BE IN SEPARATE PACKAGES AND I TOLD HIM OVER AND AND HE REFUSED TO DO IT IM TELLING YOU IF YOU MESS UP MY RETURNS IM COMING BACK TO YALL AND ALL NEED TO DEAL WITH AMAZON. IF YOU HAVING A BAD DAY AT WORK GO TELL YOUR BOSS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE RETAILERS.

Walked in, long line. All I needed to do is drop a package. The guy behind the desk decided to snap at me like I was doing something wrong by dropping off a package to mail. I will avoid this store moving forward.
