We had an appointment to go & look at a specific vehicle at the Dodge dealership. After an hour drive in rain to keep this appointment we walked into the dealership. We were the only customers. We were smiled at but no one greeted us. We asked for Michelle & she came out of an office. Again no greeting no introduction. When my fiancé told her we were her 10:00 appointment & what we were there to see we were told oh we sold that truck. When she verified with a salesman he said yeah I sold that last Friday. It is now Thursday SIX days later. Michelle (the manager) never bothered to see if it was still on the lot before letting us drive the hour to see it. Adding insult to injury we got a weak apology & no offer to maybe look at a comparable vehicle.

Ive had a Jeep for 6 years and every time I have brought it into the dealership for an oil change it comes out with something wrong! This last time it came out with an oil leak. Brought it back in, was told it was all fixed and about a week later the battery was dying, there was a short somewhere & it shorted out my winch. Causing it to break! Bring it back in... Surprise they dont find anything except there was some wires not connected right, but that wasnt the problem! AND on top of that I STILL HAVE AN OIL LEAK!! I will NEVER bring my Jeep to Southland again. Totally disappointed with the lack of service for their own brand & product!

As a business owner myself, I am always hesitant to leave negative reviews, THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED. Please spare yourself and learn from the experience I and others have had at Southland. Don’t even take a second glance at their vehicles.

Performed routine maintenance in a timely manner and took care of two minor recall issues. I was there for less than an hour. Complimentary coffee was hot and fresh at the service department as well

I highly recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. Mr. Jason was extremely helpful and provided the absolute best customer service. I was greatly satisfied with my new car.

Service good just to pricey

Their ready to sell a vehicle but when work needs to be done to it. Its always an excuse. I bought my truck almost a month ago. An i been trying to get them to fix the 3M double stick tape on my fender flares that are coming off on all 4 flares. Been getting a run around for about 2 an a half weeks now. I should’ve went to salsbury like i wanted to but i liked the truck that was at southland so got it through southland instead. Last vehicle i purchase from southland.
